Bonner Built

We had first used Bonner Built twelve years ago for roof replacement. They did such a great job we called them again a couple of weeks ago when a hail storm damaged our roof. They made the whole process extremely easy. They documented the damage so well we got approved the same day of the inspection. Installation day was easy. They had prepared us on what to expect, showed up early, finished in one day, and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. The materials used were top of the line. I love that they are family owned and local. The whole team was awesome, glad to see that Bonner Built is still consistently great after all those years.

I had Bonner Built to come out to installed the gutters guards and to also installed gutters on my metal carport I had installed last year. Well found out it wasn’t really made to have gutters . But I wanted them put on . I talk with Jason and he said he would get back with me. He talk with one of his guy and they came up with a way to get the gutters install . They came back out and the guy he sent out was so nice and very polite and easy to explain on what I was looking for. He explained to me his ideal and said it sounds great. His name is Roy Vazquez . He fabricated what he was talking about and him and the other guy got the gutters up with the gutters guards and it was very professional looking. I was well pleased with there work . I would recommend this company.

Our contractor Joe Leonard with Bonner Built did an excellent job with our recent roof installation. From handling the insurance claim to installing a new roof and gutters, everything was done very professionally.

Bonner replaced our roof and did a very nice job. They worked safely, and did exactly what they said they would. Then their quality control personnel came by to inspect themselves. I would definitely recommend them. Very organized and professional.

Jeff was easy to work with, and communication was mostly clear throughout the process. The roofers were quick on the job, but did leave behind some debris.

UPDATE: Was told the day before install that I was being upgraded to top of the line shingles, free of charge. I was very happy to hear this after the troubles I had with insurance during the process. Turns out, this did not happen and there was no communication that this didn't happen until I reached out to Bonner Built to complete a form on my behalf for my insurance company.

The roof is holding up well and there are no more leaks, but my review for Bonner Built is lower for poor communication and not installing what was said would be installed.

Very professional company, supplies were delivered as promised on time. Work staff arrived early and all labor completed in about 12 hours.
Cleanup was quick and work was done quietly.

After a bad recent hail storm, Erik with Bonner responded the next day to fly a drone. I was able to very clearly see the damage. Erik was great to work with managing the process efficiently from beginning to completion. The roofing crew was on time, and worked hard all day to complete the job. Their cleanup exceeded expectations and the roof looks great including upgraded Architectural shingles, heavy felt underlayment and new ridge vent. I would have no hesitation referring them and have already.

Very disappointed. The assessment team was great and I have no complaint on them. The new roof looks great, however the roofing team knocked off my front yard tree and just walked away without saying anything. The guy from assessment team Lauchlin did the great job trying to secure the tree, but unfortunately it did not worked well. Now, I have to hire a professional to fix the problem(. The roofing team people do not speak English at all and do not care about the owner's belonging.Those people needs to be supervised when they are doing the work. They were having lunch on my yard, hiding the food waste in my shrubs,and broke my dryer vent outlet. Seriously, 21st century customer service? Very upset with that roofing crew.

I was introduced to JC of Bonner Built through a Mutual friend. This was after having a roofing guy come by and telling us that we needed a total new roof replacement and there's no way any insurance company would take care of it.

So I was like....sure let me at least give this guy a shot.

My gosh not only did JC fly his drone over the space and explain every single technical thing but he explained everything we should expect several steps out.

That man got everything taken care of in the best of ways and all we had to do out the thousand dollars deductible for our brand new roof.

Our salesman, Randy Wildes, was extremely instrumental in shepherding the claim through the insurance process and then continuing to monitor the scheduling and work that was completed. We were very happy with the entire project and appreciate Randy’s professionalism throughout.

Randy over at Bonner was simply amazing, he held our hand every step of the way, he was very transparent about all cost. The roofing crew was also very fast efficient and clean, there were no leftover screws laying around at all. If I had another roof Bonner can definitely cover it.

He came after a tree fell on our roof and significantly damaged our home.. he and Morgan Risheberger immediately came and covered all the holes in the roof... within the hour of his inspection.. It was miraculous... they helped us through our insurance claim and made sure all the work was done at a very high level in a reasonable time period,

Bonner built replaced my roof and gutters for 18k in 2019. I have paperwork showing a 30 year warranty with the winds speeds of some high number. All in all here it is a month ago I have a leak in my garage. Coming from the roof. I’ve called several times and left several voice messages with no answer or callback. I’m still waiting on a call back. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go with a company who is not expensive and has customer service.

Bonner Built is a stellar company, and I say that having dealt with several roofing and improvement companies over the past 33 years in our current Johns Creek home. The representative who made the entire process seamless and absolutely trouble-free was John Raines, an honest and really delightful young man. Very professional. The roofing team arrived on the scheduled day at 6:15 am and worked diligently and expertly until 8:15 pm. All day they worked with only a brief stop for lunch under a shade tree in our yard. We offered them beverages and the use of our home if they needed us, which they greatly appreciated. This is the third roof we have had installed over the years, but I must say -- Bonner Built provided the best workers, the most wonderful sales representative, and the most beautiful roof we have ever had. We enjoyed the entire process, from beginning to end. Thank you, Bonner Built. Without a doubt, we will recommend you highly to our friends and neighbors.

They were incredibly attentive when they thought there was a big insurance pay-out and new roof on the back-end of the ‘sales’ process, but when the insurance company only approved a couple of hundred dollars worth of fixes (above the deductible) they went quiet. They didn’t even offer to fix what was approved. Take it for what it’s worth, but this company doesn’t care about the customer or their needs — only their own.

Bonner Built was great to work with!! Morgan my account rep walked me through the entire process and took care of everything, from the insurance claim to the final product of installation. The roofing crew started and finished on time, and the clean up was perfect!! Morgan followed up afterwards to make certain I was happy and pleased. I recently moved into my new house and thought I should have the roof inspected (it was last replaced in 2005) and I saw several signs from Bonnerbuilt in the neighborhood, so I called them. Jeff came over and found some hail and wind damage. He did all the work of contacting my insurance company and had it approved within days. He even recommended that I purchase pipe boots from Home Depot instead of getting them from his company, which saved me about $600,who does that!!! The crew came, and had the job done by 4 in the afternoon. They cleaned up everything! Not a nail to be found. I would highly recommend Bonnerbuilt to anyone who is looking for a great company that will do the legwork and get a solid roof for their house. Thanks so much Jeff!!

This company is HORRIBLE! Do not walk, RUN!!!
They are completely awful and trick customers into signing a "free estimate" to look at your roof for possible damages. Beware, you will need to get out your wallet the second they come to the door and DO NOT sign anything!!! The sales guys working for this company stand around in the street by their trucks waiting like alligators for business. Completely unprofessional. They fly their drones around looking for roof damage and then come to the door saying they can give a "free" estimate to look at the roof and that what you are signing is just so they can contact your insurance company. What a deceptive way of doing business. What you are signing is actually a contract to do business with them for a large fee.
The owner had the audacity to tell me over the phone how he runs his awful business by telling me that if you sign anything with them and then do not go with their company, you owe them 10% of the insurance adjuster's estimate for the roof anyway. If you don't pay his company the 10%, the company will put a lien on your house. Wow. I would never ever ever ever recommend this company to anyone. Would give them zero stars if I could. Please, there are so many better companies out there than this one!!!!!Do not use them!!!!

This company changed our roof a few years ago and did a good job but now they are impossible to reach. One of my shingles have been misplaced due to the storms and I've been trying to reach them for several weeks now. They are not answering the calls and their mailbox is full. Not sure how else I can get them to come and fix the roof which is under their warranty.

My roof was damaged by wind last spring. Greg Raynor at Bonner Built helped me with my insurance claim. He communicated with the insurance company and handled all of the paperwork. Noah Martin with Bonner Built inspected my roof and found significant hail damage. He provided an estimate and guided me through the insurance claim process. I didn’t have call my insurance company. They sent a representative out within a few days and approved my claim. Within a week, Bonner Built had a crew replace my roof in 1 day. Noah came back by for final inspection and ensure the job was done to my satisfaction.

McKenzie stopped by and offered a free consultation after a recent hail storm. She felt like we should move forward with insurance to have the roof replaced. Farmers approved the roof replacement and around a month later we had a new roof. We had an issue on the first morning of install, where the roofers arrived and started work (removing shingles @ 7:00 AM), then picked up all their materials and left around 7:40 AM. I'm still not entirely sure why this happened but they came back the next day and finished the job. I recommended McKenzie and the Bonner Built team to my neighbors and to my family in town. Would work with them again.

Matt Olson from Bonner Built saved my house! While working on a neighbors roof he noticed that I needed a new roof. Shortly after, we had leaks from the roof. He worked with the insurance company and my PITA solar panel company to get everything in place. They came out and I had a new roof in a day! No leaks since ans the roof is beautiful.
