Had to call today to get help with my garage door motor, and I spoke with Sheryl. She was very helpful and friendly. I don't know what I would have done without her help today! Thank you, Sheryl!!

Our technician from RoMac was very quick to respond to our garage door issue. Within 24 hours of my call our garage door was working like new. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them for any garage door service needs.

Went in to just see about estimate and looks at door samples. The young girl in the front office needs an attitude adjustment. Not in the least friendly or helpful just short and curt. Offers no helpdul info at all. If this is the first person representing a company do you really want to buy from this company??

We recently had our garage door service. Joe was great, showed up early and made sure everything was in working order. The one recommendation he made was to replace the weather stripping at the bottom of our garage doors. They are the original ones to the house we could see that they were starting to show the wear and tear. We made the appointment for this up
coming week and we requested that Joe could be the one to install the new stripping

Today we had Romac install a garage door motor system Liftmaster. Joey S. the installer was very professional and made certain that I understood everything about the system before he left. Thank you Joey.
I would also like to thank Sheryl whom I talked to on the phone yesterday when I had called Romac garage doors to get a new system. She was also very professional. Great customer service we received by both Joey & Sheryl.

Lister Brown came to our house to correct issue with garage door. He was excellent with fixing the problem. Very helpful extremely polite and very open to any questions from our side and lots of recommendations.

Wow! I’m completely impressed with RoMac (garage door)!!! I told them I was manually opening & closing my double garage door & that it doesn’t lock. Then the dispatcher put me on the emergency list.

Joey answered the service call & worked his “tush” off to get my MVP garage door opener working again... trying this & that. A new one would’ve cost $530 installed. He saved me so much money, time, & energy! Give Joey a raise…he’s a wonderful PR person for your company.

Todd came today and did a repair to my front door. My issue: the door wasn’t closing properly causing my security system to go off. Todd adjusted the top two hinges and the stricter plates, and installed new weather strips and adjusted the bottom seal plate. Now it works like it should. Great job Todd. Thank you.

Had a Garage door install by Teck Heath and was a professional man. Explained everything to me and did a great job. I will use this company again. The opener works so well and was a good price If you need an opener install, there’s only one company to call, RoMac for sure !!!!!!

The technician this time was great, resolved a issue I've had since buying the home new over a year ago, which was reported while under warranty before but the same company failed to repair then. I called again and this time the tech fixed both doors, unfortunately I had to pay for the service this time.

5 stars for this tech this time but 2 stars for the initial warrenty call when I purchased the home. Probably my fault since I was hoping my property manager at the time would have said it was never corrected.

Five star rating for Lister, who came to the house to help with an issue with my garage door. The Issue was intermittent and I couldn’t replicate it while he was here. He addressed a few things that could be causing the issue and left me his business card and said if it happens again to let him know.

We had two RoMac service techs doing work at our home in the past week. Both (Brent, Garage Doors, and Colby, Windows) did excellent work.

Technician, Rich Peterson, arrived on time and was quick and efficient doing the service inspection. No parts needed to be replaced this time. But the rollers and door seals should be replaced on next visit which I’ll schedule in a week or two. RoMac Garage Door Service & Repair does good work!

I am new to The Villages and I have NEVER experienced such horrendous customer service by their garage door division. The lady was argumentative and flat out lied to me until I told her I had video proof her technician was at my house. I am making it a mission to share my experience with video and audio all over. This is unbelievable.

Hands down the most knowlegable people I have ever dealt with. Todd was true to his word. I will only shop at Roma c from here on out. Their prices are even better then the big box stores.Kudos to everyone at Romac!!!!!

Ro-Mac garage door service was excellent in every way. I can’t say enough about their responsiveness, courtesy, competency, and fairness. Our technician , Dan came earlier than expected because we had vehicles stuck inside. The problems were complicated, but the technician’s knowledge, experience and determination resulted in a smooth running garage door. He went well beyond just getting it working. He made sure everything was working as best as possible. His kindness and caring was pervasive throughout his work. The cost was reasonable and worth every cent.
