I had a roof leak that needed to be fixed. I called Crescent City Roofing.

Clay came out quickly.

I was nervous because of cost, but Clay gave me a good quote.

That was on Thursday. Friday was a rainday, but they were here 1st thing that Monday morning and they did a phenomenal job.

It's been almost 2 weeks now and we've had a decent amount of rain, mainly all at once and now one drop has come through the roof.

I'm extremely thankful to Crescent City Roofing for the job they did and i will recommend them to anybody that asks me about roofers.

I would like to thank Crescent City Roofing & Construction Co. and Dalton for all his help . Two weeks ago Dalton & his crew came to put a new roof on my house and two sheds. Everything started when Dalton came to give me an estimate. Dalton was very polite and helpful in me making up my mind. Dalton came with a booklet of roof shingles, copies of insurance, training certificates, fortified, BBB certificate, licensing and proposal for job. Dalton took the time to explain me the difference between the fortified roof and regular roof. He also helped me pick out the color shingle & color of drip edge. Later that night I was sent pictures of other houses & addresses of houses that had the color I was getting. Everything went so smooth. Dalton is very knowledgeable and checked on things all the way.
Now, I called him about painting a very high shed an doing repairs. Again everything went as smooth as could be. I got my proposal that night and within three days everything was done. All of the work people on both crews were very respectable and very hard workers. I would recommend Crescent City Roofing & Construction Co. to everyone. They are the greatest in my book. I just had a Fortified Roof installed by Crescent City Roofing. My experience working with Dalton Adams was exceptional. He was very professional, attentive and responsive. If I sent him a text or called him, he answered my questions immediately and made the whole experience pleasant.
Also Dalton’s work crew did a great job not only on the roof but protected the plants and landscaping around the house.
As a side note, my wife “misplaced” her iPhone the night before the roof was scheduled to be replaced. Bright and early the next morning, one of the roofing crew rang my doorbell and handed me my wife’s phone which he found in the driveway : hardworking and honest!

Our roof was installed this past Thursday and Friday. Dalton came and provided a quote a couple weeks ago for a fortified roof. The crew arrived at the day and time. They had at least 10 workers on the first day. They were finished by noon on the second day. I was impressed by the speed and quality of work. They had to replace several plywood roof decks. I thought there would be add on charges, but Dalton said that it was already included in the quote. The crew did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. Dalton stopped by to look at the finished job he checked the yard for nails. He only found 6 that his crew missed.

When I called the owner, the company answer the phone and he told me to call his son to set up an appointment for to get my roof checked. So I explained to the son Dalton then he said well I guess my dad didn’t tell you we charge to do an estimate on the roof. I can't say enough good things about Crescent City Roofing. We needed a new roof and had siding damage that needed to be repaired. Clayton and Dalton (father & son) came out and gave us a no-pressure quote that was very fair. Out of all the quotes we got, they were the only ones that actually got up on our roof and inspected it!

They did an amazing job and completely cleaned up our yard afterwards. They go the extra mile and won't nickel and dime you to death. For instance, we had a small tree growing up against the side of our roof that was causing damage. They cut it down and hauled it off no charge!

For our siding repair, there ended up being more damage that any of us had anticipated. Instead of putting up good siding over it to stay on budget, they texted me photos of the damage to make sure I was informed and cut out the rotten wood and fixed it like it should be done. That says a lot about their character. The trim around one of our windows was leaking and causing some of the rot. They fixed this for me no charge!

The work was excellent and we couldn't be happier. If you decide to use them, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience having selected Crescent City Roofing as they recently installed my fortified roof. After meeting with three companies to bid on my roof, Dalton Adams of Crescent City stood out to me for the ease at which he explained the entire process and the fact that he listened to and addressed all my concerns. We had solar panels that needed to be removed and reinstalled. Dalton recommended a team that got that done. He also recommended we get two wind turbines (instead of ridge vents) to vent our attic. Since his family's company is local to Slidell and they've been in the business over 30 years, I trust their advice. We selected a great shingle color, "driftwood" and now I can look forward to getting quotes for lower homeowner's insurance.

Very personable and explained to me everything they would do. Sent photos to me during installation showing where rotten wood, which had caused leaks, had been replaced. Crew was very hardworking. They came early and did not leave until the job was finished, including picking up nails and all other trash. They also removed my skylights. They are a local company and gave me a 5 year labor warranty.

Crescent city came in, and changed out the whole roof due to damage caused by a tree falling on the side of the house for substantially less than any other quotes i got. I happened to run into the crew one evening, and was amazed with their courtesy, and professionalism, they worked all day and were more than happy to talk with me, no haste at all. Crescent City went above and beyond, going past the extra mile to get the roof back 100% at NO EXTRA COST, which was surprising and unexpected considering what adversities they came across.
