Fist day at work for them and so far very friendly very patient very understanding of my issues and willing tongive me a chance but i will update if anything changes

I will say as a whole, they are good. The people I talked to are pleasant and helpful with my projects and ideas. This is mostly isolated to the window/door side. The problem arose with the Truss side of the company. I had placed a deposit over a year and half ago, they raised the price twice due to the Covid lumber crisis. I understand that, but they didn't want to budge if lumber prices went lower (they are) when I actually need them (other company's I talked to, will). After back and forth with various people they told me to go pound sand and that they would no longer complete the work they were hired to do. I have never had a business, mid-project, abandon work. The communication with my main project salesman was absent to say the least. I had to call different people to just get a reply. At one point I felt like I was being avoided. Their staff and upper management only care about filling their pockets than providing customer service. I wasted a year and half with them, only for them to abandon my job. It is unfortunate that this happened to me but if you read this, do your due diligence and find a different company for your trusses. I have also filled complaints with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. That's how much I got screwed! Beware!
