The job was done in one day, and the cleanup was exceptional. Thank you for making this project so easy for me. I'm happy to check it off my list.

Chase installed a new metal roof and new metal face of the building. Looks fantastic.

Chase has helped us in fixing roof leaks and replacing our home skylights. I worked with Dawson and his team over at Chase. Dawson was easy to talk with, assessed the work we needed, and didn't push for more. The guys that did the work were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We did have some small items that were missed. However, within 24 hrs Dawson and his team resolved it. Overall, my wife and I are very happy, and feel we paid a fair price for the work done. We alredy recommend Chase Roofing to our friends.

Chase Roofing as done several projects for us including re-roofing our home, installing guttering, replacing a huge pressure treated deck, building a new trex deck/vinyl rails and post. Our latest project was a 12x12 wood shed under our beach home with sand all around for our tiki bar. I'm completely sold on Chase Roofing. Wow is what I can say! From my extremely helpful representative Dawson, Yobana in the office and all the roof team members Chase roofing did an excellent job from start to finish!

Used them a year ago and they were great, this time not so much. I guess business got good and customer service was no longer important. Didn't show up when they were supposed to and had to threaten to get a refund to have them complete the work. Replaced gutter sections with a different size than what was already installed and scheduled to have them come out again but they didn't show and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Had to go to the office and again say I wasn't paying the balance until they fixed the gutter. Had a hard time getting the estimater Dawson on the phone and the owner never called me to answer questions I had. Never using them again.

So tired of contracting companies that do not show up or even communicate. I called and scheduled a roof inspection to locate the source of a leak. The day of my appointment no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called and the guy I talked to said he would call me back after he talked to scheduler. He didn’t, I tried to call back with no answer. Office closed. Won’t be doing business with a company that can’t keep an appointment or communicate. I would equate these guys to finding someone on Facebook marketplace, where I had the exact same experience with a guy doing this on the side. Do not recommend.

I have a relatively new roof (GAF 5 years old), that has been leaking during severe storms. I spent ~ $2500 for Chase Roofing to repair the leak in 2021 however the repairs did not fix either leak. Chase roofing came out again and quoted over $1,000 to repair the roof again, but refuses to comment or discuss the failure of the prior repair. What if a repeat repair fails? The technician will not call me back when I had further questions and the office will not allow me to contact the owner Jose Lomeli other than by email even when coming to the office in person. Owner will not respond to emails. Perhaps I would get a call back if i were a contractor. Unimpressed.

Chase roofing has the best staff. From the Salesmen to the installers and everywhere in between. They took care of my roof problem fast at a great price.

Had a roof replaced by Chase that involved two phases. I had the roof replaced and then Chase came back to put the shingles on the gable roof I had a contractor put on the front porch. Dealing with Chase was a very pleasurable experience. The company personnel are professional, on time, do what they say they are going to do, and responsive to your needs. I am very pleased with Chase Roofing and still have their sign on the lawn.

Contacted Chase roofing (Yorktown) with a problem with leaking bay window roof. Got a quick response and they had an estimator out quickly. The estimator gave me several options on how to repair the roof. We elected to have the entire bay window roof/flashing replaced. Workers came out within days and replaced the roof. They laid down new ice/water barrier, shingles, and installed new flashing. Communication with Chase was good. I thought the cost was very fair and the great quality of workmanship. I do recommend you give Chase roofing a call for your repair/replacement needs.

Highly recommend! Fantastic company with super professional staff. Project manager came out to do a pre walk around. Confirmed contract details, and color of shingles. All work performed in two days on over 2200 sq ft. Projectanager came out the end of day two and did a final acceptance walk around. From first call to payment was less then two weeks. This is also the second time using athem and am so grateful the came all the way up here to complete my project. You just cannot find quality contractors any longer, but these guys are still great in my book!

We went through so many quotes and companies before finding Chase Roofing, LLC. Dawson was our sales rep and he did an outstanding job! He wasn't pushy and explained the process from start to end, he even showed up at our home the day of the project.
Tim was our foreman, he was also very friendly, nice and professional. The crew came before 7am and immediately started working. Everyone at this company is very friendly and professional! They were the best price in town and very good quality! I had left to go on an errand and when I came back, everything was done, the crew was gone, and they cleaned up everything like it had never happened! We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Did a great job on my home and fought my insurance company when they wanted to give me the runaround

Had a tree branch fall on the roof from excessive wind. Got back to me in a timely manner and showed up to do good work. Sat on the front lawn drinking root beer and watched them do the whole job. Their roofers are pretty cute too.

Had some storm and wind damage that needed to be repaired, I went through several local companies but none can compare to Chase Roofing! They provided honest work for an honest rate. We recently purchased a home and I’m new to home ownership, she helped and supported me through the entire process. Our first meeting was with Ken, he provided all the information we needed (with no pressure) and answered my numerous questions. The roofers were very prompt and professional. The roofers were here on time. They were professional. Did an excellent job. We love our roof. A neighbor walked by and said WOW!! your roof is really nice. Because the sign of the roofing company was in the yard they said we are going to call them. The clean up was the best. Nothing left behind. They even put the solar lights back in the ground. My mother had new shingles put on and repairs made to the roof decking on her old farm house. I helped her through the process and we got quotes from 3 different companies. Chase roofing had a very competitive price.

Ken Gunter was the sales guy and he was extremely responsive and very helpful. There were a few variables with it being an old farm house roof and he helped make adjustments to the quote / contract multiple times until we were completely comfortable signing it.

Chase roofing did exactly what they said they were going to do , in the time frame they said, and did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything afterward. They even took pictures and uploaded them on a website so we could see the decking repairs that they made. I would find it hard to beat them on value and customer service. And they have a great warranty .

The only issue I had in the process was that as they were cleaning up I noticed the flashing had been replaced on one of the chimneys but hadn’t been replaced around the other chimney (the contract said they would replace around both chimneys). A quick call to Ken and they were back on the roof replacing the flashing on the second chimney. We had a great experience overall with Chase.

Chase replaced our roof 3 yrs ago, and after countless rain and wind storms, summer heat and freezing weather, there are still, to this day, no leaks! The experience with Chase was great from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up to the point that I never found roof debris anywhere!

I hired another roofer who was not GAF certified in October. I ended up with a leak and a roofer who would not return calls. I also learned GAF won’t cover any warranty since the roofer was not GAF certified. I called Chase and they were responsive and helpful and friendly. I unfortunately had to replace the roof because the roof was done so bad, they left the original roof on, used original felt paper and tons of other issues. They put on a new roof and did an amazing job. They were responsive of any worries we had and communicated all around the way through the process. They did 2 walk thrus with us and even pointed out issues we did not see and fixed them. I recommend to anyone who is looking.

The whole experience of having my roof replaced (it was the original roof on my 27-year old house) was excellent. From the initial list and preparation of the estimate to the final clean-up after installation I found the professionalism and efficiency of Chase Roofing to be exceptional. The roof was installed in a day and a half, including the old roof tear-off and the cleanup of my yard. The crews and foreman were friendly and most considerate of our property and comfort. I could not believe they got everything done so fast and neat. Cleanup was exceptional as well. I only rarely find any of my old roofing, usually a postage-stamp sized piece in our yard. Based on the quality of materials and features incorporated, the overall cost was quite reasonable. Chase was also able to easily accommodate our schedule for the installation, working around some conflicts we had in our schedule. I was in need of a roof a lot earlier than expected due to a poor roofing job by another company for damage done by Isabell, the singles I paid for were suppose to be 30 years not even close......I had leaks that started to occur due to the wrong nails being used I needed a new roof so I interviewed a number of companies for an exact shingle and warranty and Chase roofing by far was the best. They were the best for many reasons. No out of the ball park pricing , no rush/pressure sales to sigh a contract just an honest here is what we have, here is what we do to install it correctly and this is our price. The estimator presented the job to us. Todd was wonderful gave us the time and information we desired. Answered questions honestly and even answered questions that came up after he had given us a quote a few days later. The work done was done with quality of workman ship done right the first time. They took extra care protecting all my flowers and plants around the house . Took the time to make sure no nails or pieces of shingles were left once it was done. Once finished they inspected the roof again to make sure nothing was missed. Before they got paid after a few days once the job was completed they had Sergio come out who is a master certified roofer to go over the whole roof again to make sure every thing was in its place and that we were completely happy with the roof and the job that was done. There is no one out there who in my opinion can even compare to this company for quality , service and being there to stand behind their workmanship. Other companies may tell you that they would do this but I can tell you first hand that this company delivers' it. Impressive to find a company with such high standards, at a good price.

Had a flat roof replaced without any issues and I was very pleased with the job. The crew was great and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone and when my pitch roof needs replacing I will call Chase.

Our commercial and residential roofs required repair a couple of months ago. Several local companies had a chance at these repairs. Water was leaking in during heavy rains with wind. Nor’easter storms were a nightmare! My dental office has a high skylight above the patient chairs with a complicated combination of windows, membrane roofing, and shingles. Drywall was peeling away and falling flakes were high risk. A residential roof had a leaking chimney that was “repaired” at least 3 times. Each rain, after their repairs, required towels and a Shop-Vac. Chase completed the repairs and now everything stays dry. I have never experienced such efficiency with roofing. You get an accurate estimate, confirmation emails/calls for service appointments, and they show up on time. The workers are thorough and clean up completely. I am happy to pay the fee once and be done.

Excellent customer service! Had a leak on my roof and they came the same day and fixed it. The installer even came back to make sure that he did an additional seal to make sure the leak does not happen again. Definitely recommend this company.

Chase roofing is the greatest. We live remotely in the Northern Neck and had a leaky roof box vent. It was a nightmare, no one in our area would bother to even return our calls. I have been searching for a roof replacement since last October. Chase Roofing was by far the best estimate that I have received. I decided to go with them and was very impressed the whole way through. Ramon came out to do the estimate he was very courteous and professional. He stated the workers were be there by 7 a.m. they were there a quarter to 7 and running around the roof by 7 a.m. They were very Timely and professional. It was a very hot day when they did the roof they did take a couple of breaks and they were done by 1 p.m. they did a wonderful job and cleaning up the mess. All in all I have to give this company five star rating by far the best I've ever dealt with. Used Chase to repair tree damage to a rental. Was on the job quickly, securing the site from further damage until permanent repairs could be made. Jumped on the repairs as soon as the insurance company approved. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They did an excellent job. Our 30 year old roof needed replacement. Chase did an excellent job quickly. I did not shop for the cheapest job but for the best job and I think it paid off. I then asked what temporary visa they were holding. Staff put me on hold and then hung up.

Buyer beware. They take advantage of the people they employ and the U.S. taxpayer (chase pays no social security tax on these "employees" chase pays no federal or state unemployment taxes on their payroll as well. And we wonder why the U.S. Government estimates that SS as a fund will not be able to pay claims within the next 20 years.

Adding insult to injury they drive their vehicles and carry neither a license nor can they be insured,

Chase roofing just completed our roof and they did an outstanding job. We have a historical home that we are restoring and were very selective about who we let work on it. The crew from Chase was perfectly professional, hard working and paid close attention to detail. They arrived early left late and were always smiling and happy and it showed through in their work. Their clean up was better than we have ever had from a work crew. The cherry on top was the price! Best value best product best service! We would recommend and use again.

Its not often I give a five star rating to anyone. I have been burned by contractors in the past. Not so with Chase Roofing. Their representative arrived in quick time, he was extremely professional and went over the entire project showing us photos of damaged items we couldn't see below. The Chase crew were just as professional and polite. They provided a reasonable estimate, excellent work and cleaned up before leaving. Would I used Chase roofing again, without a doubt, yes I would.
UPDATE - I have used Chase two additional times after my initial contact. I've lowered their rating for the following. One, too many nails left behind. Mostly in the gutter. After a heavy rain, they poured down all over my walkway. The last job, it was like they swept the nails in the gutter. The crew took off with my solar bubble and threw it away. I gave instructions to save it. Management took no steps to replace the solar bubble or offer a discount to cover the cost of a replacement. In the initial write up to remove a ridge vent, it clearly said they would replace with wood. Nope. The crew used sheet aluminum and totally trashed my attic. Now, you have to be cautious to not stand on the ridge. Chase did send a person to clean up the attic and person did a good job but the hassle it cause will prevent me from recommending Chase to my friends.

Chase Roofing did a great job for our office located in Virginia Beach. Called one day and the work was completed right away just in time for hurricane Matthew. We had no leaks anywhere. Service was great!

I am happy to say that my effort paid off. Chase Roofing returned my phone calls, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job on time. The quality of work is excellent, the product is excellent, and the warranty is the best I could find. The employees were very polite and professional.

From the fair price quoted for the work to the magnet run twice through my yard to pick up stray nails, the entire process was outstanding! The whole crew did a tremendous job on one of the hottest days of the year and in a very timely manner. They were detail oriented and were a very efficient team. If I had more roofs I'd definitely use Chase Roofing again.
