WB Doors customer service has been exceptional. Over the last 3 years I have purchased a number of their products and any time there has been an issue, which isn’t common, they send out a replacement expediently. I would never buy a door from another vendor.

Williams Brothers was fantastic to work with. Their access panels are extremely high-quality, and their customer service is second to none. I had some unique needs for access panels, and they went out of their way to address them – I'm fully satisfied and couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a 30x30 insulated access panel for a wall that was broken for a new furnace installation. I was shopping around online and came across Williams Brothers Corporation of America. Their prices were great, and their shipping prices were EXTREMELY reasonable unlike other companies charging $400-$500 for shipping. I called 2-3 days later after my online purchase to check on the status. I spoke to an amazing lady that went above and beyond to help me with the status of my access panel. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks and that she would reach out to her production manager/supervisor and email me back because he was in a meeting. I didn't check my email for two days because of work. When I checked my email, I saw 3 emails from Williams Brothers Corporation of America. The first email stated that my product will be going out as soon as possible. Second email stating that my product was shipped and another email stating that my access panel was out for delivery. This level of efficiency is extremely rare and truly appreciated since the contractor was just waiting for access panel to finish project.

The representative was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about customer satisfaction. It's great to see a company that values their customers.

You can call all over for access panels and everyone EXCEPT Williams Brothers takes your name and number and provides you a hope and a prayer for a call back. Williams Brother answered within seconds and was extremely helpful. Don’t go anywhere else!

I ordered a metal crawlspace door from Williams Brothers. The first door was damaged by the Shipping Company, but was quickly replaced. My door is high quality, fairly priced and Customer Service was excellent when things didn't go as planned.

I ordered a standard hatchet 30"x30"and I was told that it was going take a couple of weeks to arrive.
After a couple of weeks I called to check the status, and I was told that it was gonna arrive next week, and every week that I called they keep telling me the same. I ask for a refund, and I couldn't get a refund.
When I finally ask for a trucking number, they give me a fake trucking number, and when I finally got upset and confronted them, I found out that the hatchet was never shipped and it was in production. And finally they refunded my money.
They make me waste over two months!

I was looking for an access panel to fit a very tight spot on my ceiling. Even though I measured and measured, I was still worried that whatever I ordered wouldn't fit. I reached out to Williams Brothers about returning an item if it didn't fit. Marcus quickly replied that returns were no problem - he even sent me a code for 10% off. I ordered it and received it in the arrival timeframe. Of course, it didn't fit. I emailed Marcus about a return, and he, again, quickly replied with the link to returns. The way Marcus helped me and quickly responded was remarkable. Even though the product I bought didn't fit (to no fault of the company), I am SO happy with the level of service I received...all the way in TEXAS. This company is top notch. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We ordered a custom GP100 access panel for a ceiling HVAC compartment, and a standard fire-rated attic access panel. Both products were packed and delivered in great shape. Both are made with quality materials. The custom GP100 was made to our size specs and fit perfectly. Installation was straight forward and performed in minimal time. We really like the wide flange on the GP100, as it helps to hide imperfections around the ceiling opening. We also like the multiple cam fasteners to alleviate any door sag.

Update: We also purchased an WB FRU 810 Ultra Fire-Rated Access Door for an attic entry, and it fit and works as expected.

I ordered a 36x36 aluminum floor hatch door through this company. My interactions with Marcus through the process were positive. We did have a few issues with the order though -- most notably it was late being delivered and it did not have all of the correct components. It took some patience and some work, but ultimately Marcus made it right. It was not the easiest process, but I do believe Marcus was always trying to do the right thing and be helpful. And in the end, the product itself worked very well for our application and I am happy with the door.

The customer service team has been attentive and a pleasure to work with. The website was easy to navigate and place my order through. We will definitely be using Williams Brothers for our access door and panel needs in the future!

I am a board member of a condo in Virginia Beach, Va. We needed to replace 7 attic doors for our condo. We ordered one door initially to make sure we would have the correct fit. We ordered the door from Williams Brothers Corporation of America. The door fit perfectly. We then followed up by ordering 6 more doors. Unfortunately, I inadvertently ordered the incorrect door. I ordered an aluminum door instead of a fire rated door. I contacted Marcus and he was very helpful in reversing the order. Because of my error, there were billing problems, and my credit card was billed for multiple orders. I contacted Carla in the accounting department and she was able to reverse all of the charges.

It is so nice to deal with a company that still believes in customer service and assists their customers even when it is the customer that caused the problem.

Ordered a "16 x 20 – 18 Gauge Economy Access Door" online. Was very happy to see how well the metal door was packaged, with the protective sleeves on the side. The door is well made and of great quality. It fit my purpose in a bathroom ceiling perfectly, see attached image. The store has lots of access panel dimensions that are not that easy to find on the market.

I recently installed 26 of your soundproof ceiling hatches in a 6k sqft golf simulator business because they had a Gynecology office overhead. They’ve been open for 3 weeks without a single complaint! The sound attenuation ceiling complimented by your access hatches have performed exactly as described and were simple to install.

Outstanding customer service! I purchased an access panel via a web order. Even though it looked really well packaged, it arrived damaged. I contact Williams Bros. and a replacement was sent out immediately. THEN my contractor changed his mind - a smaller access panel needed. This time I called and spoke to Marcus. Again, no problem - in fact, service with a smile! I got the return label and the new product is shipping out. Many thanks to this family-run business - they do an outstanding job!

Very slow, missed deadlines, and poor quality. Website says "most products are in stock," but after I ordered, they said four week lead time. Took them six weeks to actually send the doors, after I stressed how important the deadline was. When I received the doors, they were surprisingly poor quality. Sloppy cuts, sloppy welds, bent/crumpled parts, latches too loose/tight, etc. Not at all the kind of work you'd expect from a special purpose fabricator. I think they just bought the base doors from a third party (judging by hidden sticker residue) and spot welded corner bead on by hand. One door didn't match technical specs and was in such poor shape that it was unusable. They refunded me at my insistence, but just for that door, not for shipping. Completely regret this transaction and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased and have received a crawl space custom sized door from Williams Brothers. My experience was top notch. I communicated with 4 different staff members of their business and to a person they were kind, efficient, understanding, prompt and successful in resolution of my requests. The door is exactly what I wanted, installed easily, and is esthetically attractive on the foundation of my home. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Searched the net for the access door product that fit our needs on a unique project. Used to access artificial rock structure, the produce fit our needs perfectly. I don't know if this a one time thing, a freak of nature, one person's diligence or not. But... I took the time to fill out this form and send out information that I dislike doing, so that I may say this. I don't believe I have ever seen a product arrive with such attention devoted to packaging. The door was 18x 36 and I fully expected to see it damaged by shipment. Not only was it not damaged, it was perfect. If this was a standard packaging process that always insures an order arrives to satisfaction, I applaud you. I can only imagine how much time and wasted product you have saved by dramatically reducing shipping damage, not to mention a very happy customer. From a retired head of quality control, job well done.

I searched the internet for an access door to replace and enlarge the one I had. Came across this company's website. They make their own and they are made in the USA. They had a wide range of access door types and sizes. I picked up the WB EXT 1350 Ultra Series door and the staff was very friendly and accommodating even though I was only making a single purchase. I was also impressed with their manufacturing department. they have a lot of high tech equipment to make the entire door. Upon un-packaging at home the door was solid and well insulated. After installation was impressed with how easily it opens and closes, and seals the crawl space. Wish I replaced my door years ago.

I made several phone calls to the Williams Brothers company when trying to figure out what sort of door would be best to access an outdoor wood storage bin from indoors. I needed a simple insulated door and they have lots of sizes to choose from. It’s not yet installed, but has arrived and looks like it will do the trick nicely. I can’t say enough about their customer service — it’s what made me feel comfortable about making a purchase from a company I hadn’t done business with in the past.

The over all quality of the hidden push open door was good, however one of the latches were broken (cheap latches) when I received the doors and the shipping had taken several weeks longer than I had ever expected (as it came out of Florida.) I have contacted the company twice via email and once via telephone and they never called me back or emailed me. I then sent them an email stating I would send them the defective latch and still nothing back from them.
Their customer service is non-existent and so I ended up buying an upgraded latch on Amazon (The ones they come with are cheap ) I was installing marble which has a little more weight than a ceramic or porcelain. I would not recommend this company

Williams Brothers provided me about 20 attic access doors from order date, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery to my jobsite in 5 weeks. Very good service in todays times. The quality of the doors we bought is very good, the packaging is excellent, and best of all they are made in the good ol US of A.

The EXT-1300 door arrived at my home packaged by Williams Bros Corp beyond what would be expected by a company merely wanting to move merchandise. Once unpackaged and examined, the door met all the advertised specifications. Once installed, the door performs in a manner I could only wish for. The 3ft x 4ft door is heavy ... and when opened wide does not flex or bind even minutely. The sturdy piano hinge along with the accurately engineered uni-body bracing keeps the door opening and closing in superior fashion. I'm happy to have this quality product as part of my 'forever' home.

Ordered an 18" metal hatch door, the price was reasonable, and it was received quickly. The hatch had a minor, but visible, manufacturing defect, so I called them. Marcus, the gentleman to whom I spoke instructed me to text him a photo and told me he'd take care of it immediately! I had a replacement delivered to me within a couple days at no charge. That's customer service!
