Chase Roofing's reputation is well known and stellar on the residential side. My company engaged them for complete reroofing of all shingled buildings and flat roofs. A multi-month, complex job involving one and three story buildings, creating safe work zones while maintaining customer traffic and pedestrian flow and incorporating gutter, downspout and facia work. Not to mention, they engaged in the installation of three roof top units, opening up and expertly re-closing large roof openings. Professional, on schedule, adaptive and on budget. From Dawson to Sergio and all of their team, a pleasure to work with. Clearly a 6- star performance. Call me if any reference is ever needed. Currently in the lawsuit with the owner. Contract was signed to perform siding and decks replacement where project was screwed up in parts, abandoned and money were not returned/adjusted. I had to hire a different contractor to redo and finish project. Do not pay until work is completed to your satisfaction and have a copy of written of contract.

The owner is one of the most honest and hard working people I know. He will do an incredible job at a fair price!

The workers were fantastic. However, I sent pictures of a neighbors new roof and said I wanted the same color. Mike Hurst, who said he was the owner,,,was too lazy to come confirm the color and sent me pictures. He told me which one to choose which I did on his recommendation. Once they started the installation it was clear it was not the same color and way too light. HIS response was well that’s the one you signed off on. Mike was a total jerk and still to this day have not met the man. As stated above, the workers were great and the forman even made sure some services were performed that MIKE later told them not to do. They too knew it wasn’t right to say you are going to do something and then say no. Mike is very unprofessional !!!!

I gave two stars because I had to call to have them replace shingles they installed 2years earlier. I was told upon installation that they would use nails and the roof adhesive. There were no nails in the shingle that fell. I called and made an appointment. She worked with me to get an appointment for 3pm. I was also told there would be a fee but when I asked I was not told the price. I figured I would get to discuss with the person who would do the work. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm 5/12. I got off early from work and made it home before 3pm to find out they had already come and done the work. I received no phone call or email. I just received the invoice via email. I am highly annoyed. No one called to say they would be at my home before the appointment; I did not get to talk to anyone about the situation and then received a $500 bill.

Update!!!! I changed my review to 4 Stars. Dawson reached out to me and explained how he was not contacted about my situation. Apparently there was a huge misunderstanding in communication about my scheduled appointment and they moved quicker at other jobs. He did agree there was no reason my roof shingles should have fallen and like they did. I did receive a refund.

Chase Roofing just finished another roof for us and did a great job! Excellent customer service and quality of work is first class. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. I got estimates from 5 different roofing companies and am delighted I went with Chase. Everything went as promised, with great communication and a smooth job. None of the problems that neighbors have had with other companies.

We were very pleased with our initial dealings with Chase Roofing. They did an inspection of our roof and generated a very thorough Report showing and explaining the condition of the roof. Mike, the salesperson was very professional in generating an estimate and explaining the options to us and answering any questions we had.

We called to schedule an appointment for a roof replacement and Mike with Chase came the next day. Their price and recommendations for improvements were outstanding compared to other roofing companies. I would use them again.

My roof was leaking and so I decided to get three quotes. All three company’s were professional and took the time to answer my questions. Of the 3 Jose Lomeli was the one who seemed to pinpoint where the leak was occurring. He offered me options to repair or replace the roof. Of the three quotes he came in with the best price.

The crew that came out to work was professional, they worked hard, they were courteous, and they were extremely thorough. They project took multiple days because they replaced the roof on the house, and a detached 2 car garage. They also replaced the old gutters on the house. The site was left very cleaned at the end of each day. I am extremely pleased with their quality of work and would recommend Chase roofing.

Chase is wonderful. I used them in 2018 and have referred them to several people who have used them as well. My daughter is using them as I review now. Great company and wonderful customer service. Dawson and Myra go above and beyond.

Another excellent job! The roof looks great. The plywood replacement looks original. The photos of the progress were fabulous. After clean up no one could guess a roof was just completed. It's terrific to work with a contractor that I look forward to paying knowing the work was worth it.

I own a townhome and was lucky enough to catch the Chase Roofing LLC crew working on an adjacent unit right as they started. I spoke with the crew lead and asked about having my roof replaced as well - in about 10 minutes he gave me a quote. He passed my info to the office who put together a contract and all other requirements. My roof was completed on the same day. As a bonus, when the crew cleaned the debris from my yard they left it even better than it was before. Truly 10/10, I hope there's a tornado so I can hire this crew once more.

The crew from Chase Roofing was amazing! They were highly recommended by a previous customer who had used Chase to replace the roofs at two other homes. I am delighted with quality of their workmanship and the professionalism they demonstrated while performing the work at my home. They stripped and re-shingled the roof in less than two days. They took measures to ensure everyone's safety and to protect items around my home. The men were courteous and very meticulous with their cleanup. I couldn't find any debris on the ground after they left! The new roof looks great and definitely improves the curb appeal of my home. I've used Chase for several commercial projects in the pass so I called for this roof repair and soffit installation. They came through with a great repair and installation. Dawson the estimator done a great Job!

In this day and age it’s not often that a company says what they will do and then follows through. I went out for 3 bids. We wanted the GAF Gold UHDZ shingles or similar quality and warranty. Two of the three companies presented their products and then talked negative about several of their competitors. One thing a good sales person should never do is talk bad about the competition. Chase was the last bid. Mike out of the Williamsburg office came to our home , presented two solutions, never mentioned the competition, made a professional presentation, outlined the differences of his two options. We purchased the GAF UHDZ option. Shannon in the office followed up with scheduling and she is amazing!!! The crew showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up end of each day. They did a great job! Very impressive. Their supervisor -Sergio came several time per day to inspect the work. Do yourself a favor and call Chase Roofing when you need a roof. They are competitive from a cost point of view , arrived on time and do good work! We are very happy! Ed

Have to say out of the three times now I got my roof replaced this was the best job we have had! Supervisor Mike Hurst was a pleasure to work with everything he said and promised he came thru with it. Had Them correct a builder’s mistake that was made in 1984 when house was built had dipping going on in roof over the garage they assessed and corrected the problems and now my new roof looks great!
So now f you want a nice and quality job this is your roofing company to call. They back their work up with a 10 year workmanship warranty
In my quotes this was not the cheapest but felt they would correct the dipping and redo roof the best and they did come thru on that!

I needed to replace my roof due to age, I called Chase Roofing to find out the process so that I can claim it on my insurance. Mike has been very honest and communicative about the process, he told me due to my insurance it could take up to 6 months or more, it did actually it took 8-9 months, but Mike and his company didn’t put me aside, they did whatever the insurance requested in a timely manner and communicated it with me. I truly appreciate their customer service, I have been asking family, friends, and coworkers if they need a new roof, I highly recommend Chase Roofing because of my own experience. They have completed my roof, it looks great and the job was done within a half a day, I have a townhome, they have at least 6 staff removing and replacing the roof to get it done! I used the Williamsburg branch of this company to install a skylight on the back of my home. The consultant was extremely professional and knowledgeable and the crew was second to none. I highly recommend them!

Second time I've used this company. They replaced the roof on my town house. Now on my new home. Great and friendly crew and super professional. They do an excellent cleanup like nothing ever happened. The price is great and warranty that cannot be beat. I still shopped other contractors but again went with Chase.

Seems like a racket. You pay $70 for an estimate which could be credited to the cost of service if you choose to go with them. The thing is Chase would need to follow up with you bu they don't. I had the initial call out on Dec 18 and as of today Dec 28 I have not received any estimates. Most of these roofers operate the same way. Some local guys don't even return your calls. I wonder if it's seasonal, maybe they don't wanna work in winter time? In the mean time, my skylight is leaking every time it rains.

I dealt with Todd, who was extremely professional and took care of my repair. He was very nice and friendly. I was very pleased with the fix. Great company here!

Best experience I have ever had with a roofing company! Extremely professional and finished in a timely manner as well. The group that worked on my roof was super personable and friendly and the price was unbeatable for the quality of work that was provided! 110% recommend using this company for your roofing needs!

We needed our leaking roof repaired. After rescheduling twice, they came to look at it. Took a few pictures, didn't go up on the roof or even up on a ladder. Charged us $70 to come to the house and then never provided a quote. I didn't even bother to follow up. If that's how they start a business relationship, I can't imagine what would happen if we were to sign a contract and make a deposit. Complete waste of time and money.

Needed some shingles replaced & Tammy, in the office was very kind to try and get me an appointment that fit my schedule. In the end, I was able to get a shorter response time, but I sure appreciated the response and effort!

wow, really disappointed. Had a 4 pm appt. today. I was here at 5 til. At 420 I called to ask where they were. The williamsburg office says they came and found no one home. They obviously came early and did not wait! I asked if they could come back but the office said no they would have to reschedule. No thanks I'll spend my new roof money with someone else....

They never called me back after we set an appt for the next week. We tried to call 3 times to get an earlier date but never heard back. When their estimator finally came, they tried to push us to make an insurance claim for our roof repair and refused to go up and look at the damage. Then, they never sent us an estimate to replace our roof once they could not convince us to make an insurance claim. We went with ironclad roofing who immediately sent guys out to patch our roof leaks until they can change our roof. Chase lost out on a 22,000 plus roofing job.

Did a good job. Reasonable pricing. Honest. Answered all questions I had before, during and after install. Office were attentive Roof looks very good.
