I called Josh Buttler to come check out my roof because I noticed a stain on the ceiling. I figured there was a leak. I called on Monday he said he would be out later in the week. I call Thursday because I have not heard from him. He tells me he will be out tomorrow(Friday) for sure. Friday comes and goes. I call next Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Still no response. It has been 10 days now, since I contacted him with no response. We have had 4.5 inches of rain and I have no idea if there is a hole in my roof or what damage was done by his lack of prompt response/negligence.

I had a new roof put on and with all the rain we've had the roofers have been back three times to fix a leak around our fireplace. It's causing my wood floor to buck up. I can't get them back to fix it. This is ridiculous! Maybe I need a lawyer.
