He has been doing snow removal for the Property Management Company I work for, and I am amazed at how fast he is able to hit all of the apartments and homes we have on his list. My wife and I encountered Alex and Next Generation Services on a local Butte Facebook group, and although we were a bit hesitant to hire yard help out after past negative experiences with others; Alex and his crew really came through for us! They always showed up right when they said they would, and within just 48 hours of receiving quote approval for us, we had fresh green sod in our yard! Plus, he made quick work of installing a gravel parking pad near our back gate that looks amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the speed, quality, and price of the work we received. It may not have been the absolute cheapest solution out there, but it was money very well spent. 5 out of 5 would recommend to others! Well done!

Alex and his crew are very knowledgeable, professional and truly care for their business. I wasn’t certain on what I wanted but I knew what I didn’t want. Alex came in and was knowledgeable about all the landscape design I needed. When he finished, I had a beautiful landscape, Decorative Concrete Curbing which was beautiful, and was more then pleased when they were done. I recommend Next Generation to everyone!

I can't speak for the quality of their work but I can speak in regard to my experience in dealing with their complete lack of an ability to communicate.

A week ago I called and asked if they had any interest in doing work out of the Butte area to which the owner replied "absolutely". I sent plans and he indicated that he would be in touch later that day. After allowing some time I followed up with a phone call and left a voicemail. No answer and response to my voicemail. I waited a day and called again, still no response. I waited thru the weekend and called on a Monday and got an answer this time. The owner and I scheduled a meeting at my house at 10:00 the next day to perform a site visit so that he can give me an estimate for our project (which is now today). I emailed him at 6:47 this morning to let him know I had a meeting until 10:30 and requested that our meeting to be pushed to 10:30. He read the email at 8:37 (my email client allows me the ability to see when an email is opened/read) and I received no response. I called him at 10:20 when my meeting finished to let him know that I was now free and was told that he'd just had an accepted bid and basically had no intention of showing up. He had no decency or respect to call me yesterday, no decency to respond to my email this morning (which I know he read) and simply had no problem wasting my time and being completely unresponsive. Had I not called him this morning I would've just sat waiting for someone who was never going to show up.

Alex and the crew did an amazing job! They were fast to respond to any questions we had and did an amazing job! I will use their service again and will recommend to anyone! Thanks for all you guys did!

Alex was very helpful. He returned my call within minutes and even though he does work on sprinkler systems, he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through diagnosing the problem. He went way beyond what he needed to. I am so thankful!

Quick to return calls with quotes, reasonable price, clean neat work, hard working, kind. Took out 1 tree, beautifully groomed 2 very old trees so these trees will continue to thrive. Also.... We've had them detail our vehicles and they look brand new. We are going to ask them to do more for us as we are extremely pleased!

Alex and his whole crew were amazing throughout our whole process. They were prompt, efficient, and did excellent work! Alex even came back on a Sunday to help us add some rock! Alex is great to work with, and the entire process was awesome! We highly recommend.

Alex and his team with Next Generation Services are to be commended on an incredible job and value for our tree removal. I am not often impressed and am a stickler for professionalism, efficiency, promptness and cleanliness - Alex and his crew delivered on all fronts. We had 2 trees that needed removal. Alex and his team came out to my house for a same day estimate and were communicating very well. Once understood and verified, Alex showed and described to us in great detail how they would manage the removal, sectioning the trees in steps and allowing the separated segments to be securely strapped to the boomer and moved safely away from our property. We discussed schedule, timing and contract parameters and I can tell you the Next Generation team arrived on the same day, executed exactly what was described, right down to equipment removal and site cleanup. Incredibly efficient and professional, well worth the investment of time to find the right person. Alex's knowledge of tree removal was impressive.
Bottom line: Great service, quality work, excellent crew led by Alex who clearly leads by example. Very skilled with lots of class! My gratitude and respect are duly delivered, thank you Next Generation Services!!!!

Needed snow removal done for 79 year old friend it was like3:00 .him knowing it needed to be done up at elk park he came up at 4:00 and stayed till he was done .which was 8:00 he was very fast at it .good job

The guy came by and he wouldn't give me a bid because the house was up for sale. Without disclosing everything he said, he was basically more interested in taking a tour of the house and refused to give me bid on the landscaping. This was weirdest conversation and he was very unprofessional.

The people at the Next Generation Services came out on a Sunday to cut down a tree that was falling. They did a great job and did a great clean up. We greatly appreciated their professional work and timely manner.
