Bryan, our project manager was available from the walkthrough until the final nail was set. He was even working with my insurance company sending pictures and corresondence to get everything covered. Anika called with scheduling updates, and their crews never missed an appointment date or time. Don't fall for big advertising companies as they just pass that cost on to their customer's. Thanks for everything you all did! A lifelong customer for sure.

We recently had a leak in our house. Jason came out within two days (over a holiday weekend). He identified the leak and gave me the best and most inexpensive way to fix it while also educating me about other portions of the roof. Will definitely be a repeat customer if we need roof work!

Jason and his team replaced my TPO (flat) roof, gutters and helped co ordinate so many other repairs when a tree fell on my house. He kept in touch with my insurance company, the adjuster, and the other repairmen. Don't know how I would have gotten through the experience with out him.

Jason and his team were very helpful with my recent storm damage. My roof was wind damaged in a bad storm in July. I called Jason on the weekend and his guys came out right away to tarp my roof to prevent further damage. They worked well with my insurance company and got my roof replaced in a very timely manner. 1st Choice did a great job on our commercial building. They replaced the roof on a 40,000sf office/warehouse in St. Louis county. The completed the job quickly and communicated well with the tenants to avoid any disruption to their business. We will use them again on other commercial properties.

I was referred to 1st Choice by my realtor. I used 1st Choice to do an inspection on a roof for a 4 unit property I was under contract on in South STL. These guys were great. Great communication, on time, and even delivered the very detailed itemized estimate faster than anticipated. I had a great experience with them, although we did not move forward on the property due to other issues.

It is the nicest looking dumpster enclosure I have ever seen! And they did it promptly and left a clean construction site. THANKS!

We had storm damage to both our roof and siding. Jason and the 1st Choice team are not "storm chasers" looking to make a quick buck. They are here to stay and will only recommend an insurance claim when it is truly warranted. They got our claim approved and did excellent work replacing our architectural shingles. They also installed our James Hardie siding to perfection with attention to every detail. Best of all...they clean up after themselves like no contractor I have ever seen. 1st Choice is truly the best choice as far as my wife and I are concerned.

We had a few roofing companies look at our home and the leak in our living room. Each one said we needed a whole new roof. Jason from 1st Choice was the only one that explained that we needed a simple repair. His team was on the roof the next day and replaced some shingles by the fireplace area. Cost less than $200 and it never leaked again. 1st Choice is the best !!

I recently discovered a portion of my roof popped off. It was a simple fix, but on the second floor of my house with nothing flat under it to put a ladder on so I decided to let a professional do it. I called them on Tuesday afternoon, they had someone out on Thursday to give me an estimate and potentially fix it. The did the fix right there, quickly, and for a price I was very happy with. Will be using them again if I ever need more work done.

I had the company do gutter screens on my 2nd level. They completed the work on time and followed up to make sure I was happy. Caleb and his team did a great job.

Jason was great to work with. We were having difficulty finding material matching our current, and he went over and beyond to help us. He identified a leaking roof issue that nobody else could determine was the problem, and made sure that the things that had previously been done sloppily were done correct. His crew worked quickly to get the job done.
They subcontracted the painter - and we had multiple issues with the painter. The painting company was horrible. Jason ended up having to talk to the painter to try to rectify all the issues that they (the painters) screwed up.
This construction company, and Jason, exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend.
