Ed came out and gave a detailed estimate which is what we wanted.
My windows look and work great.

My job has been ongoing since October, and is still not done.
The metal work on the front of my home is cut too short leaving the wood exposed.
Paid for seamless gutters, got cheap sectional gutters.
Rude customer service and he acted like we had no reason to be upset.
Workers also left trash and over 40 nails all over the perimeter of our home.

Ed came out and gave a detailed estimate which is what we wanted. He explained exactly what his crew would do so we knew what to expect.

The day they said they would be here to do the roof they were on time, professional and friendly. They did the roof in one day from 8:00 am and left after 8:00 pm. It looks amazing. We are very happy with the job and the professionalism of Cardinal Roofing and exterior we would highly recommend and we will also do business with them again.

easy to work with, some of the crew needed closer supervision, and the project took a little longer than I thought, but they are quick in responding to concerns and fixing the issues. I appreciated the prompt clean up, assistance with communications with the insurance company and throughout the project duration. I had full roof and gutters replacement, painting of the siding and window wraps done and I am happy with the result. My house looks great! This company did the work for me before and I decided to go with them again because of the durability of the materials they used and the quality of the work.

My job has been ongoing since October, and is still not done. The workmanship is sloppy. I had to tell them three times I wanted my siding to go the same direction. The metal work on the front of my home is cut too short leaving the wood exposed, and the caulking looks as if a toddler done it. I have a window that no longer opens due to the metal work. I would not recommend this company

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE.
Paid for seamless gutters, got cheap (leaky after first rain) sectional gutters. (After previously going into great detail about how we would in fact be getting seamless gutters and how we would no longer have the issues we were facing with current gutters leaking at seams.) When confronted he gave us the run around about how they'll re-caulk them each time they leak. Rude customer service and he acted like we had no reason to be upset that we were lied to. Workers also left trash and over 40 (and counting) nails all over the perimeter of our home. Will never use this company again and I will suggest to everyone that they do not either. Big scam and waste of money. Spend it someplace else!
