I wanted to give this company a better review, but the follow up after services were completed was completely horrendous. I had 2 projects done. The first was weeding and weed prevention in my front yard. The crew was friendly and punctual and efficient and if this was the only project this company did for me, they would have received 5 stars. The second project was where all my issues occurred. They treated my yard to address drainage issues, but the treatment wasn't effective and there is still standing water in the yard. When the crew left on the day they did the work, Gary said that he would come by the house in a week to check on the project. He never showed up. I called him weekly, and every time we spoke, he said he would call me back to schedule a crew to come to my house. He never called. He did actually show up to my house once, and he confirmed that the yard looked horrible, and said he would get a crew out to me. It has now been 2 months since the original work was done. I have spoken to him 6 times, and he blows me off every time saying he will call later to schedule. I wasted a lot of money on the project, and a lot of time trying to get this company to show up. If he had no intention of ever following up with me, he needed to say that from the beginning instead of stringing me along for months only for me to wind up exactly where I started.

Classic grounds care was great. They turned my dilapidated safety hazard deck into a beautiful family hang out spot. The price was great the guys were professional. I’ll call them again for sure.

I can not recommend this company enough! Professional, attentive, excellent communication, & knowledgeable on so many levels. Gary and his team arrived on time well prepared for any situation and executed a miracle. They reclaimed a once immaculate garden, orchard and many large border flower beds that had gone wild. The result of their 2 days work are worth more than words can express! Thank you for making this birthday gift one that will thrive with love.

I've used Classic Grounds Care on numerous occasions, including lawn care, deck replacement, cedar fence replacement, and a roof replaced. They go above and beyond to earn and keep your business. Example. I was on vacation out of state when my neighbor reported that my roof was seriously damaged by a storm. I contacted Gary, he inspected the roof, installed tarps, and worked directly with my insurance company which allowed my family and I to enjoy the rest of our vacation worry free. I have referred family and friends to Gary, they where satisfied with the quality and price of their projects.

By far the most superlative service we have ever had from yard service to tree work and on top of it our metal roof has never looked so good. I would highly recommend them.

Today we used then again and.although the smoke makes it difficult to see but the Classic Grounds Care crew limbed up our giant trees to give us a tremendous view. Thank you a million times over!

Gary never showed up for ALL the appointments to repair our mother's sprinkler system. We finally gave up and called another company. Our elderly Mom has been calling him since September and he keeps giving her the run around. If he doesn't want to work, he needs to be honest with his customers and direct them elsewhere instead of stringing them along. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I had a great experience with this company. I posted a add on facebook for kitsap County lawn service. I recieved a timely professional response and someone at my house within 30 minutes to quote me. Price was reasonable. There were 4 men here the next morning that brought my yard back to life. I will definately recommend their services.
