Your tech did a good job. There were two other homes besides mine being done that day on the block. I had a simple house wash. The other two homes had additional work performed besides having their homes washed. It seem to me he was rushing at the end of finishing my home to get to the next house. I had wiped some backsplash off the columns in front of my home. He had seen me and he offered to clean it and I said I'll do it. He had all of his equipment already put away.

Eric from Ocean Waves soft wash came to the house to explain the soft wash process and to give a quote for what i needed done. The fact that Ocean Waves uses a specialty cleaning agent and does not use high pressure water alone to clean your home sold me on their method of cleaning. On my scheduled day, Josh showed up on time and did a real nice of cleaning the house. Both Eric and Josh were friendly and knowledgeable in their trade. Very pleased with the service provided and will use them again in the future.

Excellent job, patio looks better than it did when it was installed 15 years ago. Also Ocean Waves soft washed our siding, cleaned far better than power washing we had before.The employees were fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Ocean Waves Soft Wash The experience was outstanding from the on-site visit for the estimate to the actual service. A small deposit sets everything in motion. Everything was explained and reading material describing their approach, the service and subsequent clean up was clear and concise. The crew arrived on-time (early actually) and got right to work. They were thorough and they made sure to house done plants in the garden and my car to make sure any cleaning solvent was washed away. They advised me on some follow-up rinsing and, when asked, suggested how often we should have the house washed. We will be using Ocean Waves again.

Due to health issues I was unable to clean my porch. Soft wash came and cleaned my wicker chairs and rug on the porch and it looks like new. Will have them back next year.

This is a AAA business in every way: Initial contact with quick response time, scheduling the free estimate, willingness to detail optional services costs and timely work schedule. The guy who did the work was detailed with the work he did on our siding, roof, and foundation. He gave us some pointers on how to maintain certain areas. And I hope he doesn't get in trouble when I say that he did more than we contracted for. Softwash seems like a better alternative to power washing in that it will last longer and do less damage to any of the building materials being treated. The value for the money is beyond fair.

I had a few questions about some logistics and called, I was pleasantly surprised that the technician had taken photos and my questions were answered. Ocean View Soft Wash did their usual superb job on my roof and siding. The removal of the oxidation from the siding took two days to complete and the results are amazing! BRANDON ROCKS!! A true professional. He was extremely pleasant and professional; explained the process in detail; recommended an ongoing (annual) process for oxidation retardation and went to work. Needless to say, I highly recommend Ocean View Soft Wash for all exterior cleaning functions.
