Armstrong is great - they serviced/ swept out our wood stove last year and did a great job. Professional and efficient, and reasonably priced. We had them come out this year for the same- they showed the video and pics of the inside of the chimney - stated that it was clean and we didn’t need another cleaning at this time. Even got on the roof to inspect the cap. I fully expected some charge for this, and was pleasantly surprised when they didn’t charge us for this at all. They will def have our repeat business !! Great company !

From hello, to final delivery Armstrong was able to answer any and all questions. We had one miscommunication, of no major significance, but bottom line they corrected to my satisfaction without me requesting, this effort by any company earns my loyalty.

I haven't even had an opportunity to use them for any service, however, their customer service is top notch! I'm having an issue with my fireplace, and they recommended me to contact my propane supplier first to see if it's a pressure problem. I'll absolutely be using them in the future for my fireplace needs, simply because they answered a question and pointed me in a direction that didn't even benefit them. A+!

Called for service as they stopped by within the next couple days to do a diagnostic appointment on my gas fireplace. Solution was an easy fix and Hunter the technician friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful experience with the Armstrong Yakima team after a lackluster experience with a different business in our town. Fabulous communication from start to finish. Their wood stove expertise is evident, even when fielding questions about a model that they don't sell. It's clear they are customer-oriented, knowledgable, and honest. The owner took the time to swing by on a routine chimney sweep to answer my questions about the new-to-me stove and offer advice for better performance. His crew was polite, kind, and did excellent work. They'll be my first call next time I need something stove-related.

We have a lovely indoor/outdoor fireplace and after 15 years the outdoor glass shattered. Armstrong was recommended to us and it has been an amazing experience.
First off Jake walked me through the information and pictures he needed and he was able to find the glass assembly without a service call. The glass was ordered and installed yesterday.
The technician did a great job. Called before he arrived and was very courteous.
He installed the glass assembly, cleaned up all the broken glass, cleaned the entire fireplace, cleaned both indoor and outdoor glass and hauled away the broken window.
This is a very long winded way to say Armstrong are great people and know their stuff. You won’t be disappointed .

Very friendly and helpful owners. I've had a Bullfrog Spa in the past and wanted to purchase another one and they had just what I was looking for and delivered it quickly. They were patient at delivery as we had to change the orientation a few times to get the view just right. Then when I had follow up questions they actually answered the phone and answered our questions and offered to come out if we needed further assistance. Highly recommend them for your hot tub/fireplace needs.

Went into Armstrongs today to ask Jake and Amanda questions about our pellet stove that we’ve been having constant trouble with from a different business we dealt with to purchase it we told him what our problem was. He helped us immensely very knowledgeable very professional. Amanda and Jake are wonderful wonderful people we should’ve got our stuff from there. They gave us information on how to fix it. I’m getting ready to send him some pictures and we already have an appointment that they have made for us very professional. I certainly know who I’m gonna to do my business with from now on.

Jake was very helpful when I wanted to purchase a propane wall heater for our mountain cabin, and the installation was very prompt. There was one installation item that needed attention. Jake and Amanda were very responsive to my concern, and they sent Casey out to finalize the installation. Casey did an excellent job, and we are very satisfied. Jake, Amanda and their staff are very friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend Armstrong’s Stove and Spa.

I purchased a wood burner from Wilco and asked Jake (owner) to come out to my house for a chimney install quote. Jake made time for me I believe the same day. He looked at the project and unfortunately said he just did not have enough installers to accommodate during the busiest time of year. He didn’t beat around the bush and was up front about what he could and could not do. Jake did say he’d sell me all of his stocked chimney products so I could do the install myself. I’m somewhat handy but had never tackled a chimney job. Jake walked me through every step of the process and fielded numerous phone calls, text messages (many of which were responded to in seconds) and office visits to keep me on track. Amanda at the front desk was also super helpful and extremely polite. I feel this duo went above and beyond to help me with this project. Couldn’t have got it done without all the provided expertise. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Jake and his crew solved a problem for us by moving a chimney to where it needed to be and protecting it from heavy snow with a pair of snow wedges. They were diligent with the whole process, being certain that the install would run into no trouble with county inspections. We got clear communication through the process and they did quality work.

We purchased a pellet stove (from another retailer) and had Armstrong’s remove the old stove and install the new. Very happy with the entire experience! From the initial inquiry call, return call, email communications, estimate, scheduling, and installation. Everyone I had contact with (Amanda, Casey(sp?), Taylor, Jacob) was terrific and very customer service oriented. Amanda was super responsive to emails and questions. Taylor & Jacob were punctual and went over and above to complete the install and takeaway, cleanup, and give me additional usage tips. I received the invoice promptly the same day work was completed and the online payment process was slick. They also came in ~30% UNDER the estimate which was fantastic! I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

Jake and Amanda are amazing. They helped us every step of the way when we bought our stove last year. If questions came up they didn’t hesitate to answer. Because of that we went back to them for our seasons sweep. Again they took care of us. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to them. Thanks to the techs as well. They called and let me know when they would arrive and got it good to go.

So grateful to Armstrong's Yakima - outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond for me to get my not quite 3-year-old bullfrog spa (located in Cle Elum) repaired when it had a pretty bad leak. The bullfrog dealer I purchased my spa from was not helpful (to put it kindly) and charged astronomical fees just for quick diagnostic trips, and was unwilling to submit any repairs for warranty coverage. Armstrong's Yakima was a truly incredible experience and a real breath of fresh air. When we ultimately need to replace our spa we will absolutely go through them, and they will always get our business for any spa-related needs! Don't go anywhere else - just Armstrong's Yakima.

My 90 year old father fell into their 30 year old fireplace glass and shattered it. We live in Tri-cities and couldn’t get a call back from vendors to help replace it. We found Armstrong on the manufacturers website and found all the help we needed. Amanda helped make sure we ordered the right part. When the part arrived it was damaged. Amanda and Jake were very helpful from the first time we went in to learn about and pick out our fireplace through the ordering process and installation. Amanda kept me advised of when the fireplace arrived and found the backing and firelog we wanted even though there were some supply issues through the pandemic. We would definitely purchase from them again!

We worked with Amanda to identify and build the hot tub of our dreams. Production and delivery of the tub was heavily delayed due to issues stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic. During the several months of waiting for the tub to be built and delivered, we experienced some financial hardship, like a lot of other people. We decided that it was best to postpone this purchase and Armstrong's fully refunded our down payment despite having a customized tub built. The level of customer service we received was unprecedented in my experience and once things smooth out we will definitely return to this company to make our purchase.

Terrible customer service!!!!!!Beware. They came out to our house to do a repair on our stove. They fixed nothing. They said they would be back a few times and no follow through. Now they won’t answer our phone calls. I huge waste of $185. I would definitely not recommend this!!!! I’ll call someone else as the temperatures and getting colder!!!

I had Armstrong come out to rebuild a 10 year old woodstove I bought from the previous owner, Yakima tent and awning and also sweep the chimney, They were extremely helpful all the way from ordering the parts, scheduling, and finally completing the work. Armstrong Stove and Spa moved a gas stove from its original location in the garage into the house. They were competent, efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the result.

They moved a hot tub for me across town and made it look easy. They were very friendly, professional, and fair in their charge. I would do business with them again.

Great company, great products, great prices and AMAZING customer service. I researched so many companies and they were by far the best in so many categories. They were fast friendly and knew their stuff. Install went great and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. My free standing gas heat stove had several issues. They found the problems and repaired it. Would highly recommend them.

Our old gas fireplace stopped working. We contacted Armstrong’s Stove & Spa, and they sent their repairmen. Because the fireplace was so old, replacement parts were no longer available. However the repair technicians persevered, manufacturing a required part on the spot. The job required a couple of different visits to our house, but the repair was accomplished successfully. The repair technicians were very friendly, helpful, and professional as were the ladies in the store and on the phone. I appreciated that they put covers over our carpet each time they visited and always cleaned up very well. We were happy with the service that Armstrong’s Stove & Spa provided and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Great experience from start to finish. We are in the Tri-Cities and purchased a Valor L2 fireplace. Amanda did a great job at explaining all the fireplace options to choose from. Jake walked through the framing requirements and gave us his cell number to call over the weekend if needed. The installers did a fantastic job and went the extra mile throughout the process in explaining everything to me. They even discovered an issue with insulation being against our vent pipe in the attic and cleared it away for appropriate clearance. The fireplace is even better than I expected and overall we are very happy with the purchase and service. We would definitely recommend them.
