I had a great experience with getting my roof replaced! A quote was provided right away and all of my options were presented very clearly, unlikely other companies I was working with on quotes. Tyler was easy to work with and very communicative. The work was done quickly and looks great. I appreciate the extra care that was taken to make sure the yard was cleaned up. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Tyler Brooks and Coldstream are awesome! As an inspector, I regularly encounter homeowners who need roof repairs both major and minor. While most roofing companies are only interested in full replacements, Coldstream will take care of repairs of most any degree. Tyler connects with the client quickly, inspects the roof personally and for free, and recommends only the repairs that are actually effective and necessary. Since I’m an older person who can’t climb ladders anymore, my gutters were so bad that I thought I needed a new roof. These guys came out and cleaned/inspected the gutters and made sure my roof wasn’t in need of replacement. Thanks again!!!
