They were able to order the product I needed and for that they get some stars. The afternoon my product came in I received a text that it had arrived. I drove there as soon as I could, getting there at 4:58pm according to my phone (as a normal working person does). I was greeted by a lady walking out to close the gate who told me they were closed and that I’d have to come back during regular business hours. A) It was technically still business hours, i.e. not 5pm yet. B) I wasn’t there to browse, just wanted to pick up the product I had already paid for. C) Whatever happened to the concept of customer service? Consider me disappointed.
