Wow. We could not be more delighted with the experience we had with Scott today. He arrived right on time and couldn’t have been more positive and pleasant. Not only did he get us up to speed with our fireplace efficiently, he took off his shoes before entering our home and brought his shop vac in to clean up before he left. A true customer service professional. We have a fire going as we speak! Thank you, Scott.

Please let me join the other 5-star reviews. Scott was responsive, on-time, and humored my many questions about our old fireplace and chimney. His answers told me that he offers honest advice, and doesn't just try to promote unneeded products or inspections. So refreshing to have great customer service, I'm really pleased.

They arrived on time, had all the right tools, and did an excellent job. Left the place clean. Stayed focused on their work, pleasant. Wore masks. Cleaned, vacuumed, and gone in 40 minutes. This was my first ever Chimney Sweep experience, and I would definitely hire them again and certainly recommend them. (Thanks, guys!)

Scott and helper went above and beyond to not only provide a service, but doing it the right way, professionally and with a smile on their face and a great attitude! Used a large cloth tarp and left the stove inside and outside cleaner than it was before! Inspection was honest and the job was done quickly.

I hands down will not use anyone else for chimney sweep service! Scott is very timely and thorough. After our chimney was cleaned, I had to call on the Fire Pro for some concerns unrelated to the chimney cleaning. Scott wasn't hesitant at all to come take a look at what was going on at no charge. What a great company! I can't praise Scott highly enough. I called him about an issue with our stove, and even though he had a full day he was kind enough to fit us into his schedule. Super professional - Scott went way above and beyond to fix up and sweep my wood stove - a fixture that hadn't been serviced in a good while, unfortunately. He was able to accommodate my schedule, my dog, my messy house, the pandemic, everything that would've made his job inconvenient - and he did an incredible job. Scott showed up on time and hit the ground running. He set up his tarps to keep the work area clean and began an inspection of the fireplace from inside. After that he headed up to the roof to sweep the chimney. After that he vacuumed the fireplace and whole job site. Great experience and I highly recommend Scott for all your chimney sweeping needs!

This guy is honest and a hard worker. I called this business on a Saturday, expecting to leave a message, but Scott answered the phone, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a friendly manner. He was able to schedule me the next week and then showed up on time for our appointment. When he left after cleaning my chimney there was no mess for me to clean up. Great attention to detail and very professional.

We have a 30+ year old Vermont Castings stove with metal pipe in Port Townsend. We've had the place for three years, and I suspect the pipe has not been cleaned since it was installed. Scott came in and pulled more than five gallons of creosote out of that thing. It works like a charm now. He is, without question, the go-to guy for chimney cleaning.

Fire Pro has been cleaning my chimney for more than 5 years now. Scott came highly recommended, and the praise was well deserved. He arrives when he says he will, is very efficient, careful not to make a mess, climbs around on my metal roof like he has magnets on his feet, and does it all with a big smile. PLUS his price is reasonable. Who could ask for more? Another hint: If you can round up other neighbors to have their chimneys cleaned at the same time you have yours done, he gives the whole group a discount. That's how we do it in our neighborhood. It's a win/win for all of us!!! You definitely won't be disappointed with his work.

I called Fire Pro for a chimney cleaning price, the guy on the phone was very nice, and a pleasure to talk to. They had a great price, and said they could be here sooner than I thought they would. Scott was the tech that showed up, he was very clean, he used blankets, and when he was done everything looked very nice. We were afraid to use our fireplace as we recently bought the house and the chimney looked bad and didn’t want a house fire. After his complete reassurance that we were good to go, we haven’t had a second thought about enjoying a fire.
