I love this company joe was wonderful joe helped with everything I got a brand new roof they did wonderful on my roof I refer joe sales 100 percent and this company joe will 100 percent make sure yr taken care of and yr home very friendly and listens were staying with joe and Clayton restoration there going to do my siding and cutters too tks joe alot big mamma and family made my dream come true

We recently had our shingle roof replaced due to storm damage. We have a two storey home in St. Charles. Joe and his team did a great job from beginning to end. Completed everything as agreed in a professional and friendly manner. Highly recommendable.

Joe Saenz was the most professional salesperson I have dealt with in years. He contacted our insurance company for us and guided us through the entire process. He was honest about how much our new roof would cost and met our insurance adjusters at our home to help them review the damage. After the adjusters left, he scheduled our roof replacement very quickly the same week. The roofers arrived and were very quiet and respectful of our property. Our roof was complete in one day and clean up was immaculate. I walked our property after they finished and could not even find one nail or piece of old shingle. I would highly recommend Clayton Restoration for any home repair they perform.

I originally contacted Clayton Restoration because they worked on a neighbor's home and were recommended to me. I contacted them and was impressed with the thoroughness of identifying all the wind and hail damage the house received over the past few years. Joe coordinated a claim with my home insurance, and was able to generate a claim for a new roof, gutters, facia, siding repair, and much more (too numerous to list here). I was especially impressed with their overall quality of work.

I would highly recommend Clayton Restoration. Joe and Austin were very personable and friendly. Communication was great. They helped me get a brand new roof and helped me with the best option which was to file a claim with my insurance company which Austin helped to set up. My insurance was super quick to respond and with in a week I had a new roof. I was concerned about the weather, as it is Missouri, but I was reassured that it would simply get rescheduled and no risks would be taken. Turned out weather was perfect and the roofers arrived on time and got the job done in 6 hours. It was very fast and efficient. Joe has gone above and beyond to be of service and taking initiative to help with some other repairs. This new experience of getting a new roof for the first time was less stressful and worrisome thanks to Joe and Austin. I'm very grateful to them.

Austin was a extremely polite and helpful young man. He took care of helping me file claim and met with insurance adjuster. Totally replaced roof and cleaned up work area in one day. Can't say enough good things about this company and Austin. There roofing crew was very professional and polite. Will reccomend to all I know.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Austin was great to work with very professional, very down-to-earth did not try to sell me things that I did not need. Everything was done in the time frame that they gave me they cleaned up after themselves. They have called me a couple times just to make sure that I was pleased with the job and to let me know that if I have any issues at all to contact them.
