If you are an OO and have the ability to respectively decline a load from Central States, it would be in your best interest!
Central States has to be one of the worst places to deliver to.
Not just this location either!
40 yrs in the flat bed OO business and within the last 6 months, we have delivered to two Central States that are flat out unprofessional.
To be in the South, these people are rude and need to learn how to unload structures before they order!
It wasn't the guys out actually doing the work, it was the pencil pushers behind the desk.
Maybe, they need to get out there and actually get involved in the process before they bark orders to their workers.
Unfortunately, it's going to take someone getting hurt or having an emergency for companies like this to learn!
I feel terrible for their employees!
I would hate to feel like I am stuck working for a Central States location!

Unfortunately I had to wait hours to get unloaded some simple steel coils.
That gave me time to check the products they make.
The metal sheets are probably more likely torn off rather than cut off. Besides being very thin metal they use, the strength seems to be low grade as easy it bends just from strapping it.
And 90° angles are not maintained either.
