Michael and his team were very thorough and professional with their work. I got my roof replaced with them recently and from the start to the finish, I had a pleasant experience with them. I received an estimate that was on the more affordable side for a full roof replacement, and they even fixed 3 different instances of dry rot on my side panels. Even though I received the estimate 7-8 months earlier than when I got my job done, the final price didn't change even after the job was complete, which I appreciate. My roof is also very steep but that didn't seem to affect anything with them (other companies I had gotten estimates from told me that will be a problem so quoted higher). Last, they did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards which was nice. Definitely recommend them for anyone needing roof replacement.

We hired NW Precision Roofing for a complete roof replacement and would fully recommend them.

We got three bids for our roof. Michael was the only one who actually got up on our roof to inspect it. Then he went into our attic space to inspect the roof boards as well. He took many pictures to show us exactly why things needed to be done and to show us what did not need to be done.

When we asked about using a different brand of shingle, he immediately pulled up a quote using it. He was extremely responsive to questions, answering even on weekends and evenings, which we never expected.

He obviously cares about his workers. There was never a question about providing a porta-potty, which other bids only said they'd supply since we'd asked. And everyone was always harnessed. The job site was cleaned up every evening.

Once the job was finished, we were again provided with multiple videos and pictures. Absolutely a great company which we highly recommend.

Michael and crew did such a great job with an urgent roof repair that I also hired them to replace some rotten window trim as well. They were honest, courteous, hard working, and did a quality job.

He did before the day was over, made comments on his inspection and offered to give us an estimate. He emailed the estimate promptly, we reviewed it and hired him. It was a nice experience to work with NW Precision Roofing. Michael is very easy to communicate, such as choosing materials, scheduling etc. I had two 10-year old roof solar fans, and I was hesitate to remove them. Michael got up to my roof months before the roof work to cover and block out the sunlight on the fans, so I could feel the difference and made a right decision. It works. Really appreciate.

Michael worked closely with me on the getting the color and type of shingle that I wanted. They did a great job on stripping off 2 old layers and putting on the new shingles and also installed a sun tunnel in my living room. It made a dark room look bright and airy. They cleaned up every day and left the area spotless upon completion of the job.
The only issue was that they should have used shorter nails on the area of eave overhangs. The standard longer nails punched through the thinner painted plywood underside and produced ugly splintered areas.
I'm still giving a 5-star rating though, as the general overall quality of work was excellent.

When my 23 yr old roof was due for an update. It was my 1st time having this big of a job done. I had no idea what was involved. I looked at other roofs and did some research to figure out what I needed and liked. Michael was referred to me and I called another company to come bid the job. Michael was so thorough in his explanation of what was needing to be done that I felt confident that he would get the job done the way I envisioned it to be. My roof was his to work his magic. In 3 days He did just that! I never thought I would look at my roof and go WOW its so nice. My house looked new again (minus a window to be replaced). The precision of the lines was like art. Haha The Landmark Pro shingles I chose stand out against others in the area. They look like tiles. It will be many years before this project will be needed again. We hired Mike and his crew to come out to give us a new roof. The roof we had was the original to our 1953 home. So, needless to say it had weathered some storms. We needed all new plywood; our roof was so old it was shiplap, as well as shingles. Mike inspected everything, including going into our hot attic, to make sure I received a quote that was competitive and accurate! We had a great experience working with Michael and NW Precision on our new roof. Michael came out right away to give us a quote and his pricing was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received. He didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need, which I appreciated!

We were able to schedule our re-roof about 6 weeks out, so it wasn’t a long wait. Michael and his team got the old roof torn off and new roof done in just a few days and they did a great job. We needed to replace 10 sheets of plywood and Michael was great about updating me and sharing photos throughout the process. He was easy to communicate with during the whole process, by email or text or phone.

The guys all seemed to work very well together. They were efficient and worked hard, but also took their time where they needed to. For us, a problem area was 3 skylights that had been improperly installed likely since the house was built. There was a lot of damage underneath, and Michael and his team spent a lot of time replacing all the damaged plywood, properly framing the skylights and making sure they were done right.

Michael was so easy to work with and very professional. He went above and beyond in a lot of small ways to really make sure we had a great experience and were happy. It’s very clear that he focuses on the quality of work and long-term integrity of the roof.

i paid NW Precision to come out to fix Christmas lights on our roof that were installed last year from another company. A portion of the lights were hanging off the roof due to high winds. It looked bad to have hanging lights down the face of our home so Michael was able to come out within a day of the damage and get the lights hung up. We tested the lights and found a few bulbs were not working, and he offered to come back and hang a new strand for free once i got on the schedule. After another day, we had heavy rain and the lights wouldn't turn on due to the breaker tripping. I messaged NW Precision again to see if they could come fix the problem, even though they didn't install the lights, just reattached them. . I mentioned that water somehow is effecting the lights. Michael came out again to not only install the new strand to replace the bad bulbs, but he also taped all the connections. I wasn't available to test it because i was working, but when i was free, i tested the lights, and the breaker tripped again. I contacted Precision again, and Michael came back out a THIRD time within two hours to look at the issue. The cause was the previous company laid lights in the gutter on the roof, and didnt tape the ends, causing water to effect the outlet. i had a spare strand Mciahl used to hang more lights, tape off the ends, and test, which all worked great! Precision was fast and responsive to getting my lights up, and fixed the sloppiness from another companies work! Thank you Michael and team for doing a great job!!

Michael and his crew were here on time and worked quickly and neatly to replace the roof of our tri-level home. They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and left the premises clean and neat. I really appreciate that Michael did not try to sell me more than I needed and his crew worked steadily and finished the roof in the expected time.
