We received excellent and professional service from Fab Build Pro. Eli came out, did a detailed roof inspection. He walked us through the entire process involved for getting a much needed new roof. Eli was professional and knowledgeable. He made sure we were comfortable with all the information he was giving; there was no hard sell or pressure. That alone, made the experience pleasant. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Definitely would recommend Fab Build Pro and Eli to friends needing a new roof!

Overall great company, easy to work with, great communication. Roof looks awesome, good experience. What i probably liked most is that they don't make you to sign a contract real early on, like other companies do.

This is a bit unusual review, because not everything went perfect with our roof project. Mistakes happen to everybody, but how those are being dealt with makes all the difference. Initially everything went smooth, we were guided through the insurance process and everything went well. We received good advise about choice of color and availability. The surprise came with the final invoice where things were different than was agreed. I checked the contract and realized what was promised was not in the contract- my mistake, right? Fabio, the company owner, contacted us and actually made good on unauthorized promises his employee had made. He also personally helped out the crew to make sure the roof was water proof mid-project because rain was predicted for the next day. His commitment to his customers and his integrity make his company stand out from the pack. We are very happy, and the roof looks great too.

After the hail storm that occurred in August of 2024, my neighborhood was overrun by contractors. I was convinced by some young guy to file a claim on my roof because he said they found damage on my neighbors roof that was significant and we may have the same issues. We filed the claim, but the guy never went on my roof, and I didn't hear from him for weeks after. While I was wondering where I was at in the process - Jason Branch came to my door, and honestly to my rescue! He asked if he could inspect the roof, and showed me photos of the damage from hail. He also found that there was damage to my siding, gutters, and window screens as well! When a representative of my Insurance Carrier came out to investigate: Jason met with them and was able to get me more money for my property than any of my neighbors who filed claims from the same storm - with other contractors. We signed a replacement contract and Jason was there throughout every phase of the replacement process. He got on the roof, oversaw the full siding replacement, and was attentive to my needs and the crew completing the work. Fab Build Pro did a wonderful job with my home and I'm glad I chose to work with them. Thank you Jason.

My roof blew halfway off during the massive windstorm in september , theese guys not only had it replaced within a week . They also used the best materials and fought my insurance for me to replace beams that were rotted

I have always been skeptical of door to door salesmen because a few of my neighbors had bad experiences with other contractors. Jason Branch came to my door, and I recognized him because we have mutual friends. He told me that he had noticed some damage on my roof from the ground and wanted to perform a more comprehensive inspection. I have a 3 story townhome and was somewhat confused as to how he could have seen it. He actually said my neighbor's roof had missing shingles, and my roof seemed about the same age and might be harboring similar damage. Turns out, he was right! "Jason Branch knocked on my door and at first was more interested in talking to my young son about his upcoming birthday and hobbies more than anything to do with my home. Eventually he told me why he came - he had done several projects in Alexandria from a recent wind storm and thought I may have similar damage to my roof. He climbed on my roof and found that there was not only wind damage, but also structural damage. We filed a claim that was quickly approved and were able to resolve the structural issue without any additional costs to me. Be careful I live in centrerville I hired this company to do my roof and too many things went wrong.
Also be careful with the lifetime warranty that they offer it's not a true lifetime warranty it is the product warranty that is considered they don't warranty your roof for life time like they write in the contract. first they install of the wrong roof color and they had no project manager there to come check nobody to talk with during the install your salesman is exactly that a Salesman they are not going to be there the full way they sell you the job and that's it they up charge me $250 for a cricket to be expanded so that it would work properly that was not done whatsoever the second color roof was correct but a whole bunch of installation problems with it according to the second inspector had come take a look at it and they had the flashing around the chimney completely installed incorrectly not nailed into the brick they just caulked right behind it hoping the caulking that they put would hold they did not install new Step flashing as the contract said they would
