Job well done. Work crew very energetic and did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Gutters replaced and installed RainDrop gutter guards to keep out all the stuff Mike used to have to climb on the roof to manage...not a good idea for senior citizens!! Mike, my husband did the gutter clean outs and now I don't have to "encourage" him to not do this. Thanks, Bruce for your service.

Butler Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. Bruce was great to work with during the entire process. He went over his bid and the insurance information with us in detail. He left us samples to be able to see what it would look like in the sunlight. He kept us updated on when they would be there due to the fact there was bad weather during this time. When they were done with the project they did a wonderful job cleaning up all of the mess that is expected when replacing a roof. We had no debris left anywhere around our property. Butler Roofing has a well managed, highly efficient crew who completed our roofing job in half the time that other crews have spent on our house and shop.

I have reached out to Butler Roofing multiple times over the past 4-5 weeks trying to get an estimate to replace my roof. They have a receptionist answering service who takes your name and number and says someone will call back, but it never happens. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service on the front end, especially when everyone I know keeps recommending them! Especially since they are locally owned and have ties to our community here in Wamego. I’m not sure if this is a receptionist issue or what, because I can’t even speak to anyone besides Jada and nothing happens.

Very easy to work with through the entire process. Fair pricing and quality work. They showed up and had our roof completed in 1 day. We are very please with the final product.

Professional reviews of shingles led me to the Malarkey Vista AR which led me to the Malarkey website which led me to Butler Roofing. Cost of the project (which included an impact resistant class 4 rated shingle which potentially reduces insurance premiums (currently waiting on insurance companies response)), Butler Roofing being local, the certifications you have and your focus on Malarkey is what sealed the deal. There was some minor damage done to our home during the process which Butler Roofing is taking care of. Naturally the new shingles look great, cleanup was great and professionalism during the process was great.

Very quick to respond, got our new roof in less then Two weeks. They were friendly and once they were done they picked up every nail and even the granule that fell to the ground. We are very happy.

Bruce and his team provided great service from start to finish replacing my roof after a recent hailstorm. He responded with an estimate the day I called and was ready to replace the roof as soon as my insurance check came through. His team was respectful of my property and finished the job in one day. They cleaned as they went during the tear off and went over the yard several times with magnets when they were done.

Butler Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my shingles, installing new ridge vents (which Bruce suggested and after researching it I found to be well worth it), and replacing all guttering and downspouts. If I could, I would give them 6 stars. They pulled up exactly at 7AM and worked until the job was complete. Bruce was extremely helpful and true to his word, was onsite for the majority of the work. His crew was very professional and after completing the work, they did a most thorough job cleaning up and sweeping for nails. They even asked to come onto my enclosed deck to clean up material that had fallen there from the ridge vent installation! In my opinion they went above and beyond what I was expecting. I recieved an estimate the same day that I made the request. All aspects of the estimate were explained in detail. The roofing crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The roofs were replaced in a much shorter time than I expected. All debris was picked up and hauled away. Butler Roofing does excellent work. I would reccomend them to anyone.

If you are in the business for a new roof, look no further than hiring Butler Roofing! We were amazed with Bruce's timeliness, professionalism, and phenomenal work by his crew. Our 1,400 square foot house and shed were completed in ONE DAY! Bruce did such a great job communicating with us throughout the project from the initial quote through completion.
Once the old shingles were removed, Bruce and his crew found some gapping on the decking by the gutter that the last roofing company covered up with shingles. His crew was able to fill the gap, get a tight seal, and give us peace of mind for no more wasps/mice getting into the attic.
These guys worked so hard all day and provided top notch craftsmanship. We opted for a ridge vent and the roof looks so sleek with the 10+ previous vents removed.

When the supplier delivered the shingles to our house, there was a hydraulic leak with their equipment and it left oil on a concrete pavement in front of our garage. Bruce contacted the company to have it cleaned up and when they didn't, he hired someone to do it. I appreciate his attention to details such as this. Bruce and his crew did a fine job on replacing our shingles.

Butler Roofing is top notch and very reasonably priced. The entire roof was replaced in two days. They were efficient and professional. They did some extra work on the facia and carport that was very reasonably priced. They even fixed two lower deck steps that were loose without my asking. They just needed a couple screws to secure them in place. I was so happy when I discovered that they had fixed them. HIGHLY recommend Bruce and his crew! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Old shingles were removed and new shingles were installed. We also had the roof vents replaced with a ridge vent. Due to hail damage the gutters and down spouts were also replaced. All work was done and nicely cleaned up within 2 days.

Bruce and his team did a great job on our roof repair. It's an older house and had some issues we were unaware of that came up during the roof replacement. He did a great job explaining everything to me and was honest about what needed to be done and what he recommended.

Great communication throughout the entire process. Very pleased with the installation of our new roof. Crew did an exceptional job and the clean-up was the best I have ever seen or even heard of...we have not found a single nail or any other items from the process. I received the warranty for our impact resistant shingles hours after the installation was complete.

After hail storm they replaced our roof and added ridge vents. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and was reasonably priced. Bruce was a pleasure to work with.

Bruce's workers started on the morning May 11 and were finished before noon on May 12 and it was hot. Had no surprises except the roof was finished so fast. everything picked up and put back in place and any on the ground were picked up. Very nice job.

I am very satisfied with my new roof installation from Butler Roofing. Bruce responded quickly, gave me an estimate, and did a great job on my house and garage. The job was professional and the crew did an excellent job cleaning around the house and yard.

My experience Butler roof service was unbelievable and so superior to any repairs/installations I have experienced in my life. It started with Bruce traveling to my home to help assess what my roof needed. He was patient and informative. I could tell he was invested in the process. He adjusted the day of installation to meet my work schedule. They arrived at 7 am beginning the work. It was evident each individual knew their role in this process. They were cheerful and polite. What was most impressive was that Bruce, the owner was here most of the day not only assessing but up on the roof working along side the others. There was an unexpected issue in that they found wood shingles under the existing shingles. Bruce drew a diagram and took pictures of the issue. That issue caused them an extended day but he drove to get the needed material to finish the job properly. Bruce worked with the others the remainder of the day. I was concerned about the clean up as my previous experiences have not been positive. I had to do NOTHING after the cleanup. Their work was organized, coordinated and impeccable. They left sometime after 8 pm with no cleanup for me! Do not hesitate to call them for help!
