Had a dead tree that had started swaying in high winds and wanted it removed quickly to avoid it falling on my shed. They responded quickly, scheduled me within a few days, had fair pricing, and got the job done fast.

This Company is amazing. I made my emergency phone call to JC he said he would be by later that afternoon, blessing are real.
He saw my situation and said what he could do to help me which I thought was above and beyond for the price.

Great experience with a very professional tree care company, JC Tree Care. We had 3 trees on a rocky hillside removed and taken off our property. (They also cleaned out deadwood from another tree.) One large oak hung directly over our house below the hill, threatening to fall and split apart our house during storms. We recognized it was a complicated job that required a company with the equipment and skill to do the job. This was beyond simply roping and climbing them. And JC Tree Care came through for us beautifully - from placing cones for road control, to bringing all equipment (bucket truck, hauling truck, small cat, etc. for removal and pulling logs up the hill). Afterwards, they left the property in immaculate shape - no debris left on our yard or roof including blowing debris off the driveway. The crew was sizeable (got along well too) and the job was done amazingly fast, 3 hours. They truly do excellent work. And their price was very reasonable and competitive. (They also did more than we anticipated for the price.) For future jobs, we will definitely be in touch with them again.

We needed to take down 16 dead trees with a few next to house, power line, and septic. Reached out to JC Tree and Jimmy got back to us right away and made a site visit within 1 day. I called about a tree that was split and leaning towards our home, after a recent windstorm. A representative came out the same day for a quote. A crew arrived early the next day to remove the tree. My wife and I are happy with the quality of work, quick scheduling, cost. We would use this company again and will recommend them to other folks.

JC and team cut 10 trees down for me on a steep bank with structures nearby. They are the real deal. They also cut the wood up for me as part of our deal. Their team did a thorough job and left the area cleaned up. I would use them again or highly recommend them.

Called JC Tree about a tree that I wanted removed from my property. I had tried trimming it myself the past couple years but it’s location was close to many structures which made it difficult. I called in the morning and by that afternoon Mr James Smith was at my house to give me a quote. I pleasantly accepted the quote as I thought it was well worth the job I needed completed. JC Tree crew were at my house the very next day and completed the job beautifully as no one was home. I was very happy returning home from work to find that the tree was gone, there was a neat stack of wood next to my deck and the stump was ground up with very little ground damage around.

I have used J.C Tree Care now several times, this past time was to remove/clear away shrubs, overgrowth and tree's from the entire back of my yard. (Not a small area). Jimmy and the team made short work of the whole area and had everything cleaned up and removed over just two days. Cannot say how impressed I am with him and his crew. They do great work and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Jim’s Crew were highly skilled and took down some very tall dead trees around the house. They cleaned up afterwards and were the real deal.

We just had three very large Leland Cypress tress cut down and a large Cherry tree shaped. Jimmy was at our house within a couple of days to give us an estimate. His crew arrived only a few days later to do the work. They did a great job and were done in about 3 hours. All the leftover branches, etc. were removed from our property. We are very happy with their service and will definitely have them come back again to work on some of our other trees.

I called JC Tree Care to get an estimate for quite a bit of tree trimming work and two tree removals. The owner, Jim responded very quickly and gave a very fair estimate and even offered to clean up a large pile of tree branches that fell from the several last storms at no additional charge. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, they cleaned up all the tree debris and neatly stacked the cut wood that we wanted to keep. I will definitely hire them again when I need more tree work.

We designed a set of several landscaping projects that we want to get done to our new house's raw lot to make it fell more like a home place. These plans included several significant hardscaping items. We reviewed our plans with Jimmy and told him that we would like several of them done by Thanksgiving (this year) and we listed them in our order of priority. Jimmy identified 6 of them that he believed could be done in that time window. We accepted his terms and he and his team jumped on the project within a week. His team was fantastic. They worked with us to get the details just right and the results are great. And he finished ahead of time! They were able to use some materials left over from the house construction to assure a compatible look. And they went to great lengths to achieve our vision. We had tried to get several top landscapers to take on our project and the reactions ranged from not interested to absurd figures. But Jimmy was interested and help up find better and less costly ways to get good results. I hardily recommend you give JC Tree Care consideration

Jim and his team did an amazing job with our trees. They took great care to clean up debris and leave our yard nicer than they found it. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future needs.

They have removed several trees without any damage to surrounding fences and buildings. They have ground several stumps also. They clean up well after they are done. They are all nice and polite. I would recommend them highly. The trees they trimmed look naked at first but come back Beautiful. Great Job!

Jim and his team worked quick and efficiently on one very large tree hanging over our house and several others around the property. Price was fair and they came out to complete the work within a week of our estimate.

Jim and his crew arrived on time and took down an oak tree that was too near the house, and ground down about a dozen other stumps on the property. The team was polite and respectful of the property, and worked well together. They did a great job of cleaning up all the branches and wood chips. If I have any tree work done in the future I will be using them for this, and I recommend them for a quality job at what I thought was a fair price.

They required 1/2 of the quote up front. Then the day they showed up I was asked for the balance, before work was completed. This part I didn’t like. The guys did a great job and cleaned up after the work was completed. They took down two trees and trimmed three others. Good crew!

I needed one tree next to the house removed and several others trimmed including a massive oak with branches growing over a shed. They were punctual and did a great job. They cut up all limbs to woodstove firewood size lengths and stacked neatly, cleaning up and shredding all smaller branches and debris. The crew supervisor was very pleasant and easy to talk to and work with. Definitely will have them come back for future work.

We had a large tree that snapped and fell on our driveway. My husband did not have the time to mess with cutting it up. I called J C Tree and spoke with Jim about our situation. Saturday was not a working day but he kindly came out to make sure we could have access getting out. His kind heart was very much appreciated and admired. They came and worked very hard and quickly to get our trees cut down and then installed a 412 ft wood fence with wire inside fencing. Very polite and professional.

I called the number about midday and Jim came out that afternoon to give me an estimate for the work. He and his crew came out the next day. His crew did the job well, cleaned up very nicely, and were glad to answer questions that I had. My neighbor was also impressed with their work and asked for their contact info. Crew showed up when they said. Were very well organized. First day was so unbelievably hot but they continued on and finished up the second day. When they were done could not tell that anyone had been out there working. They cleaned everything up. Was so pleased with quality of work that I hired them to replace my roof which I had been considering and to also pressure wash the outside of our brick house and patio. Again, we were extremely pleased with the results.

JC Tree Care did an amazing job for me! Frankly, I am blown away with the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail they showed when taking down a very large tree for me. Very little impresses me these days, but JC Tree Care and the Owner Jim Smith sure did. The crew literally raked up the job-site and canvased the area and chipped down limbs from other trees that were not even related to the work they were doing. I am pleased with my choice to use JC Tree Care for some work on our home on Blue Mountain. I needed 4 trees removed from along my utility connection as well as a large, dead tree (too close to the house) cut down. These drops were too dangerous for me to attempt, so I called some professionals. Jim was very responsive with my phone call and meeting for an estimate. I got a few proposals, and I choose JC because Jim planned to use a bucket to remove the 4 trees near my utility connection, from the top down, which is the safest way for the crew and my property. Jim and a crew of 4 other people showed up on time in the AM and were done by noon. Had the brush chipped and hauled off, and the trunks and larger limbs bucked for fire wood. The crew communicated well to maintain a safe and tidy worksite. Now we've been snowed in from the 2020 nor'easter, and I'm really glad that we had the work done beforehand so we can wait it out without worrying about the electrical connection or the roof getting hit. The JCTree team arrived at 9 a.m. and took down 3 trees, 2 of which were 50'+ tall (Maples) one only 10' from my house which towered over it and my neighbors house. 2 hours later they were done! All of the wood was hauled away and my yard was raked clean and driveway swept. In addition they trimmed 3 other trees for me.
they are very professional and thorough and gave me an excellent and very fair price including 3 stump grindings which will happen in a day or so.

Jim and his team was very professional with the removal and clean up when the tree was being taken down, This was a very large tree that was close to my House, Shed and privacy fence. I was very impressed with the work they did and would call on Jim and his team again.

Jim and his gang are great. They had a tough job to remove a huge dead tree (8 ft circumference), near a stone retaining wall, and in the middle of a garden area. The bucket guy was amazing as they maneuvered the bucket, through other trees, to do most of the job, completely missing the garden. I had expected it to be a mess from trucks, etc., but absolutely nothing was disturbed. Because of the tight area, all the branches, limbs and trunk had to be hand-hauled over the retaining wall. Every guy worked the whole time, no breaks, and great clean-up. Very professional, very impressive.

Jimmy came out and provided an estimate within 15 minutes of our request. The crew showed up when they said they would, and were incredibly efficient, safe, and professional. We had a massive 100+ ft red oak three inches from our back porch, and we were afraid of it falling on the house. There was no way a cherry picker could get to where this tree was, so they had to use ropes and manually climb the tree, carefully lowering branches so they didn't land on the house. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who climbed the tree and took it down, but that man has zero fear. JC Tree Care did an amazing job, even with a major storm bearing down on them. Jimmy even did a walk-through of our yard to assess the rest of our trees, and gave advice on everything at no additional cost. Great company, great crew. Highly recommend.

The crew removed a couple trees, opened up a driveway, to allow some sun to get in, and trimmed a number of trees. Other than the trees not being there any longer and seeing the difference in the trimmed trees that remained, I would’ve never known they were here, because everything was cleaned up so well. Had Jim and his crew out today to trim the white pine's along my driveway and remove one spruce at the corner of the house that had gotten to large. Arrived at 9:30 and they were done at 11:30. As always the work is first class and priced fair. Highly recommend!
