In 2023 we were approached by a contractor about replacing our roof. I had made an earlier claim with my insurance company, on my own, but failed at a settlement to replace the roof. The contractor at the time suggested that my chances would be better with the help of a public adjuster (aka a PA), and that he had a PA that he worked with, whom he referred me to. That PA was not ClaimStar.

I signed an agreement to have that public adjuster represent me. Months passed with no communication from the PA. My attempts to get updates from my insurance company were fruitless, because once you’re working with a PA all of the communication must come from the PA. So I reached out to the PA to discover that the insurance company had denied the claim, but the PA failed to relay that information. They said they could appeal, but that they couldn’t promise anything.

Meanwhile, I got a random visit from a different contractor asking about my roof. I explained the situation to him and he asked who the public adjuster was. When I told him, he informed me that his company worked exclusively with ClaimStar, that they were the best, and if I decided to cut ties with the existing PA he felt I’d have a much better experience with ClaimStar.

That evening I did a little research on ClaimStar and found many positive reviews on Google. I proceeded to cancel my agreement with my existing PA, which freed me to sign on with ClaimStar.

From day one, I could immediately see that ClaimStar was in a different class. They were professional and thorough, and they kept the lines of communication open throughout by initiating updates. I never had to reach out to them to see where things stood. More (and most) importantly, they came through where it mattered most, which is a settlement for a full roof replacement.

Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and I would recommend ClaimStar to anyone without hesitation!

Claimstar was unresponsive with large turn over time, never got back to me like they said they would. If a person can't keep their word, it just screams untrustworthy. 1-star because they claimed the reason they stand out is because of all their 5 star reviews. I am here to bring light to their customer care, for the few times i've interacted with, was just subpar.

Dealing with my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) after a hail storm damaged my roof was a nightmare. They sat on my claim for over a month before contacting me to send an inspector. When they did finally send someone, they arrived earlier than scheduled and before Claimstar had anyone there to work with them. Claimstar rep Kevin came as soon as he could and did manage to get a few minutes with the inspector before he left. Kevin stayed to survey more and took a bunch of pictures since he couldn't share his finding with the inspector. Once my insurance sent a settlement Kevin found several errors and missing things that I would have never noticed, like covering to remove damaged window casements but not covering the replacement of them. He sent an adjusted settlement back to Liberty and kept up with them as they dragged their feet for 3 weeks before they acknowledged his adjustment and agreed to cover the damages. This whole process was terrible but Kevin and the folks from Claimstar made it as smooth as possible. Do yourself a favor and use Claimstar to help with your claim.

June 22, 2022 we had a terrible storm come through the area leaving us with 6 holes in our roof, a destroyed fence and approximately $10k worth of trees down. A friend recommended that we get a Public Adjuster to protect our interests and I am incredibly grateful that we did. We worked with ClaimStar, LLC.

Joe Kuplack (our ClaimStar rep) did a phenomenal job working through this. He expertly guided us through this process, advising where appropriate to help us get what we were owed. The process took 14 months and I assure you it was NOT ClaimStar's fault. Joe was punctual, driven and professional for the duration. The delay was caused by the Insurance Company and their chosen representatives, they were completely the opposite of ClaimStar. We were in great hands with ClaimStar, and NOT even in "good hands" with the insurance company.

I am certain that without Joe and ClaimStar's expertise, we would have been left well short of a fair and reasonable settlement to actually get the damage repaired correctly and probably would have needed to come out of pocket ourselves.

While I hope to never have to contend with this type of issue again. We are grateful for ClaimStar and would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a true representative of their best interest when dealing with their insurance company.

After my insurance company (All-State) stated that they would cover 1/2 a roof for my hail-damaged home, I called for a second opinion from Roof Simple. They sent someone to check out the entire roof and sure enough there was hail damage to the front of my roof too. I hired ClaimStar to help me. I have very good experience with Peter adjustor. He is very professional and thorough to review and identify all issues related to my roof by going through multiple pictures taken by multiple roof inspector, Allstate inspection report including bias engineered report hired by Allstate. I paid Allstate from the day I bought brand new house and they declined based on bias report that it's not hail damaged where my all surrounding neighbors approved full roof replacement by their insurance company for hail damage. He worked with Allstate assigned adjustor and reviewed roof and made it agreed that roof is damaged and need full replacement. He walked me through the process and answered any questions arise during the process. I would not recommend Allstate for your any insurance and decline insurance recommended engineered for roof inspection as lesson learn for my first ever claim on house.
