I do not recommend, and will never do business with them ever again.
They were contracted in March to repair hail damage. Just now finished the contract Aug 1. Awful expectation setting and communication. I was flat out ignored several times. When calling up to ask to speak to someone higher up about these issues, was never contacted back.
Multiple times I was told to expect a crew on X day to finish the work, and X day came, of no one showed up. Their repeated excuse was "The project manager forgot to call you, the crew was busy with other jobs, and they have to reschdule."
Once they got their money it seemed like they couldnt care less about doing the job. I had to threaten to get my attorney involved because it reached that point.
I was extremely happy with the price, service, and honesty that I experienced. They caulked and sealed all my roof flashing and vents, painted my chimney, repaired my siding, caulked two large windows and replaced a window. I highly recommend them.
One star for employing foreign telemarketers to call customers after storms and for being dishonest about it. “We don’t cold call - but we do have an insurance division that calls people after storms.” We just had a major hail storm in the area.
I did some checking and it is indeed this company that is responsible for the calls. I’ve gotten five or six phone calls in the last few days even though they were informed on the first one I am not interested and my number is on the Federal Do Not Call list.
Gentlemen on the phone when I called the main line was nice and offered to send an email to get them to stop. Leaving this review because it appears others have gotten the run around about this.
