Two years ago,after interviewing three roofers, I chose Anytime Roofing because: 1) the person who came to talk to me is the original owner himself, 2) he has been in business for 24 years and he loves his job, 3) they are a family business, proud of their service and end product, 4) half of the work crew has been with this company since the beginning, and the others have been with them for years, 5) I looked at a cul-de-sac of roofs Anytime had installed years before in Lakeland Hills. They looked great. My friend said the crew had been efficient and easy to work with, and no one ever had problems with their roof... ... A few weeks later, Anytime put a new roof on my home for a very reasonable price. The owner Salvador Santos was cheerful and very patient in helping me choose materials. Throughout the installation he explained the process and made sure that I was pleased! He even had his crew fix a kitchen vent. The crew was on time to start each day, extremely hard-working, and courteous. And they did a fantastic job of clean up each day! The business manager Taylor was friendly, informative, and quick to return my calls... ... Fast forward. A couple weeks ago, they came back to clean my roof. Again, job well done by Leo. And great clean up...my yard looked better than before his visit! My roof still looks new. And no problems!

I cannot boast enough about this company. Their efficiency from giving a bid to scheduling to completing the job is nothing short of a miracle in today’s society. I had a bid in about 17 hours. And was immediately scheduled at my convenience! Not to mention the work is superb! You cannot get efficiency like this anymore and I’m forever grateful for their promptness.

They were very professional, if we had any questions they were answered. We had our house roof done, then we asked them to do 2 more roof. We highly recommend them.

Salvador (owner), Taylor (business mgr) and the entire Anytime Roofing team were a pleasure to work with.
Salvador worked closely with me to plan for new roof, siding, deck, steps, garage extension and concrete pad/sidewalks. Taylor was prompt on sending all bid and revision requests.
I had many small change requests during the project and all were easily made without unfair price or schedule changes. Team actually replaced many small damages that were not part of bid without discussion or charge. Quality of the house project and my satisfaction was always most important to the entire team.
Salvador also acted as prime contractor for the concrete forming/pouring and new exterior door installations which allowed easy integration of bids, schedules and billing; much less work/stress for me.
Work areas were cleaned/organized at end of everyday to provide for safety around the house.
Salvador met with me on-site nearly daily to discuss progress, upcoming schedule (weather) and if I had any concerns or requests. He always took my calls and was true to his words on everything.

Amazing company! Did a beautiful job on our roof plus they added an extension to our existing roof to cover the entrance for my preschool and tied that into the old roof line perfectly. We would 100% recommend anytime roofing!

Anytime Roofing was a great company to work with. My previous metal and membrane roof had been installed incorrectly. They came in and repaired and replaced all defective work. They were professional, kept me informed of any issues and progress, were always there when they were scheduled to be and cleaned up each day. We have used Anytime Roofing twice. First time for our home in. Federal Way and recently in Maple Valley. Both times they did an excellent job. We also recommended them when the ClubHouse in our complex needed replacement. Again an excellent job. Nice people, excellent work and fair pricing, we give them an EXCELLENT rating.

Anytime Roofing did an excellent job putting our new roof on. I got 5 bids and they had one of the lowest pricing. Taylor their customer service representative was great and always got back to me on appointments and answering any questions I had. I definitely would recommend this company.

Professional, cost effective, timely and a great company to work with. We were very happy with Anytime Roofing and refer them when ever we can.

They will show up at 6 AM on a weekday to start hammering away while everyone in the neighborhood is still trying to get sleep for work.

It may be different in Lake Tapps, but Kent noise ordinance is 7 AM.

Tried to ask to keep it down, completely ignored. Only police will get them to quiet down during legal hours.

So if you see "Anytime Roofing" in your neighborhood and they're waking your family up at ungodly hours: YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO CALL THE POLICE.

Hope they develop some professionalism someday.

As a contractor I've had a relationship with Anytime Roofing since 2012. Each time I've hired them, my client was happy and so was I. Personally, I had them replace the roof on my home recently. I'm completely satisfied with the results.

We scheduled a estimate and they never showed up. Called them back several times, finally got a lady to answer the phone and when my wife said her name, the lady immediately hung up on her. I guess they knew they flaked and wanted to avoid confronting the issue and making it right. Stay away from this company.

The team from Anytime Roofing showed exceptional skill and professionalism in replacing our old roof. That old roof was in year 16 of a 30-year roof -- the previous installers messed up the venting and underlayment. Anytime corrected the other company's problems and gave us a great roof at a wonderful price.

Great service, great performance, great price. Really, that's everything you want from a roofer.

I am very impressed with the job they did on my new roof. The crew did an excellent with clean up, to the point I hardly knew anyone was working on my roof. The roof looks awesome. I must say that what makes the experience top notch is the excellent customer service provided by the office manager, Taylor Santos. She is a cut above. I decided it was time to replace my aging roof earlier this year. I knew nothing about shingles or companies that provided roofing services, so I started my research and asked for referrals. Eventually it came down to three contractors, all of whom I felt would do a good job at a fair fee. I decided to go with Anytime Roofing. I selected Anytime roofing primarily because of Taylor, who I believe is the office manager and was my primary point of contact. She was very responsive and provided direct answers to my questions. When speaking to a few of the contractors, I asked a very simple question, “Why are you recommending this shingle?”. In many cases I got a very basic, “It’s a good product but if you want to go with another product let us know and we can use that instead”. There are too many opinions on which is the best shingle and heck if I know what works best for my region. While Taylor did let me know they could use different types of shingles and supporting products, but she also explained why they like the product they recommended with some details, which added to my confidence. They started and finished the service in on time, and they kept the surrounding area clean. I went on the roof again today before writing this review, and I’m still glad I selected Anytime Roofing.

Work was done very fast and very well.
Price was more than fair.
Clean up was thoroughly conducted with very minimal left behind.

We had nothing but a positive experience working with Anytime Roofing. We had a new complete new roof on our shop and house, new gutters and skylight. After receiving 7 bids , the price was right, but even more important we felt very comfortable with the sales manger Andrew. There was totally no pressure and he answered our many questions. The work was done quick and beautifully. The owner even stopped during the project to make sure we did not have any questions or concerns.

Very detailed, efficient and quick. They worked with our hectic schedule to schedule a time to come out and complete our roof. It was a complete strip and re-shingle and they were done in 2 days. Andy and Taylor were both so helpful and kind and their crew was great. They came out the day after we requested an estimate, unlike the bigger companies who quoted us almost 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend these guys!

Salvador and his entire crew did an amazing job! Quality work and done within the quoted time frame. We had a few things come up and I could tell he genuinely didn't want to give us the bad news. Our new roof and gutters look amazing and they did a great job cleaning up. I will recommend them to anyone!

I was very impressed by Salvador's crew. The office was always very prompt in responding to questions or concerns and the crew did an excellent job. They were careful with the property and did a thorough, high quality job with the roof.

Use Anytime contractors! Salvador (the owner) is as honest and genuine no-BS as the day is long. His office manager is so responsive it'll make your head spin. Salvador's employees are some of the most polite, professional, hard working, and skilled craftsman I've run across in years. If you don't use Anytime, you'll either be paying WAY too much, getting inferior or worse yet - unnecessary work done, or having your time wasted by a salesman's high pressure pitch.
