We cannot say enough good things about CBX. We had massive hail damage to our roof from a storm in 2021. They inspected it, we immediately trusted them due to their honesty, photos and professionalism. They were with us every step of the way in navigating our insurance company and that was a headache! We fought with insurance for several months and Phil was right there with us helping us navigate what to say and what to ask for. After 6 months of back and forth we were approved for a full roof repair and Phil and his team had the roof completely done in a day. Phil then coached us on how to navigate getting our checks from insurance to our mortgage company for signing and basically completely held our hand through the whole process. There were no hidden fees, no miscalculated overages from materials and we only were charged what insurance covered.
They were amazing! We sold our house this winter and the home inspector (highly sought after inspector in our area) said it was the best roofing job he has ever seen. We would 100% recommend them for repairs, new builds, inspections etc.

CBX exceeded any expectations I had, Phil and his crews work is professional, quick and most importantly the end product was perfect. Also, Phil and Chelsea understand and explain well the insurance piece of the process, they were present when the insurance claims adjuster inspected our roof, pointing out the damage and I believe ensured our replacement was fully paid.

CBX did a 5 star job on replacing my roof. They did everything they promised and cleaned up all debris around the house. I was very pleased with them.

On July 2nd a hail storm hit our neighborhood. It was a pretty mean storm and the marks on my bike helmet are a testament to the intensity. Over the next week, a number of roofing companies knocked on the door offering to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. Every one of them identified damage I couldn't see from the ground. We filed an insurance claim, the insurance adjuster came in a couple of days, and our insurance company (Safeco) confirmed we had a claim.

We chose CBX because we felt like Chelsea and Phil were the most trustworthy. They were proud of their work, they helped us find other areas of the house where we may have a claim, and they never talked down about the competitors.

We got the claim information from the insurance company, contacted CBX, signed docs, and 3 days later had a new roof. The hardest part was choosing a color. A 7-person crew showed up at 6:30 am and had all the shingles removed by 8 am. The roof was complete at 4:30. I've done a couple of roofs with family so I have some idea how hard this is. They were amazing.

A few years ago a number of neighbors had issues with their roofs in a snowy winter. After that winter I had my roof checked for the underlayment and water barriers to see if I was at risk. That roofer confirmed I was OK. When CBX pealed the roof, I did not have the rubber barrier or even tar paper. I do now.

I may not know if this is actually a good roofing job until it fails or lasts 30 years. I do know that Chelsea, Phil, and their team were great. I know I saw the rubber barrier going in this time. I have confidence in everything that went on.

We got our roof replaced by CBX after last summer's hail damage. We were blown *away by how fast they were able to finish the job (less than a full work day for a *huge 2-story roof). After a freak hailstorm I had looked at the roof and to my untrained eye I didn’t know what to look for. I called CBX and spoke with Phil directly. Phil was already in the neighborhood repairing other homes. Phil came out and inspected the roof on my house and shop. Phil pointed out the damage and explained that the damage that had occurred would certainly generate leaks in my roof that could cause much more internal damage to my home and shop.

Phil was awesome, he took the time to explain everything in detail to me. Phil also handled absolutely everything with my insurance adjuster/company. Phil documented everything completely and submitted it to my adjuster.

Phil’s crew showed up and were an absolute whirlwind of swift and high quality labor. Not one employee wasn’t performing a needed task at all times.

What can I say? Phill and the team at CDX roofing not only installed the roof new roof but before that even came to pass they dealt with my extremely hard to deal with insurance company (Progressive). Long story short if they hadn’t stepped in my insurance company would not have paid for the hail damage. Can’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I were approached by Phil when he came into the neighborhood, after a pretty bad winter the previous year; We spoke briefly and he provided his business card and company information.
We didn't hesitate, and agreed to an inspection, only to find out that our roof needed to be replaced.

CBX Roofing did a great job installing a new roof on our home. The project manager, Phil Wichman, was very professional and timely. We expected to wait several weeks for the installation to happen but CBX completed the project in a matter of days. Phil himself crawled up on my roof after the shingles went on to fix a PVC vent that had been damaged during last year's hail storm. Last summer my roof sustained significant hail damage from an early summer storm. I wasn’t aware of the damage or the fact that I could get it covered by insurance until CBX came to my door. CBX explained the whole process to me regarding inspection, insurance claim and installation of the new roof. It was very straight forward and the process was quick and easy! The whole team at CBX was amazing. The old roof was down day 1 and new one complete within a couple days. They were very careful about all of the roofing nails and made sure everything was cleaned up for the kiddos and our dogs. The new roof looks amazing! I highly recommend this company!

Kaipo Kamai is amazing! He knew I was stressed about winter with the damage to my roof. He kept in close contact and made it happen! The crew was so fast and efficient. They would of completed it in one day but ran short on some shingles.. I highly recommend this company to replace your roof.

The new roof looks great, and I'm sure it will perform well. Our area of Bend was right under June's huge hailstorm, and my roof incurred considerable damage. Kaipo at CBX helped make this whole process easy. He went up on the roof with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. He explained the process very well, and he was always friendly and patient. Kaipo also did regular check-ins/oversight with the people doing the roofing all along as the job progressed. We met Taegon, the field mgr. when we called to get an estimate ate. This young man was professional, knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand.
Ultimately, he gave us the shingles!…ina good way. We hired his company to reroof our hail damaged roof. The crew showed up on time, (6:30 am) and worked hard until completing the roof about 12 hours later! The workmanship is first-class, the clean-up, was clean, and the follow-up by Teagon was friendly and complete. Thanks for giving us the shingles we can live with!

After the hailstorm of June 23, 2021, I didn't even consider checking out my roof for damage, but when Phil Wichman stopped by to chat about all the hail damage in my area, I agreed to have him do an assessment of my 17 year old roof. He assured me the whole roof had damage. He worked with my insurance company, noticed that they left off a considerable amount for reimbursement, and was able to have them make the adjustment. All I paid was my deductible.

He and his crew arrived early on the date scheduled, were very efficient, and were done before I got home from work. The removal of the old shingles were put directly into a trailer. They even swept my yard and flower beds with a huge magnet to find any staples that may have fallen, leaving my property as they found it, except for a beautiful new roof!

Phil was so great to work with - very considerate and sincere. He knows his business and worked very well with my insurance company. I would recommend Phil and CBX Roofing in a heartbeat!
