Don't bother wasting your time with these people if you are looking for any CAD design assistance. The first location we called at said they didn't offer it but gave us the number to the other location which supposedly does. The guy who answers acts like he doesn't know what in the world I could possibly be asking for in regards to design help. I told him your website says you have CAD software and can assist in kitchen and bath design. He says well I can forward you over to "x" who handles the CAD stuff and maybe she can help. So the lady answers the phone and again acts like I'm talking some sort of foreign language. I'm like look I don't know if I'm just not using the right terminology but we are building a house and I have some blueprints but don't know where to start on laying out a bathroom in a way that is the best use of space that we have. She kind of huffs around and says well we have software but those plans can't leave our store. I'm like Umm Im not asking for them for free, I assumed I would have to pay for them. Thats what I'm asking about. She says well you can email me your plans and I will see. I'm hesitant but said ok and sent her the plans. Yeah well that was 3 weeks ago. I'm sure she never even checked her email and went back to doodling or playing solitaire after she hung up the phone. These people are middle men. They essentially figure out what you want and then they find someone that knows what they are doing to help you do it, but for a friendly surcharge of course. That is if you go into the store. You are better off going to Lowes, you will get about the same knowledgeable customer service if you know what I mean.

Kind people at Builders Supply. The guy was very patient with us in picking out deck boards, and he loaded them in our car.
