Brad and his team did a great job on my roof. He took the time to meet with the insurance claims agent at my house to look over the roof together. He took the time to explain the various varieties of shingles, gave me samples to look at, and provided addresses of houses that had a few of the shingle colors I was interested in. He communicated in a timely manner, was professional and efficient. He was patient when there was an issue with a payment from insurance. He came by my house and explained the whole billing process so I could better communicate with insurance. I'd highly recommend Element Roofing. From the delivery of the materials to the completion of the job, I was very pleased.

Brad and his crew were great to work with. From the start of the roofing process to the very end, Brad was extremely helpful and ensured any concerns I had were addressed. The crew was very friendly and worked hard for 2.5 days on my roof. They cleaned up all the debris and made several passes through our yard to get the nails and smaller pieces out. Brand made sure the job site was treated like his own house and yard. Anything he was unhappy with got fixed immediately. We had issues dealing with my insurance and Brad took extra time several nights to work with both me and my insurance company to have the cost concerns resolved. We also had him install a solar tube from velux and are very happy we did. It brightens up our bathroom and hallway. I would recommend Brad and his crew to anyone needing a roof replacement.

The owner, Brad, was a pleasure to work with. Hail damage was tarped within hours of the inspection and the roof was replaced within a week with the actual work only taking a few hours. Gutters were replaced by a dedicated professional arranged by them a few weeks later, again in only a few hours. They took care of working with the insurance adjuster, all while keeping me up to date. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

Brad was our rep and was very helpful. The first time he came to our home he advised us that we did not have damage from the storm and that everything was good to go.

Months later we did have a bad hail storm and I contacted Brad again who came out and inspected and felt that this time it was needed.

Brad met with the adjuster to review everything for the claim.

Despite a thorough review, the first adjuster denied the claim. Brad helped battle it in on a second review was able to get full approval for the roof replacement. The crew did a professional install job, cleaned up appropriately and we settled with Brad. It was a good experience for something that, I would assume, most people don’t like to have to deal with.

He came out on a rainy day and put a tarp on my roof because it was leaking. within 30 minutes of calling him. And then when he put the roof on he fixed my gutter without even being asked. Believe me it needed to be fixed! I have recommended this company in the past and I will continue to do so in the future.

It was a pleasant experience from the beginning. Brad Barner was great. His work crew were go getters. They were punctual and hard working. They put tarps down to catch the old shingles and debris. They cleaned up used magnet roller to pick up nails, etc. We now have a beautiful new roof. Thank you all. I’ll definitely recommend them.

Roofers did a great job. They tore off the old roof, replaced a couple sheets of rotted plywood and put architectural shingles on the house and shed. They completed the job in one day and did a great job of cleaning everything up. They moved patio furniture out of the way so it wouldn't get trashed, put it back afterwards and were careful with the landscaping. Price was competitive. The best thing though is the owner, Brad. Brad is professional but a "regular guy". He didn't oversell, was very responsive and even did me a super nice favor.
