Fast unload. They open 24 hours 5 days a week.
I had the absolute pleasure of watching this young lady take a situation that would’ve required us having to wait an extended period of time and turn it into the perfect example of A+ customer service.

As a truck driver. Made delivery there twice. Fast unload. They open 24 hours 5 days a week, closed 2359 friday till 2359 Sunday.

Product is sub par and had several issues with delivery. All of which were brought up with local distributor. When I got no help from them I contacted Central States Manufacturing directly and was put in touch with Mike Bell who was the regional sales representative. He assured me all issues would be handled and addressed. It has been 3 months later and still no resolution. So I reached out again asking for someone to help and was transferred to sales manager named John whom never answered so I left a message explaining the issues I was having with a $12,000 order and how Mike was not being of any help. He never called back either

I purchase through Eastern Building Supply and John Queen. His representative he deals exclusively with is a woman named Tarah at Central States Mfg.

We left early this morning to pick up an order that will be taken back to Peachland NC. Upon arrival the discovery that their was an issue with our order and how it had been processed.

I made one phone call to John, John made one phone call to Tarah, and then I had the absolute pleasure of watching this young lady take a situation that would’ve required us having to wait an extended period of time and turn it into the perfect example of A+ customer service.

It’s not A+ because of the short time frame it will take to correct the issue, but more so the amount of effort and personalization she applied to the circumstance. Even if there had been no change to the outcome of the particular situation, I would not be able to be anything less then grateful for the EFFORT and concern she bestowed.

Give this young lady an award for how she represents her employer, because she and John are the reasons I choose to purchase from Central States.

Their competitors may be physically closer in location, but their customer service comes no where close to what I experience each time, and every time.
