if I could give him 10 stars, I would. He was extremely professional, courteous, skilled and most of all, did the job as if he was doing it at his own place. I had a drainage pipe leak inside the wall, and he went the extra trouble of fixing it from the wall behind to avoid messing up my living room and increasing the cost of repair. Pricing was very, very reasonable. 100% would recommend and use again when needed.

I recently had a leak from my toilet bowl that was flooding the bathroom. I called PHM to come take a look. They were able to come out same day and diagnose the issue and give me an estimate. They were also able to find an additional leak I didn’t notice.

They were able to quickly come back out to do the repairs, drain my hot water heater, and install a ball valve so it’s easy for next time.

I recently had a leak in the roof in my kitchen. I called PHM and they came out on a Sunday to provide a quote. I was nervous about the scope of the job since it was in the ceiling and I wasn't sure of the extent of the damage and/or what was wrong.

PHM came out, provided a quote for cutting the drywall and repainting the ceiling, and started the job a couple days later. The price was reasonable and once the ceiling was cut, the team pulled me in to show me exactly what was wrong and to provide confirmation to me that nothing molded, etc. Additionally, the problem ended up being a faulty shower drain gasket which he had on his truck. The entire job was completed in the same day and I was extremely happy with the work. The paint work was phenomenal and I can't even see where anything was cut. Furthermore, their thoroughness and transparency with me was very much appreciated. I'll hopefully never need a handyman again but as we all know, that's not going to happen. When I do need one, I will be calling back. Thanks!
