If I could, I would rate RoofER company a zero star.
I inquired online through their website for a complete roofing service. The company sent me a salesman named Brandon (I intentionally didn’t include his last name). Brandon was a con artist and a scammer. Upon arrival to my property, he asked for my insurance company information and promised to work with my insurance to get a new roof as he does that all the time. Then, he filed a claim using my insurance. Brandon disappeared after the insurance claim was rejected due to Brandon’s unfounded arguments.
Please, don’t fall for RoodER company’s illegal business practice and if Brandon knocks on your door, call 911.

Eli was very polite, and he helped me out a lot with my roof and how much he did for my family as well, and he got me in for a membership for a gym! Please give him a call!

Elijah is very professional and detail oriented. He was able to answer and address any concerns that I had. I'm looking forward to working with him to get my roof replaced.

Elijah was very respectful when he knocked on my door. He let me know that he was helping out a few of my neighbors that had damage to their homes from a storm. I was hesitant to let him on my roof at first since it's only a few years old, but he let me know that it would only take him about 10 minutes to check everything out. Then he showed me the type of damages he was looking for from other homeowners that he's helped. After inspecting my home, he let me know that he did not find any storm related damages, but that he's always willing to stop by again if I suspect anything may be wrong with my roof. I will definitely be reaching out to him since he remained professional, kind and honest the entire time.

Benjamin Salgado helped us with the insurance claim. We have damage from a hail storm from last year. I was a little skeptical at first but they were very professional with explaining how everything works. We are in the final fase . Everything has been approved by our insurance company. In about 3 to four weeks they will replace our roof with all new shingles and felt with a water barrier along the edges. It includes the roof vent as well and all flashing. So far I ma very happy. I will give an update when the work is complete

These guys are top notch. We had a hailstorm that came through our neighborhood in the summer of 2024. Honestly, we've had bad luck with our property insurance company in the past when we had a hailstorm that damaged our roof years earlier. We ended up paying with our own money to get a new roof when we added an addition to our home. So when the hailstorm hit, we did nothing. We did notice, however, that many homes in our neighborhood, as well as surrounding areas, were getting their roofs replaced, and there was a lot of chatter on the neighborhood social media pages about the hailstorm and damage to roofs.
FastForward to early October 2024. We get a knock on our door from Kyler Wiest @theroofdocs. He offered a free inspection. We said, "sure, go ahead. But we doubt our insurance will help us."
Honestly, Kyler Wiest worked tirelessly for months and in March 2025 we got approval for a full roof replacement and all damaged downspouts replaced. He went through several adjusters to prove that sectional repair attempts were not feasible, and brittle tests too. All this to say, that Kyler came through for us and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work! Honestly, it shouldn't have taken 5 months for our insurance company to approve our new roof!
We also appreciate the work that Alex Ortega put in, to get some additional items approved prior to the new roof install.
When it came time for the new roof installation (June 2025, after all supplies were filled), Jose (don't know his last name) did a fantastic job detailing the crew's schedule, and Ismael Coreas, the field technician was available on site to answer any questions and submit all final inspection paperwork. All in all, a top notch company that we highly recommend!!

Scheduled a roof estimate for Monday at 5:00 pm on Friday. 4:30 today, 30 mins before the appointment, called them, no answer, to see if they were coming out due to not hearing from them. They text me back 20 minutes later to finally tell me that they were not coming, we are out of their territory. Very unprofessional how they handle business

I had a great experience with Roofer on my roof replacement. My insurance was not very responsive to the hail damage claim, and the Roofer team diligently work with me and the claim adjuster to get the claim approved. On the day of the roof installation, the team show up early and completed the job on time. None the additional items we added to the roof were missed and the QC staff that came a few days later fixed some of the sidings that fell off after the install. I felt like I was working with a very professional team the entire time.

At first I was very unsure of this company. I thought they were scammers. They provided me with information that ensured me that they were not scammers. The also contacted me whenever I had any concerns. Our roof looks very good, and our neighbors are all complementing how good the roof looks. I would recommend this company. Excellent experience and value. Major hail storm in our area months ago; multiple door-to-door roof salespeople came by. We liked our rep Daniel a lot, very friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable of the claims process. Our Project Manager Ramon was great, too. Walked us through multiple options, was patient with our travel/ delays on decisions. The install team did a great job, very thorough, friendly, happy and efficient; sent a guy by the next day with a large magnet to pick up stray nails, etc. Everyone in our neighborhood has had a great experience with RoofER+. I am just starting the roof replacement process after damage from hail. Jason spent a good deal of time and patience educating me about my roof, explaining how it would be evaluated and the cost estimated, and the steps that would follow from estimate to completion. Elijah Hicks is an amazing contractor. He has never lacked in communication or service. He worked extremely hard to help us and was very adamant with insurance to make sure we got what we needed. A true asset to the company and his customers!

Writing this on behalf of my father-in-law—Mattias at RoofER was awesome to work with from start to finish! He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so we knew exactly what to expect. He even made sure to meet with the insurance adjuster and inspector while they were here, making sure everything was handled properly so getting the roof covered through our insurance wasn’t a problem. That took a huge weight off our shoulders. We only had to pay his deductible and everything else was covered.

It has been over two years since RoofER installed my new roof. It is appropriate now, two years later, to mention how happy I remain with the quality of my roof and with the experience I had working with RoofER during both the planning and work phase. To this day they remain my top example of how a small company should operate and I find myself frequently mentioning them by name as such. In looking back it is very clear to me that had it not been for the attitude, energy and knowledge of Richie Riley I most probably would not have had such a positive experience. I attribute the ultimate decision of my insurance company to cover the costs of my roof solely to Richie's involvement. I firmly believe it would not have been covered had it not been for his experience and knowledge at each step of the approval process. After interviewing four other roofing companies it was a no-brainer as to what company we would go with. RoofER was recommended to us by a friend, so when Luis showed up at our door, it was like our prayers were answered. He was extremely professional, totally experienced and was welling to work with us and our insurance company(which the other roofers weren’t). He explained the process and took hundreds of pics and then came in and went over every detail in replacing the full roof due to storm and hail damages.
After completing all the initial documentation, Luis met with the inspector and adjuster. Soon after that our roof claim was approved on the same day it was inspected. This was truly amazing because we had been working on this case for over 8 months; with three different adjusters , many lost shingles and two instances of water damages.
We were so impressed with the whole process, especially since it was completed in just one day. They were truly incredible with their efficiency and the cleanup.
After our roof was completed we were able to give an exceptional recommendation to our neighbors who had also experienced hail & storm damages. They have since gotten Luis, with the RoofER Company to replace their roofs, as well.

Luis Estevez from RoofER was great to work with. Luis noticed we had hail damage to our roof marking everything for the insurance adjuster to see. When the adjuster came to the house Luis made sure he was there so he could talk to him and reinforce that there was damage to the roof.

We had issues with our insurance not wanting to cover everything, but with the help of Luis knowing the right things to say we were eventually able to get a full roof replacement.

RoofER helped me replace my roof over the summer last year. Luis is extremely helpful setting up the processes for me and bring me to the wonderful RoofER implementation team, who are all very professional and efficient.

This company is top notch in my book. Cody Warshauer and his very well organized team took care of all of the headaches dealing with the Insurance company. They did everything they said they would in the initial meeting from removing the old roof to installing the new one. They did an awesome job cleaning up too. The whole team were very professional and specially Luis communicated each steps and expectations throughout the duration of the project. This is a great company to work with, they do a really well job. I recommend working with this company our house was left in very good condition after having our roof and siding done. Everything was done in a timely manner as well. We are so happy with the results! I would be happy to work with these guys again!
