Miguel came out and took a look at my roof and gutters to figure out why I had some water getting in to my closet ceiling. Turns out it was a bad gutter design where it would overflow and spill backwards. It had rotted out my fascia and caused some damage. I discussed the repair process and materials with him and finalized these items with Donna Clark in the contract process. They answered all my questions and were very patient. They did their best to schedule the repair right before a winter storm and got the job done in blistering cold. There was a small but affordable change order added, that I expected, as some of the roof sheeting had moisture and rot creep up from underneath. I was suprised at just how well they matched my new gutter color to the old and also how well they rebuilt my exterior soffit to match the way it was before. The materials they used, such as the PVC fascia and added drip edge should help prevent this problem from reoccuring. They did an exceptional job, I am very happy with the final result. I paid more than I was expecting but for the quality of the service, speed, and the end product quality I feel the price was warranted. The job came with a warranty that will last a couple years too. I have had bad experiences with other contractors in the past and I felt like this is an honest company with good people that care. Thanks to the Clark team, I will be calling you again in the future.

I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the work that Clark Roofing did for us. We had some leaks on our roof in a really tricky intersection. The crew from Clark Roofing was able to find the leaks and repair them. They also were able to source the cedar siding that needed to be replaced as part of the repair and stained it to match what was existing. When they were done, I couldn’t even tell what was new versus old. There has been at least three bad storms since the repair and not a drop has leaked inside. Highly recommend them if you want attention to detail and competent craftsmanship.

Can't say enough regarding how Clark Roofing has performed. Donna is a pleasure to interact with and she's on top of communication. Miguel and the crew were quick to arrive when we had a leaking vent. They replaced the singles around the leaking vent, put new flashing down, and ensured the leaks wouldn't occur again. They also replaced other roof vents with a lifetime vent compared to the flimsy builder grade vents. Clark recommended and installed hard to get half round gutters be installed due to the lack of gutters and it has prevented future leaks from happening. Matched the house and everything as they understood our build was a custom house. The best part is they came back 8 months later when I found a hole in my ridge shingles and repaired it at no cost. Miguel and crew remembered us and greeted us like we were best friends. It's service like this that makes working with a roofing and siding company worthwhile. It's hard to find an honest and hard working company that truly understands the trade. I would highly recommend using Clark Roofing & Siding for any roofing/siding repairs.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
