Coldstream did a great job. It was complicated as we got a new roof, new siding and 11 new windows, all thanks to a hailstorm. Ricky was always attentive and followed up and got the job done. As well as sorting an issues that occurred as we went along. He knew a lot about dealing with our insurance agency and that helps us tremendously. We would highly recommend.

Project completed to satisfaction. The roof looks great. Contractor was extra accommodating as we had a rooftop deck that needed to be dismantled before the roof could be installed. Coldstream worked around the material on the roof so that we didn't have to lower it to the ground. Now we can reassemble without having to crane the wood back up. Andy was great to work with.

Coldstream did what they said they’d do. They provided a detailed and competitive bid, communicated consistently, provided an installation team that did a great job and followed up with inspections when the job was completed.
Andy was our Project Manager and we are pleased with how efficient and effective he was.

I'm writing to express concerns regarding my recent experience. The $500 fee for an emergency tarp felt excessive, especially considering a second emergency tarp for the same storm cost only $200. Furthermore, while Rickey offered to manage the insurance claim, their company never conducted an independent estimate. They relied entirely on the insurance adjuster's figures. Adding to my confusion, after inspecting the shingles and confirming their availability, they asked if I wanted a repair estimate, yet they hadn't determined their own repair costs. This raises serious questions about how they intended to work with my insurance company without this basic information. Consequently, I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Andy was great when he came out to look at our siding and roof from hail damage. Was very detailed in his inspection. Gave an honest opinion. Price was very fair and the communication and promptness to get the work done was exceptional! Would definitely use again in the future.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Coldstream Exteriors. We had several shingles blow off during the big storms in mid March 2025. Coldstream had an inspector at our house the next day. Brandon installed a temporary repair and walked us through the process. We soon had a permanent repair with an exact match of our shingles. Everyone at Coldstream was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The price was more than competitive and the repair was done correctly.

This was our second time working with Coldstream, they are an excellent company! This roof is not easy, but they had no trouble. They were professional, efficient, they prepped well and cleaned thoroughly after. They were also a really nice group of people! I cannot believe they completed it in under two days. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend--rain delayed repair but they immediately tarped the section of my roof that was leaking to prevent further damage. Professional & courteous employees that cleaned up so well I wouldn't have known they were there.

Excellent service and support, and I could not recommend them enough. Our insurance provider was dragging their feet for months and declining us a new roof when Brian from Coldstream was confident that our entire roof needed to be replaced. He worked with us in gathering the necessary pictures/information to have our insurance company send out another agent to take a look at everything. Their second agent agreed that we indeed did need a new roof, and updated our claim. Without Brian and Colstream, we would not have been able to get a new roof from the hail damage in March of 2024 which we definitely needed. They really went out of their way to take care of us after an awful hailstorm and water pouring in our upstairs ceilings. They helped us quickly protect the house, then stuck with us as we navigated step by step through a very long and difficult insurance claim process. Then they found a solution within our budget. Our new roof and gutters are gorgeous, they installed them fast, and most importantly - no more leaks!

Stay clear of this company! It's been a nightmare for us They had a 'Coldstream Exterior co in Florida. They went out of business BUT Jonathan Davis still has the Missouri and Ohio company open. We have a ten year workmanship and lifetime guarantee. He IS NOT HONORING THIS. After 2 1/2 years we had major leaks!!! 4 Roofing companies came in to access our "new" roof and said this was a bad job.. They NEVER put flashing into a brand new 20,00.00 roof!!! We have now black mold which had to be removed, water damage and no use of our main bathroom or one bedroom which is used for a business. There is no accountability!! First Jonathan offered help then did nothing. We had to get our homeowners insurance involved , a restoration company and several others involved

Kevin and the team at Coldstream were knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy, and really helped make the process easy for our roof replacement through insurance. They also helped us replace our garage doors through a third party contractor who was great to work with.

Brian was great to work with. All our questions and concerns were treated with respect. When your insurance company recommends a company, you know they can be trusted.

We've used Coldstream twice now for two different homes and their skilled roofers and siding installers do good, fast work. The siding guys did leave a piece of junk siding and several nails in the grass but that's minor. My main complaint is with the communication between us and our salesman. It was not good or clear. We did get a heads up the siding guys "could" start the next day but we weren't notified until they showed up in the driveway. The roofers randomly showed up on a Saturday when we were out of town. I just happened to see them on our doorbell camera or we would not have known they were even there. No heads, no follow up, no thanks for your business from the salesman. Just a bill from admin. The siding guys also didn't install an item and if I wasn't there watching them (or knew what to look for) I would've been overcharged $320. Overall, I would recommend them but they just need to tweak their customer service a bit. And I don't appreciate a $15 bribe to leave a 5star review....

I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commercial building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. She took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Amanda handled communication with my insurance company, so the claim process was effortless. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty.

The Coldstream team was quick to respond following storms in 2023 that resulted in a roof leak. Fast forward a year later, they diagnosed another leak source and offered two options—repair or replace. Coldstream did a great job with my roof after we sustained wind damage. But they also helped us navigate dealing with an insurance claim when our insurance company was being difficult. Bonus was they didn't require any payment until the work was completed and we had received our payment from insurance.

Due to serious damage from a hail and wind storm last spring, a friend referred me to Coldstream Exteriors.They installed a new roof and replaced gutter guards and one wall of siding. The coordinator, Brian McDonough, was a superb advocate and coordinated everything in a streamlined (and stress-free for me) manner. The crews were excellent, as well. They were courteous, and hard-working. Amanda Feltes, the Operations Manager, was also a pleasure to work with; she carries out her responsibilities swiftly and efficiently.

I had a leak around the chimneys on my brick house and they were able to get the job done quickly with great quality materials before the majority of the rainy season had come. They communicated really well with me during the whole process and the did the whole job for a good fair price compared to other companies.

I love these guys. Mainly, I love the fact that they don’t charge you until the work is completed. As soon as I saw that I knew that I had to work with them. They knocked out the roof in one afternoon and it looks incredible. I can see why they have 5 stars on a ton of reviews. I have the nicest roof by far in a 20 mile radius!!

At the beginning, I worked with Julie Lamb. She did a great job setting proper expectations and communication.

Then I began working with Andy Rathmann who was the manager of the project. He did a fantastic job job with being on time, always being responsive and high level of communication.

Even with the difficulty of the insurance process, he remained a great partner getting through the stress of it all.

He came for both adjusters and spend the time as necessary with them.

He was punctual with communication and paperwork and once we got through the insurance process, he had the work done in a very efficient manner. I was pleasantly surprised that they have crews and have the ability to schedule very quickly!

Coldstream Exteriors was very responsive in providing an estimate and executing the work. The contract was detailed and descriptive. Team was only here for about a day and worked efficiently and carefully. The Project Manager Andy, followed up with the service. They did forget to remove the satellite dish but came back the next week to remove the dish. We are very please with the work.

Definitely super happy with Coldstream Exteriors. Had wind damage, and insurance company suggested to contact them first to ensure it would be covered under insurance. Brandon came out took pictures and described all the steps that would take place and worked with the insurance company. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and to our liking. Each step of the way we were told what was going to take place and when it would take place. Definitely will contact them again in the future for future needs.

Call for help was made, and they were here looking at things just as quickly as possible with all the storms we had at the same time. So much to do, and they plan to help get the damage fixed all the way across the time front.

The called to check in on ask that was going on and with the impending rain in the forecast over the next 7 days they came back out today and put tarp over areas that could be exposed by the elements and cause damage inside the home, they are professional and have really done a great job thus far to help get my roof back in one piece.. I'll try and get the before and after photos as things get done but I'm feeling not just lucky but also blessed to have found a local company that does care about their customers as well as the community they serve. I'm looking forward to seeing the job to completion, and with what I've seen so far, this rating will turn to a 5+ star by the end of it. My PM Tim has called to check up on things and made sure that I could reach him anytime via phone or text.

December 10th update -- supply chain finally came in, and the work was finally stated and completed. I have to give great credit to Mike for ensuring that he worked with me closely and came out just the other day to ensure that all the work was completed and made sure that I was happy with everything. I still need to take some extra shots to post, but most looks great, Mike helped pick the color and shade, which all looks good, too. There was a very important part on the roof that needed to be reinstalled to ensure that my irrigation system was working as expected in the spring, Mike made sure it was fixed and looking like nothing ever happened. I'll update more once the final is completed.

We had our roof and gutters replaced as a result of the recent hail storms. Brian our project manager was very good about keeping us updated on the process, scheduling the work and ensuring everything went smoothly. We were one of the 1st houses in our neighborhood to have all work completed. Office staff did a great job communicating any needs with insurance company. We had Cold Stream exterior remove a tree that was close to 60 years old, about 9" circumference and close to 110' tall. We have a small city backyard, with power Iines in the way of removal and a tight space with which to work. The team was professional, reasonably priced, quick and conscientious. I came home from a business trip in the middle of the afternoon. The workers greeted me with smiles as I parked in the front of our house. When I went into the house and to the back door to check on the progress they only had the stump remaining. Talk about efficiency! I would highly recommend them for your tree removal needs.

First I had the insurance company my mom has been with for 40+ years look at the 20(+/-) yr old roof and tree damage - then I contacted Coldstream Exteriors STL. From the beginning to end Mike Tindall was top notch; friendly, capable, and kept me up to date on progress of materials..weather..etc. In late December'22 Mike was able to quickly patch, and reassure us on, what turned out to be a very small hole until roof could be replaced. My mother wanted assurance she would receive the same type of shingles and gutter guards that she had before roof was replaced and was promised it would happen - initially by insurance inspector and again by Mike. Communication was top notch with Mike in all circumstances. Firstly the job's city code updates were applied to materials, damaged plywood replaced, and the proper shingles installed as promised; through sheer determination the same type of gutter guards were located by Mike and then installed. Mike assured me that Coldstream would do the communicating with the insurance claims adjuster; I believe that is always a good idea if possible. Mike coordinated a great group of workers and also verified a clean work site after roof completion. A great experience! Good vibes from start to finish!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with having a new roof installed by Coldstream Exteriors. My sales rep/project manager, Ricky, was absolutely outstanding. He was exceedingly honest, upfront, and responsive in all of our dealings with him.

His team did an excellent job installing the roof, and we have been very happy with both the look of it, quality, and workmanship. I was extremely impressed that Ricky also came over after the job was completed to make sure that the roof was up to Coldstream's standards. He also personally went around the perimeter of the house double-checking to make sure that the nails from the old roof were picked up. I really appreciated that level of care and the fact that Ricky was there from the beginning to the end. He did all of the little things even when they were something that would take more time for him but not make him any additional money. As a former sales person myself, I really appreciated that. I feel like most sales people would be there for you for the sale and as soon as you sign the contract, you would not hear from them again. That is certainly not the case with Ricky or Coldstream.

We were very happy to work with Cold Stream Exteriors. They were very knowledgeable and kind. We had a bad storm that tore off our satellite creating a hole in our roof. They made us a priority and even came out on a Saturday! to get it properly sealed up so it wouldn't cause continued damage. Nicest you can find, great work quality, I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Coldstream Exteriors. Last year our roof was looking pretty rough. We called Coldstream Exteriors. They came out and looked at it the next day and determined we needed a new one. Ricky Waller worked with our insurance company and got us the best deal possible. He also supervised the roofing crew, who were also amazing. They were very respectful and thorough. The crew Cleaned up after themselves and Ricky came back the next day to check our roof, for stray nails on the ground and to make sure we had a good experience.

So when we decided to replace our gutters in September there was no question that we would call Coldstream Exteriors and ask for Ricky Waller. He had his crew out in just a few days. Start to finish was only 3 hours. They installed gutters and gutter guards. Besides being knowledgable they are the nicest people to interact with. They were very respectful of our home and flower beds and no mess after. Again Ricky waller came out after to check installation and for wayword nails or screws.
