Not a customer of Coastline, but was in Lowe’s looking for some upgraded shower parts and Andrew and Sean stopped and took the time to help me find the right parts, explain how to replace them, and told me everything I needed to know about leaky shower faucets and how to change them. They were very knowledgeable and super friendly and gave me lots of help

I needed the ceiling repaired in my kitchen.
I Contacted Coastline home repair, who promptly answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andrew quoted me an estimate and was able to start the repair within a couple of days. Sean oversaw the work and checked daily, monitoring the progress. Sean ensured the completed work was seamless, like there was never any damage. Every good thing you read in these reviews is true. Coastline Home Repair owner Andrew, project manager Randall, and crew lead Joe are professional, responsive, responsible, courteous, punctual, honest, skilled, and creative problem solvers. We are so glad we found them to do a complete renovation on the small, 40-year-old, beachfront condo we bought last year as a personal getaway. Careless renters, slapdash maintenance, and neglect by previous owners meant that we needed new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances; a new glass balcony door; orange peel and popcorn removed from the walls and ceilings; fresh paint and new baseboards throughout. And more. The cost was reasonable and well documented. The quality of the work is excellent. And—a true plus in such a project—we felt like partners in the process. That’s saying a lot, since we live in Virginia and only came down once while the work was underway. But everyone at Coastline was up to the challenge of keeping us informed and involved, from Andrew at the top, to the construction crew, to office coordinator Alexys and operations manager Sean. We highly recommend Coastline and would use them again without hesitation.

Everyone from Coastline Home Repair was great from start to finish. Andrew (the owner)came out for the estimate, took measurements & got our estimate to us in a timely fashion. Randall & Joe were always prompt to start the days work and they took time to answer any & all questions we had. They also cleaned up the daily construction debris before they left for the day. We even asked about an extra project & they got it done & it was fairly priced.
We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I am SO glad I chose Coastline for my walk in pantry build! They did an amazing job and it looks like it is original to the house. The drywall is perfection and I am very picky about my drywall finishes. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. They were priced reasonably as well. The guys were so polite and pleasant the entire time they were in ny home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

This company is top notch! They show up when they say they’ll show up. Their work is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail on the smallest of items. One of the guys even brought my mom some Girl Scout cookies because he heard her talking about them. You can’t find that kind of customer service these days. It’s hard to find a company that’ll even show up these days…let alone go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend Coastline Home Repair as a professional service. They completed the job as specified and scheduled at a very reasonable price. The job site was left clean and orderly.

Andrew, the owner, was very quick in getting back with me about a quote, and the quote was more reasonable than other quotes that I received. Also, his two employees were on time every morning and they both were a pleasure to have in my home. Randall and Joe were both respectful, and they worked hard the entire time that they were here. No slacking off for these two!! They gutted and totally redid my guest bath and replaced the flooring and a cabinet in the master bath. I would highly recommend using Coastline Home Repair. They will be the first company that I will call for any work that I need to have done in the future.

We recently needed substantial remodeling for a house we own. The issue was that we live in Maryland and the house is in South Carolina. After interviewing several contractors, we settled on Coastline Home repair. This was after flying down personally and meeting the three contractors. The owner of coastline seemed the most professional, and had been the most cooperative and helpful as we worked out the scope of the project. Coastline was the middle of the three as far as price and we got our money’s worth. They did exactly what they said they would do with no hidden charges The workers arrived every day on time and left the project clean every day. During the course of the job, they made several very helpful suggestions. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I highly recommend Coastline Home Repair. Do yourself a favor. Stop reading this review and call Andrew at Coastline! You will be glad you did.

This review below this update was posted a year ago and totally true, pertinent to the personnel and the projects.

As of this date - 2 June 2025 - I need to "edit" my review of Coastline Home Repair and describe what is happening now.

I contacted Andrew about screening the back porch and taking up rugs/replacing with LVP.

The porch was screened during April by a SUBCONTRACTOR - the technicians - Hamp and his partner - did a great job and I love the porch - as do my cats!

The door was not the correct one - opened properly - LOCKED ON THE OUTSIDE - useless.

The screen door was to be replaced as well as a cat door in my back door.

FIVE WEEKS later - I heard nothing.

Contacted the office manager on May 19 -was assured I'd hear by the end of the day.

Nothing.

Called back on Wednesday May 23 - office manager assured me I'd hear by the end of the day from Sean, Project Manager.

As of May 25 - nothing.

Email describing situation and lack of communication. Also, I wanted to postpone carpet/floor project until January 2026.

Leighanna called me 2 minutes after i sent email and apologized - assured me I'd hear on Tuesday as Monday was Memorial Day.

Tuesday, May27 - Sean called - came over to pick up aluminum poles left in my yard for 5 weeks from the screening job - apologized - discussed the door situation
- it is a safety issue for me - assured me he would discuss this with Andrew and GET BACK TO ME BY NOON WEDNESDAY MAY 28.

NOTHING.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from Coastline and their representatives.

If there are issues - personnel, weather, personal, I understand.

There is no reason someone could not get in touch to inform me what is happening.

Andrew, LeighAnna and all their technicians are top notch in customer service, work ethic, professionalism, contact with and communicating with their client. I contracted with Coastline to remodel master and secondary bathroom, replace current unsightly deck with smaller and nicer one and come up with a solution to a major water problem from a totally inadequate gutter system over the rear screen porch. I picked out the vanities, hardware, lights, mirrors, floors, paint for the bathrooms - Andrew ordered everything. Joe and Randall worked on the project for 4 weeks - they were here on time, left on time, worked all day, explained procedures to me - especially if something needed to be adjusted - were polite, professional, prepared with all tools and materials. Both bathrooms are beautiful - "brand new"!!!!! The deck is now a 12' x 12' wooden deck, with stairs - some of the railing and lattice was in good shape so was re-cycled - saving me some money! And the solution to the gutter problem is brilliant!!!!! I now have a "normal" gutter with downspouts, protective mesh covers to keep out debris, etc - and the water problem on the back porch no longer exists!!!!! Joe and Randall are not only technicians - they are problem solvers and creative thinkers!!!!! Thank you so much to everyone at Coastline for the great experience of working with your company! I will recommend you to others as well as call you again!

It has been a pleasure working with the Coastline Home Repair family. After lots of difficulty finding contractors to provide quality work, Coastline came to the rescue! Leighanna and Andrew are a great team to work with. Leighanna answered on the first ring every time I called with a concern, and Andrew followed through with taking great care to understand how I wanted the job completed, then communicated my expectations perfectly to the Joe and Jessie, the finishers. Joe and Jessie built two closets in my daughters’ shared bedroom. Coastline saved me money and time by carefully salvaging baseboards, shoe molding, and other building materials to finish off the project beautifully and cost-effectively. Coastline is dependable and takes care in the quality of work they leave behind. We will be calling them again. Thanks Guys!

They converted a Carolina room to Four season room. They showed up when they said they would. They worked a full day. They stayed on the job until it was complete. Andrew is wonderful to get along with and make changes. Their workmanship was quite good. I have worked with other contractors since then, and have come to appreciate everything they do much more. I recommend them highly.

Leighanna and Andrew were absolutely wonderful. I have been trying to get the ceiling repaired for almost 2 months after it had fallen in from an A/C leak in the attic. My mother is almost 90 and was unable to find a contractor to even call her back. One did quote a price then never showed up for the repair. Coastline not only quoted less than the original contractor but was able to begin the job the next day on an emergency basis as they were booked with prior jobs. Working with Leighanna long distance since I live in Florida, I was able to leave a key for Andrew who performed the work unsupervised and to perfection. The work was beautiful and the clean up fantastic. After the texture was complete you can't even tell where the ceiling was replaced. I have worked in construction for over 30 years for my local building department. the licensing board and a private contractor. Needless to say I have seen my fair share of bad contractors. It renews my faith that they're are still companies like Coastline who can be trusted to perform work as promised on time and at the proposed price. I can't thank you guys enough and will be sharing your number with anyone who wants an honest and professional contractor.

I had damage done to a linen closet from a leak within the wall. They did a great job repairing the walls and baseboards. They were prompt, polite and did a great job cleaning up before they left. I would definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience having drywall removed and an access panel placed. They were quick to respond and answer my questions! We plan to use them for future projects as well

I hired Coastline to repair a bathroom floor and another bathroom ceiling. I was very pleased with both of these repairs. They were completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was excellent. I will definitely contact them again in the future for some other remodeling needed.

We were very happy with their work, the guys were very nice to work with, on time etc. They removed an old walkway and porch for us and built a new 8 x 16 porch. Looks great and we would definitely recommend them! We will contact them again in the future for projects.

Coastline Home Repair did a significant a crawl space foundation repair for me, and also matched/installed/ finished hardwood interior flooring . The quality and reliability are outstanding and rates fair. The owners have excellent personalities - trustworthy, personable, punctual.
