We would definitely recommend Cardinal roofing and and use them again in the future. They we're very responsive to text messages and phone calls. Very friendly and came out to give the estimate on time when they stated they would and then started work, showed up and completed all work within one day. The roof looks great. Price was very reasonable, very friendly professional people.

After the big storms that came through, our roof got damaged. Cardinal roofing was quick to come tarp where it was leaking and get our roof repaired. The roof looks great and highly recommend!

I called on a Tuesday with an emergency tarp job needing to be done. They told me they would be there at 6:30. The job they were working on before mine took a little longer, but they showed up the same day at 9:30 at night and got my roof tarp before the rain came in thank you so very much. I greatly appreciate that.

They showed up on time, completed everything in the contract with Belford Condominiums, cleaned up daily, and were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Their price was fair, lower than other bids we acquired. Ownership was very professional and explained all parts of the job to our satisfaction!

Brad repaired my roof last July. I paid $1500.00 for him to replace 9 roof shingles and repair the vent pipe and replace flashing and shingles around the vent. He only replaced the 9 shingles and just gave the vent pipe a coat of spray paint. It's now leaking, and rainwater is dripping down the pipe and coming out under my hvac unit. I have asked six times since July for my copy of the invoice showing material and labor costs. Brad has promised to mail it, and he hasn't. Then he promised to email it, and he hasn't. Then he promised to drop it by my house, and he hasn't. Finally, I told him I would drive out to his place and pick it up. I guess that was the final straw for him because he has stopped responding. I'm partly to blame. I thought it strange that Brad's Dad gave me the $1500.00 quote without getting up on the roof the to examine it. And I should have gotten the estimate in writing. I relied on the 5-star reviews and his dad's assurance the job would be done right. I will do better when I hire the next roofer to finish Brads job!

While losing a part of my roof due to a tornado was not pleasant Cardinal Roofing's contractor provided a professional and reassuring service from start to finish.

The roofing contractor/owner was very responsive to the issues involved in replacing a roof damaged by a tornado. He provided urgent temporary covering while insurance details could be addressed. The contractor was very knowledgeable regarding roofing materials, the building codes and the insurance process which was very helpful since i had never replaced a roof.

The terms were transparent and forthright. Communication was clear and very accessible.
Most importantly my concerns regarding protection of the property during the replacement and regarding my canines' access to 'potty' were fully and empathetically addressed. Appropriate coverage to sensitive areas around the house was provided as well as a spot for the doggies.

The actual process of replacing the roof was explained in detail, from what noise to expect to the length of time to complete the job. The work crew was respectful and sympathetic to all my concerns about the property and the canines.
They also were careful in the clean up process.

The overall experience with Cardinal Roofing was a good one and i highly recommend them. The reassurance from demonstration of proficient knowledge, professional expertise and empathetic communication is invaluable. And last but not least, the final job looks great!

I called Cardinal Roofing after some major storms had swept through the area. Every roofing company was busy and backed up. However, Brad at Cardinal Roofing returned my call right away! And even though my damage wasn't "major", his crew was on site in less than three days! My damage was repaired in one afternoon. There was no hassle and no problems dealing with insurance, etc. I highly recommend Cardinal Roofing!

Brad was working on a friend of mines roof, as I was leaving I stopped to ask if it would be possible for them to look at my roof some shingles had blown off. He was here the very next day to take a look at it, and I can’t see the backside of my house and that’s where the shingles came from so he took a picture of it just to show me and quoted me a price and said that he would get with me Monday or Tuesday of course it was raining pretty heavy, so he did show up on Tuesday and then brief dry spell we had he repaired my roof. He was very professional and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone that needs roof work done..
