A truly professional enterprise. We were so impressed halfway through the original scope of work that we asked them for a separate and distinct project to follow up with after and they took it on no problem. Had some completely unforeseeable issues pop up during window replacement, and they handled it in a very impressive, clean and efficient manner. The carpenters are true craftsman, they have incredible attention to detail and they are exceptionally efficient. Clean up at the end of every day, they are respectful to people that they interact with and they do truly fantastic work. Not a single corner has been cut.

Very difficult to get a hold of via phone or email (called and left a voicemail, never got a call back). Unresponsive. It has been almost a month since the initial appraisal and I never received a quote, despite multiple emails and check ins.

I reached out to Cardinal for replacing siding on our house. I was contacted quickly. The appraisal was fine, person showed up on time and was professional. Said they'd get a quote to me within the week. 8 days later I emailed them to follow up. Did not get a response until five days later, saying there was some personal matters that delayed the quote and they'd get the quote by the end of the week. Fine. By the end of the week (4 days later) no quote came. I reached out one final time that Friday. It's now the following Tuesday and I still have no response. We have now lost the chance to schedule with another company in March because we waiting too long to see the quote from Cardinal.

Cardinal did a great job installing new vinyl siding, trim and front door for our home. Mike and Bob were great to work with through every step of the process and were very responsive. I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering a home improvement project.
