Really awesome service, I highly recommend these guys, they came in & got the job done right away, were very professional, & gave updates, & when the job was done, they showed pictures & I'm very happy with the job they did on our house today. An unfortunate, extensive flood left us in a mess (and during the first snow storm to makes things worse), and the Flood Guys answered the call. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Joe, Matt and Julio were always prompt and friendly during the process of evaluating and taking care of our recent hot water heater leak damage. They always called ahead before coming out to check the drying out process and coordinated repairs with the plumber and general contractor.

I'm not a customer, just to preface this. One of their employees, Julio, helped me out when I was stuck in the snow. I didn't call for him, he just saw me, stopped, and helped me. I haven't used their services, but if this is how their employees treat me without using their business, I can't imagine how great they'd be actually using them.

Great work, Joe and Matt were very prompt getting us our quote and then getting the job done! Plus they work really well with the other contractor that was helping on the project.

Had a small leak under my house the plumbing company referred them to me they called me right away we’re up front about costs and even though I did not use their services gave me pointers on how to handle the problem myself!

Joe and Steven came in, after a plumbing error. They dried out my basement structure. They stayed in communication thru the process. Making this a little less stressful. The end result, my basement is dry. Verified we reached dry standards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any help with water damage and or flooding.

Joe and Steve with the Yakima/Selah Flood Guys were incredible. They were always on time, always easy to get ahold of over the phone, and always gave us prompt and efficient estimates & solutions. One project we needed them for required for our small business to be closed for 24 hours. So that we wouldn’t have to lose business, they arrived at 11:45 pm ON NEW YEARS EVE to run a machine in our restaurant so that we could open the next business day! We are so pleased with their service.

Our plumber recommended The Flood Guys after we had a leak in a hose going to our dishwasher. Joe and Steve from the Flood Guys responded promptly to our call and worked very hard to keep the damage to a minimum. The floor and walls were saturated so we were afraid that the cabinets and floor were going to have to be replaced. They used a couple of machines in the crawlspace and 4 machines in the kitchen to dry out everything. They came by every day for a week to check the progress. Twelve days later everything was dry enough to have the board under the sink replaced. They respected our schedule and home while doing work.

I’ve never had better service than with Joe and Ryan from Flood Guys!!!! Fast and reliable service. I highly recommend the Flood Guys, you just can’t go wrong with them!! In fact these two did more than what was required and they put my mind at ease!! Thank you!!! Anyone asks me who to use for flood control, FLOOD GUYS for sure!!!!

I used the Flood Guys for the water damage my property in Yakima sustained. I was a little worried at first because of their lack of reviews but let me tell you, I am sure glad I didn’t let that deter me from giving them a shot. After they arrived they assured me that everything was going to be alright and didn’t pressure me into using them. They educated me on what to expect moving forward and kept in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. Cory and Joey were amazing and very respectful of my home and belongings. I know without a doubt that a stressful situation like this could have easily made me wanna pull out all my hair. Thanks to The Flood Guys and their team, it was as smooth as it could be. I also found out later that they have another location west of the mountains where people like me have had plenty of good things to say so that just confirmed and reinforced my confidence. Thanks again Flood Guys for helping me keep my cool.....and my hair!
