Wow where do I start Mr. Brandenn was so helpful . I pointed out different things i felt was wrong with my roof and brandenn had all the answers I needed and he also explain what his company could do for me .

I spoke with Braydenn about a quote he was very nice and polite and answer all the questions I ask if you looking for some one to do your roofing get with him.

Shane and Brandon put a beautiful new roof on our house! They did it quickly, used top-notch materials, and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they stepped foot in my yard. They also more than doubled the roof venting at no extra charge! That should definitely help during those hot summer nights in my upstairs master bedroom. It should also keep my power bill down, extend the life of my HVAC, and make me less worried about stuff stored in the attic.

Cardinal Roofing did a great job on our new roof. They installed new shingles, replaced our soffit and fascia board, along with new gutters and gutter guards. Shane Harris was our advisor and was very easy to work with. He was honest and made good recommendations on what was best for our home. He was easy to communicate with and met with us multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. We are excited to have a new roof on our house!

It took Cardinal Roofing 5 months to fix the large whole in our roof from a tree. I probably contacted our 2 agents and the office 100 times and could not get any attention month after month. Our bedroom leaked with water for 5 months and we could not sleep in there (cardinal roofing tarp cost $700 and did not work). Our attic is likely damaged with mold long term. Looks like others had a better experience than us, but I would advise going with a smaller company that will give you attention when it comes to matters this serious.

Cardinal roofing did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Their sales rep is great. They have more shingle colors to choose from than any other roofing company. Their team showed up on time and did a wonderful job! I also appreciate that they had a project manager onsite frequently checking the quality of the installation. At the end of the day, the entire installation team pulled out their metal detectors and triple checked my yard for nails because I told them that I have a small dog and was concerned for his safety. I am so glad I chose Cardinal Roofing!

My roof was badly damaged and they went above and beyond to get it taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Mary Margaret was a Godsend as she dealt with my insurance company directly and kept me informed every step of the way. The new roof was done in 2 days and is beautiful! Cardinal roofing did a total replasement. Mary margaret was very knowlegable of everything we questioned her about. The workers were fast and cleaned up great and did quality work. The quote was accurate and no suprises.

I never write negative reviews, but have felt inclined to share my experience for others to consider. I was in the process of selling my house and the inspector found some areas on my roof that needed repair. I contacted Cardinal and let them know I was going to need roof repairs, but that I had a strict deadline in order to close on my house. They agreed to take the project with the deadline in mind and never once warned me that they may be too busy to repair my roof. The initial conversation went well, but the communication following the initial inquiry was horrible. Week after week I had to call them and ask when they would be out to repair my roof. The response I would get every Monday would be "we will be out sometime this week". I would wait all week and no one ever came. I would then again call Friday and they would say "Oh so sorry, we didn't have time, we should get to it next week". This went on for several week. Every time I would call they seemed annoyed and told me that the person working my specific case was always busy. They always said she would call back, but she NEVER once called me back. Throughout this whole process I never received an incoming call from Cardinal. It got to the point that I was told so many times "someone will call you back" and never got a call, that I called just to make sure they had the correct phone number on file (which they did). I had to continue to call almost daily, until my realtor finally had to step in and start calling. Finally after weeks and weeks of calling they finally came out to repair my roof, two days before closing. However, again no one called me. I had already moved at this point so was not physically at my house when the repairs were done. When I called to again to ask if they had repaired my roof, they said "I think so". I asked for pictures of proof and they agreed to email them to me, but of course I never received any photos. The only email I ever received was my bill (of course). The lack of communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and I would recommend people stay away from this business. This all could have been resolved if they would have communicated that they were too busy to finish the repairs on time, or have returned one of my calls at least once! If you agree to a job, the customer should not have to call daily to ensure the job is completed.

Nick with cardinal roofing did a great job, He communicated very well, and best of all what he was communicating actually happened as planned. Would definitely recommend using Nick and his team at Cardinal roofing.

Purchased our home with a nearly new roof. The roof was put on by Cardinal and warrantied. We noticed a small stain on the upstairs ceiling and hoped it was from the A/C. After these storms the past month the stain has gotten bigger. Contacted Cardinal about the warranty. Long story short after a month no one has been out to look at it. They may be great at selling roofs and keeping you in the loop but their warranty or word sucks.

Our entire process was an absolute breeze! Bryan was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Kept us informed all along the way. Very professional company. They take the time to explain everything to you so you understand what you're getting and how the whole process works. They work very efficiently and are very thorough with clean up. They even went above and beyond and cleaned off my front porch and one of them untangled my wind chime for me. They leave no mess, and put everything they move right back where it was. The guys that put my roof on were very efficient and had every shingle taken off, new cover put down and all new high quality shingles put up in far less than a day. I have lived on the GulfCoast for over 50 years and have gone through a lot of hurricanes and storms. I had to deal with insurance companies that likes to find reasons to not coves damages. Cardinal will take care of you having to deal with the adjuster for you. Cardinal Foley, AL. Roofing is now the only company that I will use from now on. They will save you money and worry dealing with these insurance companies.

We needed a new roof on a recently purchased home. We called three roofing companies and Cardinal Roofing was the only call returned. Jonathan informed us of the options available and pricing. We were not pressured by the typical sales pitch. From start to finish we were informed of all upcoming processes. We are highly satisfied and would recommend Cardinal Roofing.

Installed the next week, I was informed 3 days before installation. All done in one day. Terrific work, site was clean when they left, and a great looking instsllation.
