Matt and his team did a great job repairing our roof and siding after a tree fell on it during a storm. He was always responsive to calls and explained clearly any work that was needed to repair the damage.

Matt and his crew did my two level deck in the winter of 2024/2025. The deck turned out beautifully with top notch Trex material. Mauro is the master deck builder and very communicative. His helper Jimmy is also very nice. The deck took longer to build as the weather was not great and the day light was shorter. It’s also partially because Mauro and Jimmy paid attention to every detail. Thank you for a job well done! I look forward to warmer days when I can enjoy the deck. Puget Sound Builders & Renavations rebuilt a deck for me. They arrived when they said they would and got write to work. When they found a problem we discussed it and came up with a solution. They were very neat and clean if they had to enter the house and were very aware of keeping pets contained and safe.

Matt and his crew used lasers to line up the tile perfectly. For our master bathroom, we asked for a complex herringbone pattern which they did wonderfully.

Our home suffered a pipe leak that caused serious damage to the first floor. We needed mold remediation, new kitchen walls, new cabinets, and new floors. We received multiple bids from many different companies around Seattle but could not locate one that could do the entire job. It became clear that it would be a nightmare coordinating among the different companies for different portions of the job. Puget Sound Builders was the only company that was both responsive and could do the entire job. Matt helped us work out a plan that would fit within our budget, and although it was about 10K more than other bids, we decided to choose Puget Sound Builders due to their ability complete the entire job, and their stellar reputation.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team since March of 2020 when we purchased our first home. We had a brand new structured beam installed, dry wall, and interior paint done before we moved in post inspection call outs. Since, we had asked Matt and his team to build some storage space for us in our detached garage as there weren’t any as well as repainted our patio deck, barn door, and installed posts to hang patio lights. With all that we have done, Matt and his team were very cordial and we’re a delight to work with.
