Chuck is patient when working with you and his crew leader and team are very nice. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks great. Chuck did the work on my neighbors house and was dedicated to making sure the job was done correctly. He also, followed through with me. Donna is perfect and understanding when you need to make changes. The experience was great and I will have him do more work for me.

I had an area of my roof that had been damaged by water intrusion. When Clark Roofing came out to take a look, they recommended a new roof. I agreed, and based on a recommendation by a dear friend to use Clark Roofing, that’s who I used. The crew was professional, courteous and hard working. They responded professionally to all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this company.

Clark Roofing made repairs/corrections on a roof recently installed by another roofing company. My experience with CR was much more informative than the previous company. CR provided pictures before and after and thoroughly explained the repairs they would be making. I highly recommend them.

The amount of 1 star reviews is completely irrelevant to this companies disregard for the consumer, but your attempt at disparaging me is noted by the reader of this review. Yeah, I declined to wait for a company with no respect for the customer, that isn't a good impression and I will give my business to someone that will communicate, and not be disrespectful of me and my time.

Set an appt and had to take a half day off work to accommodate. 2:15 rolls around from my 2pm appt and no one is here so I message the company and they said, Hi, this is Donna at Clark Roofing and Siding. ‘Our estimator was at the appointment, as scheduled. According to our GPS, he arrived on-site at 1:57PM and left the property at 2:05PM. He knocked on the door and no one answered, so he left. He is no longer in the area.

Um. Nope, I was here and no one knocked and I got zero phone calls that someone was on their way (I was told upon scheduling they call 30min prior), no phone calls when her was here and def no knocking.
Do not waste your time scheduling with this company.

As a single Mom on a budget with zero roofing knowledge, when I needed a roofing professional I felt overwhelmed with worry and stress. "Are they going to take advantage of me? There are so many roofing companies out there, what sets them apart? What if they price gouge me when it becomes obvious I’m clueless about their industry? Will they cut corners or somehow leave me with another set of problems?"

Clark Roofing and Siding is beyond impressive. I called about a roof leak, and they sent someone out the same day. They laid out my options in a factual and friendly manner, no pressure at all. They were extremely efficient, thorough, neat, and professional. I was thrilled not only with their work, but they didn't leave any mess for me to clean up!

It was a great experience at a time when customer service is at an all time low. Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and affordable. They showed up when they said they would, completed the repair in the timeframe given, and was just an all around pleasure doing business with them. My wife talked to Lisa and made an appointment for a "Free Estimate" on July 14th. It was scheduled for August 2nd. Almost 3 weeks later. No one showed, no one called. We gave the company a second chance and tried to reach out and see what happened and to reschedule. No one answered or replied. I guess the company doesn't need business. Don't waste the 2-3 weeks just for them to blow you off, find a different company that wants your business and that cares about your needs.

Over the last couple of years, it became evident that I was going to need to replace the roof. A recent heavy rainfall made that decision an immediate concern. I had no connections and no idea who to trust with this important task. I began my research and ultimately landed on Clark Roofing after reading nearly every review I could find. I made the decision to have them do an estimate and it would be ultimately one of the best decisions I have made. The owner, Chuck, came to the house, took the time to look at everything, supplied me with all of the information I could have possibly needed, and sent me my estimate. It was ultimately in line where I thought it should have been so I made the decision for Clark Roofing to do the job. They constantly communicated through the preparation phase of the job, showed up at sunrise on the day the job was to begin, and by the end of the day had completely removed the old roof, made needed repairs to the sub roof, and install the new roof. Throughout the day my yard looked like a construction zone but when the job was completed I was unable to find a single piece of evidence that they were ever there. In the end, I have a gorgeous roof that has completely sealed every issue that I had and couldn't be happier. If you have any doubt on making a choice to replace your roof, Clark Roofing should be at the top of your list.

We needed a repair to the fascia on a second floor part of our home. This company was responsive and made the quote process simple and quick and they didn't seem to overprice this service. It was these reasons we chose this company over others. When it came to the repair, they were on-site first thing in the morning and left before lunch, cleaning up all debris and material. Looking at our house you would never know that we had to have this repair because they did such a good job. If needed, I will use their services again in the future!

They have replaced my windows, gutters, siding, shingles and today they replaced rotten wood on my shed door and put on new brackets and put siding on the entire door so that all would match. Clark Roofing and Siding Inc did the roof and siding on my new construction home at Foxfield Meadows. After closing, I was unhappy about a few things with my roof and siding. I've used Clark Roofing and Siding for multiple projects. The first was a full roof replacement project in Elizabeth City NC last year. At the time, I lived out of state. They managed my entire project for me. The work was completed using high quality architectural shingles. The roof installation went well and looks amazing. Their roofing team did excellent work. This year, I moved to Chesapeake VA, and I called them to update my porch columns and rails with new vinyl products. They also replaced my soffit, fascia, and trim. Again the team members were great to work with. I highly recommend working with Chuck, Donna, and the rest of their team for all exterior home improvement projects.

When I needed some of the condo windows replaced I contacted the Clark's. They came immediately to give me an estimate for replacement. I signed the contract almost the end of July and my windows were in on October 4th, which for this time period was very quick. The Clark's had scheduled installation for before the end of September, but at the last minute I needed to reschedule. Taking the change I needed with their positive attitude (as always), we rescheduled for about a week later so fit my schedule. I give them 5 stars....more if they were available.....for quality work, professionalism, positive attitude, and the ability to work with the customer in meeting my daily changing schedule. If you need any type of repairs.....talk to Chuck and Donna.....they are wonderful people and wonderful to work with for whatever you need.

I got a few estimates for a roof repair I was needing on my new house that was recently flipped. They came out on time for the service estimate. I later got back with Clark because they had the best quote on the repair and I had complete trust they could get the job done. Miguel and John were great and I couldn’t be happier with Miguel’s expertise and John’s know how, on how to please the customer and make sure the job was done correctly. Highly recommend this company and will be contacting them soon for another job I’d love for them to do!!!

Had a great experience with Clark Roofing and Siding Inc yesterday. They installed my roof about 10 years ago. It developed a small leak that I noticed on my ceiling below it. I called their office. I called Chuck about a vent that was sitting funny and he had someone out within 30 minutes. He followed up with me the next day to ensure things were up to par.

Price was as quoted, no hidden fees. I’m happy about that as most companies don’t quote everything up front. I would 100% use them again for any services I needed.
