Dayspring Restoration of Butte

**Just wanted to add another shout out to Jennifer, the operations mgr and Aaron Jones, estimator. This was our first experience with a home claim and these two helped navigate the frustrating process of dealing with the insurance company! They are always available and always helpful. Looking forward to moving on to repairs and we remain fully confident in their capabilities!

so pleased with the professionalism we have been shown in all aspects ofour experience with this company. From the first phone call and their rapid response to our water problem, they have shown courteous and knowledgeable service. Jeff, Memphis, Jay and Mark were always good humored and capable. They and Brock, the project manager kept us well informed and we always knew when they would be here with a phone call beforehand. Jennifer, the operations manager came for a visit and made sure we were informed of processes and procedures. We highly recommend them and are comfortable as we move forward in the rebuilding process.

Horrible company, avoid at all costs. They abandoned work on my elderly parents’ basement without ever telling us they didn’t plan on coming back. I had to call the office multiple times before anyone would even tell me that. I then asked for the contract to ensure they didn’t cheat my parents out of any money and of course I never got that either.

But by all means hire them if you want to be treated like garbage.

What a wonderful, professional crew that helped me with my basement flood. Not being home for many weeks, a friend who happened to stop by the house around 9:00 am to check on it found that... lo and behold, my basement was flooding and under 4 feet of water! She suggested I call Dayspring Restoration in Butte that she knew and trusted. This being a Saturday I was in a panic, as would anyone answer the phone or be willing to go to a job 60 miles away? Thank goodness, Jeff B. answered and said "Sure, I'll run get my work clothes on, load the truck, and should be there within about an hour!" Jeff and Memphis worked tirelessly the whole (very cold, unfortunately) day into the evening to get all the water pumped out and set up de-humidifiers. My friend had called the city to turn off the water right away, but Jeff was so very smart to call them to have the sheriff come to turn off the gas - could have been a huge danger with gas leaking in from the damaged furnace! Everyone was so polite about answering all my phone calls promptly. With me not being on-site I had to rely on them all from afar. And boy, could I ever rely on them in every way! Ashleigh and Brock kept me in the loop and helped me with questions and saw to it that the job moved forward with the crew. The people documenting the damaged items took photos of everything for proof to send to insurance. Lead man Kaleb was so very attentive, as I had concerns and hopes that maybe just a few things could be salvaged. We spoke and texted many days about the contents and he was so patient with me and always answered by calls promptly. Jordan and Nicole's photos showed me what had happened to everything, as admittedly I wouldn't have even remembered all that was down in the basement. Now I knew. I know that Cody and Mark had the difficult task of carrying up my many stairs the super heavy washer and dryer. Brock and Kaleb had a hand I'm sure in the other items that needed be taken upstairs to toss, as they worked "behind the scenes" going over to help with and oversee the job. All the crew worked as needed each day and kept the process progressing smoothly to completion. Dayspring knows exactly how to document their work to my insurance company, which is such a relief as I know they will do it correctly since I have no experience in such matters. I know that this is a long review, but a most sincere one. I could not possibly recommend any company or any crew more highly. I sing their praises and thank them all so very much.

Brock has been very attentive to are needs. He was on time and meticulously worked to find any leaks or mold before our bathroom remodel. Thanks Brock!

Cody was very polite and knowledgeable. Worked so hard when we had a flood from broken pipes. He would be early and right on the job. Kept me from having to worry. Dependable employees.

After a terrible mess in our basement from a sewage backup. These guys worked super hard getting everything cleaned. It was hard work on them and I sure do appreciate everything they have done. Second phase of our basement Terrible! Gave a bid then asked for more money after a big chunk was put down. Kept saying that they forgot to add stuff into the 1st bid. So we decided not to use them anymore and hire our own people to finish our basement. When the refund was to be issued on what we didn't use Jen called and a second time claimed AGAIN that the pack up and out part was not in the first bid. So Jen told my husband that a little over a grand was being takin out of our refund.Which that was paid up months ago. Not sure why they waited so long to say something but I believe this is a breach of contract . Will not have them ever again or refer, poor management !! And still looking into some info about all this legally. Terribly disgusting for phase 2 to put everything back together felt taken advantage of.

Jay and Jeff did amazing work. They were really helpful during a stressful situation and they were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

After a flood in my home the team of professional renovators were there everyday to make the repairs needed to get my home into tip-top condition. Joe Bosten greeted each day with a smile and an attention to detail in every endeavor put before him. I would recommend Dayspring Renovations highly.

Gauge and Jeff are amazing! They arrived promptly after our water heater failed and cleaned up the area quickly. They are super responsible and reliable! I highly recommend using Dayspring out of Butte.

My basement flooded through a faulty window causing extensive damage to several rooms. All the floors and walls affected had to be removed and remodeled. Dayspring was prompt to treat the affected areas and later came back to repair all the damage. Everyone affiliated with the company was professional, courteous, dedicated to their work and worked with me through many changes and issues that came up. Jennifer Hill is on top of her game overseeing all the work and handling the crews that came and did the work. Dylan (and his crew) were first with the mold removal and mitigation - very helpful, professional and kind! Louis (and his crew) had their work cut out for them to pack and move everything out of basement and did so tirelessly, professionally and took care to pack things carefully and move them to storage. When it came time to return my furniture he again did so without damaging anything and was wonderful to work with. Kevin Lynch worked endless hours to repair my walls, fix my ceiling issues, frame and finish my doors and floor trim and was very patient with my changes along the way. His skills were put to the test and he passed with flying colors! All the crews (sorry I don't remember all their names) did a great job and I would highly recommend anyone to use Dayspring Restoration to handle their reconstruction and repairs.

Our church had a pressure fire causing smoke damage to the entire building in May 2021. This is a large building (approximately 20000 sq/ft) with multiple floors, 4 offices, 10 other rooms, a sanctuary, and fellowship hall resulting in a multi-million dollar project that will take nearly a year to complete. Within days Dayspring showed up, emptied the entire contents of the building and had the walls coming down to the studs. Within a month we had a game plan of how the rebuild would go, how insurance would be handled, and a timeline of bringing the building back together. The smoke damage and asbestos was mitigated, the new build was proposed (with some major renovation), and everything was brought up to code to include multiple ADA additions. It has been a long process, but these folks do great work! I would especially like to thank the project management of Jennifer Hill, and the mitigation, contents, and building management of Nick Sholey, Gauge Moodry, and Mike Hahm. This is a professional company that was a dream to work with and have done so much to shepherd us through this process. Their care and concern in remaining true to our tradition and returning the bones of the building into a beautiful sight is truly remarkable. Truly thank you for all that you do, have done, and will continue to do!

We had a pipe burst and water damage in our basement. Even though we discovered it on a Sunday, we called Dayspring, and they came by to survey the damage the same day. They were very professional and even though it took quite a while to finish the job (mostly because of Covid related delays), they were diligent about making sure we were happy with the work they were doing. Jennifer was very helpful, working with our insurance company and clearing up any issues. Kevin and Dave were also very good to deal with and did great work. Highly recommended.

The cleaners did a really bad job. I had to have them clean my kitchen 3 times and the guys that were doing the insulation and lacquer ended up doing it the last time. They did not do one room off the entry but it was charged to insurance. They didn’t do the floor in the office so jack the insulation guy did it. I had stuff stored in the office and I wanted to get some things straightened up in there so I asked them not to do it until last. I came home and they had done it way before last. I’m still looking for things in there. They didn’t pull out the washer and dryer. They were to take my clothes the first week while I was gone. 2 months into project they still hadn’t so I said forget it. They took some stuff upstairs to the cleaners and some they didn’t. The first guys did the bookshelf in front of books but not the top of books. My bedroom window was open and that fire retardant got all over screen and they didn’t clean it. The list goes on and on. I have pictures of the terrible job they did. And it took a long time. Then I get the bill. Cleaning job definitely not worth that. My weekly cleaning lady said I should of gotten her to do it. Would of been a better faster job. Said they could fix the hardwood floors. I said forget it. I’ll get someone else.

I had the misfortune of a pipe freezing and causing water damage to a house I owned in Butte MT. My second misfortune occurred when I called Dayspring to handle the restoration process. From start to finish they are the worst company as a real estate professional that I have ever worked with. I know it's hard to be rational when you are facing a crisis, but in my opinion, I wouldn't ever consider using Dayspring Restoration.

I enjoy each time I get to visit this branch. The team here demonstrates all the Montana values and is a joy to work with. Keep up the great work!!

LOVE Day Springs Restoration! I was gone only an hour to lunch, when I came home, there was the strangest noise in my basement. I went downstairs and stepped into an inch and a half of water in my walking cast. The noise was our water meter ringing up the charges for our city!

I shut the water off immediately, but you cannot imagine the damage what an inch or so of water EVERYWHERE can do!! Day Springs was there so fast! Jessica and her crew had the place reasonably dry before nightfall and fans taking care of the rest. They took care of the ruined dry wall and carpet. They are wonderful! Thank you Day Springs!!
