Pro Dwelling LLC is excellent in so many ways.

They recently excavated, leveled, and graveled a parking space for our home, and it came out beautifully.

Pro Dwelling LLC owner Jacob Cook helped to finalize the design of the parking space, including the proper materials, ideas for grading, etc.

As the parking area job progressed, we also had some trees and brush from a separate job that needed to be hauled away. Jacob happily assessed the scope and gave us a great deal for the extra efforts.

We also wanted to relocate our power meter base, which was installed in the middle of the parking area when the house was constructed, to a more appropriate location. Jacob encouraged us to move ahead with the power meter base relocation, even though it delayed the completion of Jacob's work on our project, because he didn't want us to have to dig up the new parking area to move the power meter base later.

Pro Dwelling LLC patiently waited as we navigated nearly 2 months of complexities in coordinating the electrician, the power company, and the phone company to all do their part. Jacob never complained once and even gave us more than a few great pointers on how to navigate some of the related details with the other parties.

As if that wasn’t enough, we also wanted to run conduit for our communication needs. Jacob did a great job of coaching on the best routes for the conduit and then he and Ben performed the work, including adding pull rope to the conduit for our future wire pulling needs.

There's no standing around with hands in pockets - these guys (Jacob and his brother Ben) show up and get straight to work. They are focused and friendly too.

I’ve hired Pro Dwelling several times over the years to complete a variety of projects. For example, they did a wonderful job cleaning out the crawl space under my house and installing insulation and a wall-to-wall barrier sheet.
