- They are dependable, polite, and very fair in pricing their jobs.
- Chase roofing did an excellent job from start to finish!
- Did work in our neighborhood and while the guys doing the work were hard workers - fact is they were all illegally here in the USA.
- I guess business got good and customer service was no longer important.
- Had to threaten to get a refund to have them complete the work.
- No one showed up at the scheduled time.
- I would equate these guys to finding someone on Facebook marketplace.

Did work in our neighborhood and while the guys doing the work were hard workers - fact is they were all illegally here in the USA and accordingly uninsurable - vehicle and workers comp. Buyer beware - Demand written statement signed by principals before getting involved with his company.
When a worker is injured on the job - it will become the homeowners nightmare

Chase Roofing responded quickly with an appointment to survey my roof for any issues it might have. I wanted to know of any problems I might have before selling my house. They performed a detailed inspection and explained indicators of the future health of my roof. I was shown clear pictures of what they found and agreed to a few small and very reasonable repairs that would lengthen the lifespan of my roof. They were out within a couple days and did a wonderful job, respecting my home and time. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Although I did not engage Chase Roofing LLC for my project, I was so happy with their representative, I wanted to compliment them here. Their estimator was prompt, he got up on the roof, and he thoroughly explained what he saw. During the visit, he provided by email detailed estimates for all the work. He thoroughly explained the products and I am confident that had I engaged Chase, I would be very happy with their work.

Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
