These guys are so great to work with. They will go the extra mile to help thier customers make informed decisions and find products that work for a design. They are all so kind and fun to work with.

I ordered roofing materials from first source, everything was supposed to be delivered Friday.I called them in the early afternoon to make sure everything was still good and I was assured that my material will be delivered. At 4:30 in the afternoon I received a call stating that they were no longer able to deliver my material until the following Monday due to the fact that their drivers worked too much overtime. I had hired workers to be at my house on Saturday morning to do my roofing.
Then I was told if I wanted to get the roofing myself I had half an hour to get there before they closed.
I will never do business with this company again,
I’m in sales myself and I know if I treated the customer this way I would be fired.

As I was getting the material loaded into my truck one of the yard guys his last name is Ralph told me that he would load half of it in my truck and the other half in his truck and he would bring it to my house after work thank you so much for that.
At least there was one decent person in that store.

After visiting the available options in Butte for building materials, I prefer Pro Build over all the others. They are very attentive and will help you find what you need. Prices are better than other local choices, but still higher than big box. Their attitude far exceeds the arrogant folks at Triple S in Butte, and their staff seem more interested in serving the customer than standing in the shade or chatting among themselves.

The loss of one star is for their limited availability of many items you can find at big box retailers. They focus on serving contractors, not DIY folks, so this can be a challenge.

Ramey is awesome, if you need a guy to make it happen he is who you want to talk to, he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service, highly recommended!
