Gary was patient and answered numerous questions. He inspected my roof both before and after replacement and was very thorough. The team who replaced the roof were worked diligently and cleaned up my yard with precision. I am very pleased with Coastal Roofing and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Coastal Roofing. They recently completed our roof and we are so happy with the work that they did for us. We dealt with Coastal Roofing recently as we required a quote on a repair our home needed. We were met with the utmost professionalism, a very quick response time on both the evaluation of the work and supplying us with the quote. We also received a call-back as a courtesy follow-up.. something we really appreciated.
Ultimately, we did not choose Coastal Roofing, but that choice had nothing to do with anything we were presented with or any encounter with any staff. Coastal is in our queue for future work we may need.

Getting service providers to simply answer the phone or reply to an email is a challenge at times. It was refreshing when Callen contacted me promptly after my service request and she worked with my hectic schedule to get Michael out ASAP for a roof inspection. Michael was also a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and gave a very detailed explanation of the workscope. He provided a thorough assessment and answered all of my many questions. The level of service I experienced is increasingly difficult to come by these days and I know who I'll be recommending for this type of work in the future.

Coastal roofing is the best roofing company in Slidell if not the Gulf Coast! We had roof damage after a storm and needed someone to come give us an inspection. When coastal came out they provided a detailed inspection with pictures to send to my insurance all for FREE! We had never been through a roof replacement, and we were nervous this would cost a fortune. However, their office team became very helpful in helping us deal with insurance. They answered all our questions and then some. The day of the build their team arrived on time and began working. As a parent of a toddler I was super nervous about roofing nails. So when I saw the team running magnets and checking my yard over for nails and debris I couldn’t have been happier. The next day they came out for a final inspection and checked the yard again. It really made my family feel like our safety was Coastal’s main priority!
