Clayton Restoration Company - Saint Louis, MO

This company was used by a neighbor and damaged my property without repairing it. They were repeatedly told not to put their ladders on my flagstones, did it anyway, and cracked several and destroyed a whole row of plants. Before this had happened, I had a few small repairs needed for siding and asked for quotes.They never provided the quotes, but after the damage they said that they'd make it right and do the repairs for free. I was somewhat circumspect, and before I could stop him, one of the workers sliced off the siding of a corner of the exterior to "get a paint match" to return the next day. Completely ghosted me and there is now a missing section of siding.

My neighbor had a new roof and gutters installed a year ago, and the roof ended up leaking soon after and the gutters weren't installed properly. Company finally sent someone out - after a YEAR - and who knows if the work was truly fixed. Avoid at all costs.
