I had the pleasure of working with Roof Boss on a large-scale project involving the roofing of 10 buildings, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. And I can’t say enough about Charmayne Anderson, the production manager. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating schedules, materials, and logistics with precision. The initial visit with the inspector was positive. He quickly assessed my roof leak and explained the fix and cost estimate.
The workers that came to do the job were competent and efficient and came with the correct materials for the repair.
I had some issues with the office staff in this case. I had to continually leave messages to.ask when the workers would show up to.do the repairs. No reply. After the initial contact I never got a call or email as to exactly when they would be on the job. Luckily I was home when they showed up and it was a surprise!

We recently re roofed our house and garage with a dark gray metal roof from the bid was about the same as one of the high bids we received but they formed the metal on sight let us know when they were coming and came when they said. There was an issue with the garage gable end that they helped me resolve so we could get a continuous metal panel run. They were so knowledgeable and help me with the work. The crew worked as a team and cleaned the sight when they were done

Metropolitan installed my roof 14 years ago. The other day I noticed the water coming from above the window. Called them up and glad that they were able to come out and inspect the roof on the same day and able to fix it the following day. I wish I’d asked for they names. They were nice and thorough and shared photos where the water leak is coming from. Thank you once again Metropolitan crews for your accommodations and hard work.

I had a complicated roof on my home - Met Roof did a great job listening, strategizing, and implementing a beautiful standing seam metal roof. The team was very respectful, thorough, and polite during the construction. Would hire again!

Bodie was engaged and friendly in coming to see the issue at hand, in person, and Sergio was polite, cheerful, professional and quick, less than a week later, getting the work done. I was clear with the team that flashing needed to overhang more than usual so that I’d have enough of it to cover the fascia boards I’d planned to add within the next 1-2 years when i replaced the gutters.

When I went to replace my gutters, add fascia, and close the soffit with a different company they informed me the flashing Metropolitan roofing installed did not have enough overhang to properly cover the fasica they’d added. So, they had to add more flashing around the perimeter
Of the house. The initially charged me $2k for this but I was able to get them to reduce by 50% to $1k. I asked repeatedly for Metropolitan roofing to cover this expense by either reimbursing me or paying it directly to the gutter place. Initially, I heard back from someone at the front desk but then it never went anywhere after that. So, I was out $1k extra for their mistake. I’d love it if they made this right finally.

The attention to detail is amazing. I’m very particular, and they exceeded my expectations by a lot. They have a tenured crew that knows how to handle complex issues.

Metropolitan Roofing did a great job putting on my new metal roof. My job was large and more complex than most. Clint fabricated the roof cap himself, and it adds a beautiful flourish. The crew, led by Sergio, was lovely to work with and I was very happy with how they handled communication and scheduling. I felt well taken care of hroughout the entire process, from the bid to completion.

Worst roofing company, beyond rude & unprofessional. Extremely loud & to top it put over 16 holes in my ceiling from a roofing job. Broke the mirror off my wall from how rough they are ! Do not hire them at all.

After experiencing ventilation problems in the attic space in my home, Metropolitan Roofing assessed and determined resolution. From project beginning to end, the customer service provided by the entire team – internal office representatives and on-site team – was exemplary. Although I haven’t been through a winter yet with my new roof, I feel secure in the knowledge that Metropolitan Roofing has gone above and beyond to assure my complete satisfaction for many years to come.

First time ever leaving a review and I am sad that it has to be a negative one. Had a leaky roof so I hit the google search engine looking for companies with longevity and good reviews. Metropolitan fit the criteria so I called and made a appt. Chris came out to my house, was pleasant and informative. Honestly it made him a front runner for the job. He stepped out to get me a estimate, when he returned he stated his laptop was down and we made arrangements for him to stop by on my next day off (3 days later) we scheduled it for Friday at 9:30am. When 10am rolled around and no sign of him I texted him. Waited a bit than tried to call his cell phone which was on his card and was the number we were previously texting back and forth from. No response even after multiple calls. So I called the office through out the day. No answer. I left messages on his number, his office both on Friday and the following Monday. Heck I know things like life happen and was honestly hoping that Chris was just ok at this point. But here I am 10 days later, multiple calls and still no response from him or his company.

Guess its time to take my money elsewhere.

Metro Roofing replaced our roof and skylights. They were thoroughly professional from start to finish. Office was responsive; work crew was punctual and courteous, led by a foreman who communicated well. Our 3-story townhouse was a challenge due to tight space, but Metro didn't balk at the job. Their experienced team completed the job– including replacing 8 skylights– in 2½ days. Afterwards, they cleaned up beautifully. I can recommend Metro Roofing without reservation!

Metro Roofing did an excellent job replacing our flat roof with a 60-mil TPO roofing system in February 2024. They were thorough, knowledgable, efficient, and their price was competitive. I recommend them highly.

A rep for the company knocked on my door as we had a tarp up. I asked for a worst-case bid because I knew that there was probably an issue or two under the shingles and just wanted to be prepared. The process was super straight forward from bid to acceptance to start. They communicated well and let me know when the crew would show up. They were not the cheapest bid I got but the one I felt would do a complete job. It took just under three days from start to finish. The roof looks great and they left not a trace in my yard. Would highly recomend.

We are 100% happy with the job that Metro roofing did on our outbuilding/ garage.

Their cost was lower than two other bids, with a larger scope of work (Metro also did gutters and added vents, AND fixed some slipping shingles on our main house at no extra charge). Their cost was a little higher than the "one guy with a truck" from the neighborhood, and that guy wanted me to use my truck to get plywood... we went with the pros and are happy about that.

Metro's crew was fantastic... Jose, Mauricio and all did the job in a day, communicated well and thoroughly, problem-solved a couple things mid-job (at no extra cost), and cleaned up everything to the last bit. I think they stayed late to avoid coming back too. Once the roof was on, Mike came and did the gutters, integrating our rain barrel and making everything work well, which we know because it rained today.

The quality of the work will tell over time, but at first inspection everything looks great. The roofers cleared FOUR layers of old roof (the estimate said two, but we didn't get charged extra) and probably added another 10 years easy to the whole garage (the roof will outlast the rest of the structure). New fascia and gutters make the thing look really nice. Once we paint it next week, it'll be a major upgrade to our property.

Administrative staff were also excellent... we'd contract with Sound Metro Roofing again.

The team at Metropolitan roofing were great from start to finish. Communication was clear through out the project. The crew working on the roof did a fantastic job. They invited me to walk on the roof when the job was complete. I was really impressed by their workmanship.

Metropolitan Roofing did our roof last Oct/Nov 2021, and we can’t say enough good things about this company, starting with the owner, Clint.
We got several bids and ended up going with Metropolitan, who came in at the middle as far as cost; for starters, our neighbors had used them a few years ago, and their roof looks great. It was Clint’s upfront integrity, knowledge of the product and whole roofing process, and his clear guidance in what this project would entail that sold us. These qualities have obviously been instilled in his crew, and his office staff, as their response to our questions/concerns throughout the whole project was handled right away, either by them, or by Clint himself. We also had two skylights replaced by them when the roof was done, and they did a brilliant job; again, Clint was quite knowledgeable and experienced in both products and installation, as was his crew. In spite of the rainy periods, our roof was done in a timely fashion, and without any glitches. We are thrilled with our new roof; we went from a cedar shake roof to the Presidential TL and it looks great! We highly recommend Metropolitan Roofing!

We are very pleased with Metropolitan Roofing and our experience with them. They were very communicative and were very accommodating with scheduling the project. They came in as one of the lowest quotes we received, while still maintaining top of the industry products and workmanship. Additionally, they provide a warranty on the materials as well as their work. Metropolitan coordinated the completion of replacing our roof, skylights, and gutters and now everything looks great. They were recommended to us by a friend, and now we would gladly recommend them to anyone else in the future based on our experience.

I contacted Metropolitan roofing to obtain estimate to replace our house and garage roof. Owner called back and spoke enthusiastically about metal roof knowing we are interested in TPO or PVC roof. Appointment was scheduled. When he did not show up I texted him and asked him if he still plans to come. He replied that he is on his way. He never showed up and I have never heard from him again. Peculiar way to run the business.

Metropolitan Roofing recently replaced our roof, installed a new skylight and installed some sun tunnels. Every single person throughout every step of the project was awesome. Everything looks amazing and we could not be happier with the end result.

The project did not go 100% according to plan...but in our experience not many home improvement projects do. Metropolitan Roofing handled the situation in the absolute best way possible. They asked us how we wanted to resolve the situation...and they did exactly as we requested. To us, this speaks volume about the integrity of the company and its people. Truly top notch customer service that is rarely experienced today.

We would not hesitate to recommend Metropolitan Roofing to anyone. They will be our go-to company if we ever need similar work done again in the future.

We got three estimates to replace our aging roof and fortunately Metropolitan Roofing was one of them.
They did a good job explaining everything and were able to start pretty quick.
We have a lot of landscaping and I was pleased at what a good job they did covering the shrubs so nothing would get damaged. They cleaned up after themselves and were easy to work with. We had Jose Garcia and his helper and they did an outstanding job!

After a tree fell on my roof, I contacted Metroplitan Roofing to get a roof inspection. Rich said he would come look at it that week by Friday. I never heard any more from him by the end of the next week, so I followed up. He said he'd been in a fender bender and that he would come by the next day at 9:00am. Again, I heard nothing, and I am not looking for another roofer.

Rich, if you can't keep our appointments, you could at least let me know and stop wasting my time.

Metropolitan Roofing did a great job repairing our leaking roof. They responded quickly to my service call and spent the time to complete the job properly. I would have no problem calling them again or recommending them to friends and family.

We contracted with Metropolitan Roofing to replace the roof and gutters on our home. We got three different bids so we could make an informed decision. Metropolitan was the least expensive by a very significant amount. We worked with Doug Westhoff to ensure that even though this company was less expensive the work that the other two companies had planned to do was included in the Metropolitan bid.
The 3 man crew arrived on the per-arranged date once the rain delays were past, our roof was replaced late February, early March. We worked with Sergio the project manager and Celio, the onsite manager and lead on site worker. Our roof is very steep and quite large, because of a large covered patio. The entire project took the 3 men 9 days to complete as they worked a minimum of 8 hours a day. They were really hard working taking few breaks other than their lunch. The roof had quite a bit of damage from a rather poor first roof and gutter install. 21 sheets of roof decking needed to be replaced due to water damage or moisture due to poor ventilation. Our roof was only 20 years old but it didn't wear very well.
We can't say enough good things about this crew and all of the people we worked with at Metropolitan Roof. Each day the crew did a clean-up putting work equipment away and cleaning up all the debris from the day's work.
Included in the roof replacement was the addition of a Sun Tunnel in our upstairs bathroom. Prior to the roof replacement we had been unable to have additional natural light in this bathroom because there was no access to the space above the bathroom. The installer worked with the roofing team to access the space via the roof sheeting. They did an excellent job getting it in the perfect spot to add natural light to the bathroom and the landing outside the bathroom door.
The finally day of roofing the gutter crew arrived and completed the install of new gutters. They worked with us on the color and any special areas that might need more attention. This 3 man crews also was extremely hard working and did a fantastic job.
We know that everyone's experience with a company can vary for many reasons; the employees, delays, product, and specifics for the job. Our experience with Metropolitan was nothing but outstanding! I can't promise your experience will be the same exceptional one we had, but I would bet the odds are pretty good.

We recently had a big roofing project (including skylights and gutters) completed by Metropolitan Roofing. We were highly impressed with the entire operation: communication with our Sales Manager Doug, the office staff and the workmanship and cleanup. Everyone we had contact with was professional and efficient. A top-notch company with integrity, transparency and fair pricing.

We are very very pleased with the final work done by Sergio and the crew. We had leaking where we thought it was our skylights when in fact it was the roofline that needed to be replaced. They not only took care of the issue but found the exact tile to match our existing ones. No easy feat! We did end up having 2 skylights replaced and are happy with the Velux brand. We even got a government rebate for the solar blind we had installed. The only reason for not 5 stars was the late arrival of our custom skylight because the factory was closed all of December. Seattle Skylight/Metropolitan Roofing did a temporary fix however until the new skylights arrived and they could do all the work at once. Overall we'd recommend them for good pricing and great finished work.

Metropolitan Roofing was easy to work with and one of the timeliest crews we worked with throughout our entire house project (extensive remodel and addition). Appreciated their communication and flexibility with changes to the timeline that we encountered. Would definitely recommend! Note, we added a metal roof & skylights to the back half of our home, that matched an existing metal roof.

We have had 2 roofs done in the last 2 years. The first roofer’s experience wasn’t that good, so we looked for other options and came upon Metropolitan Roofers and we are so happy we did! They have wonderful customer experience :) Not only did they walk us through everything, they saved us money too! They worked with the city, so we didn’t have to, they made sure to keep us up to date on the progress of the project. When we had an issue, they fixed it. Easing us of our fears of another bad roofer. We even received a free skylight in a dark hallway! Our house looks wonderful!
PS. The roofers loved the snacks we set out for them daily :)
