I am astounded by the excellence demonstrated by Angel and his crew. Beyond the quality of the work (which was superb), I was so impressed with the foreman's efficiency, thoroughness , willingness to go the extra mile - be that going to the city on his day off to help us with a detail of the project, working around a mom with a 2 yr old and taking extra care to avoid exposing us to any danger, his availability to promptly discuss the project, staying late in the rain to keep to his exceptional standard for efficiency, or his kind patience to talk you through options or answer questions with honest and deep insight. Got to know each of them men working on our project by name, because they were just so kind, considerate, and truly made me feel safe. Faustino is a craftsman at an artisan level, our window and floors done with precise perfection. He works all day in the rain if that's what it takes to reach his goal. Geronimo, Chino and Alex also worked tirelessly and with great care. The team carried heavy beam after beam over 2 decks, a rock garden, then up a ladder to an attic-among many other difficult tasks. I was so impressed with their strength and persistence. They were all so considerate. The team was honest and kind, I grew to trust them to a point that I felt the house was extra safe when they were there. Sonja was a great communicator, and also took extra steps and was very serious in making sure my son was totally safe throughout the remodel process (which was getting a 1970s country house , with a proverbial bees nest of add ons, up to code with the county). I honestly can't believe how efficiently they completed this meta-project with so many sub-projects. Further, they were so clean-I was prepped by friends and family to expect a long , drawn out process that left my house in shambles. This is not all the case with this company . I can't say enough good things about pro exterior remodelers. I have nothing negative to say.10/10. Thank you, Angel, you are truly an honorable human.

I called pro exterior remodelers to help with my rehab project in Rockaway Beach. The work included a new covered front porch and covered back deck, hardiplank siding, trim, and gutters. The first PM that I had was terrible. He sent his crew out to my house without clear instructions. They went to town constructing the deck and front porch haphazardly and not according to the permitted engineered drawings that I had previously sent to Angel. When I came out to inspect I was not happy. Angel then stepped in, took over the project from the PM, and made everything right. In the end I'm very happy with the work, and everything looks professional. I would work with Pro Exterior Remodelers again, provided Angel was overseeing.

Pro Exterior Remodelers did a great job of changing out some of our window trim from wood to hard-trim and repainting the exterior of our house. We have a very tall house (especially on one side, probably about 40 feet from the ground) and Angel's team was very professional (and nice). It looks great.

Remodeling the exterior of our home was a very important decision, one we had to think through carefully. We are so thankful that we chose Pro Exterior Remodelers to take on the task. Angel and Sonja came highly recommended to us from someone we trust explicitly and they did not disappoint. From helping us understand what was possible to leaving our yard spotless when the job was completed, Pro Exterior was excellent.
Angel ran the project very well calling on his years of building experience to keep things moving. We had decided to have another insulation contractor come on the job. Angel timed it perfectly, allowing the insulators to get their job done and keeping his guys going at the same time. At one point in the project it was discovered that a previous contactor had covered up some long existing structural damage that would surely get worse as time went on. Angel brought in the right people, on the very day it was discovered, and performed a professional long lasting fix, with little or no delay.

5 STAR. We hired Pro Exterior Remodelers LLC to remove all of our (30 year old) LP siding and replace it with James Hardie - ColorPlus - Lap Siding, all 4 sides of the house. It's all done now and what a terrific job they all did. The whole crew was professional and skilled. The construction foreman is Angel. Sonja is their Sales Person and Administrator. Tearing off all the siding and reinstalling took about 3 weeks start to finish. Angel stops by the worksite most every day to check with the crew and be available for any questions or updates. What’s also nice is Angel’s priority to deliver a quality product. We had a number of issues with old damaged insulation, rotted facia and a wall that had warped. Angel provided guidance, recommendations, solutions, rough cost estimates and rough time estimates all with a good dose of Common Sense. We are totally happy with the work Pro Ex did for us. The Pro Ex crew are expert siders expert caulkers (very impressed here), clean up every day before leaving and have a “no problem too big or too small” attitude.
It was a pleasure working with all of them. Our house looks brand spanking new! Our next door neighbor hired Pro Ex also they are as pleased as us. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Pro Ex again, in fact, I did re-hire them for a different smaller project.

We had Angel and his team do a complete exterior remodel of our home back in late October including, siding, gutters, electrical framing, windows and door installs. It was a massive amount of work which included a lot of communication from all parties and planning. With that said I can not emphasize enough how professional, organized and great Pro Exterior Remodelers was during this project. Everyone one from the planner (Sonja) to the owner (Angel) and their whole crew were outstanding. My wife and I starting the bidding process for this project back in July and interviewed 8 different contractors. From the moment Angel came over to the house and we did a walk through I had a gut feeling we were going to give them the project. He had thought of everything and knew exactly what to do on all the small details that we hadn’t even thought off. It was very clear that he had a deep understanding and knowledge of all types of construction and scenarios. Another small detail that never went unnoticed was the attention to detail from his crew. We have two small children under 2 and with such a big project we were concerned about debris, nails, etc laying around the yard and them either stepping on something or eating something. Every single day for nearly a month their crew left the yard better than it started. We didn’t have anything to worry about there. If your doing a project I can not recommend them enough. We hired this team to replace half of our siding, replace 3 windows, and paint parts of the house we couldn't reach with our ladder. Angel and his team went above and beyond what was asked of them and did a wonderful job. They have quoted me very fair prices. I have hired them twice and have been extremely happy with the results and with their integrity. They have not only stuck to the price I was quoted (which rarely happens with contractors) but they also did a few extra things for us that made a huge difference (had to put in a new header for a window, and they painted our window trim which we had planned to do ourselves to save on cost). Sonja was extremely nice to work with, and the entire team was very thoughtful and hard-working. I absolutely will be hiring them again for future home projects.

Our house came out amazing! Their team was detailed. Some examples were wood trim for the wood siding. The brackets around the garden window. The team also came out at the end of the job and checked the site for any trash and to inspect the work to make sure nothing was missed. It took about 11 days.

Angel and Sonja lead a capable team that deliver quality work for our siding project. They replaced the stucco siding with James Hardie Artisan V-grove, reframing and fixed some water damage, and also replaced gutter and all external painting. The quality is remarkable and their cost is reasonable. Sonja and Angel are also very responsive to questions and requests which I truly appreciate. If you ask anything they can improve on, I would say can be a bit more gentle to the plants around the house :). Overall, I am very happy working with this team.

Pro Exterior Remodelers replaced a Sliding Glass Door that was damaged by storm damage. They were responsive in sending out somebody to take a look. When the door was delivered, they showed up the next day, as scheduled, on time. They did excellent work and went the extra mile to ensure that my floor was protected, and any dust didn't enter the remainder of the house. They thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I will be recommending them and using them for future work on my house.

I called this company to fix a leak over the top of my window. It turned out the original home builder didn't install flashing on any of them. Angel came out to give an estimate and pointed out some other neglected repairs. I ended up hiring them to install the missing flashing and fix a couple of other items. Overall I was impressed with the work, price, and the great response time. I would use this company again.

Exceptional workmanship on all aspects! Person who worked on dry rot and replacement of siding worked 10 hours to get it all done and cleaned up all of his debris very very well. He repaired the ceiling of the porch, taped and caulked it and it is now in better shape then when we bought the house. A two man crew did the remaining caulking, worked 5 hours and there was not a crack they did not fill. They too cleaned up, let me know when they were leaving for a lunch break and checked to make sure I was pleased with the result. The two person paint crew spent two and a half days painting and again, did an exceptional job-the house look fantastic. The owner went over the house after it was finished to make sure it looked right to him and to me. He had spent quite a bit of time initially working with me to assure everything that needed to be done was noted. A particular aspect that was truly wonderful was their communication. Sonja always got back to me immediately if I had a question. She kept me up to date on exactly when and how things were going to happen. She came out to make sure the work crews understood exactly what parts they were to work on and was truly a delight to talk with. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors because of the quality of their work and their professionalism. They are truly AWESOME! I will be using them in the future!!!

Pro Exterior Remodelers replaced cedar shake siding with Hardie Shake siding and painted the new siding to match the house. The crew showed up on time and worked very hard through the 95 degree temps that set record in Portland that week. The work was done as promised, when promised. It looks fantastic! Angel and Sonja and their wonderful team added staggered shingles to our accent walls and painted the outside of our home. We couldn’t be happier with their service, expertise and hard work. From start to finish, Pro Remodelers was wonderful to work with. We received several different bids from multiple companies for our new windows, Hardie siding and closing up a couple of entrances that we no longer wanted. Hands down their quote was the most thorough and detailed. Angel took the time to answer all of our questions and even returned for a second visit for a few extras we had. The quote explained everything with line item pricing for each separate scope that we wanted done. This allowed us to make an educated decision on what was the best value for our money.

We asked for additional options and information on a few items and Sonja responded quickly with brochures and pricing. We finalized the bid and felt great about it. Going forward, before the work even started, they established a great rapport with us and kept communication flowing each day.

The entire crew was excellent and very professional. At the end of each day they cleaned up all items and kept supplies neat and tidy. They even worked several days in the rain and did whatever they could while not compromising the quality of the work. In spite of the Oregon "sunshine", they completed the entire scope in a total of 16 working days. Less time than we were quoted.
The attention to detail and finish work really sets them aside from the "average" crew. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. We added to our scope of work during the renovation and we received an accurate quote for the additional items (lighting recessed on the front porch, new vent covers, enclosing a beam with Hardie siding for aesthetics and relocating an outdoor faucet that was not in a good spot). Their pricing is very fair, especially considering the attention to detail.

Angel and his minions resided my house, replaced the gutters and made several other improvements in the process. It looks like a new house now.

After purchasing our first home a couple of years ago, it became pretty obvious that a new roof and siding were in order. We contacted a number of contractors that service our area, but none even came close to providing the level of comfort that we received from Sonja and Angel. From the start of the project, it was obvious they aren't a "turn and burn" operation trying to squeeze in as many jobs as they can. They were patient when we delayed on choices such as color and roof composition, walked us through what would be one of our largest purchases after the house itself, and answered every question and concern we had.

On top of being great to work with, the quality of the siding and roofing installation is top notch. Our house looks great (maybe even better than when it was brand new) and we feel 100% confident in our protection from the elements for decades to come.

I can't say enough good things about Pro Exterior Remodelers. They re-sided our house with Hardie Plank siding, installed all new fascia boards, window/door trim, new gutters, patched our roof, painted house/trim/gutters and installed 3 exterior doors. We were pleased from the very start. The estimate came in lower than the other 2 estimates, plus Angel was amazing to work with. He had great ideas & our house wouldn't look as good as it does without his expertise & hard work. Angel made sure he repaired ALL of the water damaged boards and wouldn't settle for anything other than perfection! He was very flexible and was able to fulfill ALL our requests! We were also impressed with his crew. They were all great to have around the house and always cleaned up each day. Sonja was also amazing! She was able to get financing through Salal and made the entire process very easy, including all of our change orders that we requested. Our house started out being a complete mess and Pro Exterior Remodelers made it something we didn't even know it could be. We will definitely be referring them to everyone we know, and they will be our first call when we need a new roof or any other remodeling they offer!!

I recommend unconditionally. I had some roof flashing and siding replaced that had rotted because it had been installed poorly in the first place. They made it better than before. I am already talking to them about future repairs to my decking.

We had a great experience working with Angel, Sonja, and crew for a project at my mother's rental property. We had Pro Exterior repaint the exterior of the house, as well as replace the old single pane windows. They were always responsive, professional, and made sure we were happy with the work they performed. Even when the window company delivered a cracked window, they made sure we were taken care of and and that the window was fixed properly. Highly recommended.

Angel and Sonja have been great to work with. We had their team replace our roof, repair our siding, reset our windows, and paint our exterior. Our house looks much better and we're extremely happy with the quality of their work. For the siding, because it was a repair and not a compete siding replace, there needed to be extra communication to explain what we wanted and Angel was very respectable and did exactly what we wanted. He listened to all of our requests, asks questions if needed, and even purposed better ideas because he knew what would work perfectly. Working with Angel and Sonja, you could tell they were very experienced and that you were in great hands. I would definitely use them again if I need anymore exterior work and would recommend them to anybody.

We had ProExterior Professionals re-side our house with Hardee Plank. The contact with Sonja was very immediate any time I had a question. They provide a portable toilet so no tracking in the house. They cleaned up completely each night. Angel came back and checked the work, as well as installed downspouts as I requested a few days into the residing job. I always knew what was happening. Had to push to get the guys to use my outdoor chairs for their lunch breaks (the cold concrete porch area was cold). I would recommend them to anyone!!! They will be painting it as well, as soon as we get a break in the weather and Sherwin Williams has better paint supply. Sonja has been so helpful in helping us pick our paint colors! She brings chunks of Hardee plank painted with our different choices as we narrow it down!

Pro Exterior Remodelers replaced my 40 year old siding on my home, installed new 1/2 inch sheeting, insulated, and installed a new vapor barrier. They found some dry rot and promptly repaired the damage. They painted the exterior, sanded and painted my deck and updated my gutters so that they were hung properly with screws. All work was professionally done in a timely manner and they were on the job daily on time and cleaned very thoroughly after each day of work.

Pro Exterior Remodelers helped us achieve our vision to completely transform the exterior of our home in Vancouver WA. The skilled and quality work they performed included removing old LP siding and installing new James Hardie ColorPlus siding, replacing all gutters and downspouts, painting brickwork and replacing 9 windows including converting 2 windows from round to square. Pro Exterior Remodelers did an Excellent Job on the Hardy Plank Siding, adding a Header for our back Awning, (something some contractors would not even quote) and Painting the house. Pro Exterior’s pricing was competitive – they were not the highest bid we received, nor were they the lowest, but we believe they were the best bid we received. We are extremely happy with the exterior work, and are currently having them bid interior work for us as well.

Angel and his team, with the exception of the painter, were extremely experienced with the work they put in place.
They are all very professionals, and cared about what we, the customer, wanted. They are honest and respectful. At the time of the quote, they brought to our attention that it was really not necessary to do a total siding tear off as another firm had suggested (which would have been a lot more costly and unnecessary). The plan they had for the Header was also a better plan than others had submitted.

The weakest link on the project was the painter. He didn’t prep the house by scraping, as he should have, or seem to care about what the customers wants/needs were. With all that being said, Angel made everything right. He had to scrape the bubbled areas of the facia that the painter had just painted, primer it and repaint. He also replaced the gutter on the house that the painter had dented.

There is no question that Angel knows his business, and will make things right for the customer.

Having work in construction, we all know things can come up – it’s how it is handled that is important.

Angel and his crew replaced our roof and gutters and they did a fantastic job! They also did some siding touch-ups that were done well. The crew came early and got right to work, and often they worked until sundown. They also cleaned up well afterwards.
