What a joke! He pulled down the garage stairs, took about 3 steps up, spotted a metal sash and took a picture. Done! How much does it pay? I could be an inspector too! Upon seeing your response, I believe you are confused..You never explained anything while in my home, in fact , I found you in my garage having already pulled down the stairs ,and never introduced yourself. I had to ask who you were. We never had a conversation, except when I said " wow! that's it? That was hardly worth your driving here." And by the way, you were standing on the stairs in the middle of my garage attic and were no where near a wall to see if it was up to code.

Edwin was referred by our insurance company after another inspector failed to find hurricane clips on a home we were purchasing. Since the home was built in 1998, Edwin knew the house had to have the clips by code and he looked until he found them. I called Edwin to do a 4 point inspection for an insurance company. He was in the area the next day, so he squeezed me in at the end of the day. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he needed to inspect and got right to work. When he was done, he explained what he found and that everything passed inspection. he told me that both my insurance agent and I would have his full report later that evening. Within a few hours, the report was emailed, and we could submit the report to the insurance company. I would highly recommend Edwin. He was quick to respond and very professional.
