Finally!!! A company to be trusted. I was referred to Capstone Roofing by AC Maintenance & Repairs when Roof Leaks were discovered by Brian Jones. Tony Riddle was quick to return my call and after thorough inspection and honesty, I agreed that I needed a New Roof and Roof Replacement after the horrendous job performed by Treswork LLC after the tornado in 2011. Not only am I extremely satisfied with my New Roof and its Exterior Appearance but also comforted knowing that I will no longer be questioning its Quality. I'm confident that this New Roof will last for a minimum of 30 years.

My experience with Capstone Roofing was overall positive, though it had a few challenges. I needed my roof replaced and after speaking with Tony, the owner of Capstone, I decided to go with them. Tony was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the process, which made me feel confident and well-informed. He also helped guide me through the insurance claim process, which was a big plus.

Tony's team arrived about a week after we finalized the contract. The crew started early and worked efficiently. While there was a language barrier with most of the workers, Tony was responsive to any concerns via email, as reaching them by phone was difficult. The office manager was unavailable for a few days, and most calls went to voicemail unless Tony was in the office, which was a downside.

The roof and gutters they installed look great and have significantly improved water diversion from my house. However, I did encounter some unexpected charges once the job started, so I recommend budgeting for potential extra costs. After the job was completed, I noticed that some old roofing materials and screws were left behind, along with a box of new materials still on my roof. I’m currently waiting for them to come and retrieve it.

**Pros:**
- Tony is very knowledgeable about building codes and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary products.
- His attitude and transparency made the company seem trustworthy.
- Their quote was cheaper than many other companies I contacted.
- They offer more than just roofing services, which could be useful for other projects.
- The job started and finished quickly, and they were respectful of my property.

**Cons:**
- It was difficult to reach anyone by phone, and communication mainly happened via email.
- Some leftover materials (old and new) were not cleaned up after the job.

Despite the cons, I would recommend Capstone Roofing for anyone looking for roof or gutter work. While they aren’t the cheapest option, their expertise and professionalism made a good impression, and they were slightly more affordable than most of the quotes I received.
